TV Patrol

This is not a good night for TV. There is one season finale. “Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling”. I know everyone is on the edge of their seats wondering who’s going to win that prized CCW belt. I’m rooting for Screech. Let’s JUMP to it, shall we………

Screech Cmt

I have nothing to comment on today. I didn’t watch any TV last night!! Isn’t that amazing. From the looks of tonight’s schedule, I might not watch any TV again tonight. Here’s what I found:

ABC has the “Big 12 Football Championship: Oklahoma vs Missouri” at 8pm in Kansas City.

CBS:

“The Unit” at 8pm. (repeat)

“Cold Case” at 9pm. (repeat)

“48HRS: Mystery” at 10pm. (new) Another murder story.

NBC:

“Crusoe” at 8pm. (new) This is it’s new time slot from now on.

“Law & Order” at 9pm. (repeat)

“Law & Order: SVU” at 10pm. (repeat)

FOX:

“Cops” at 8 & 8:30pm. (new & repeat)

“America’s Most Wanted” at 9pm. (new)

ION: (does anybody get this network?)

“Lonesome Dove” at 7pm. (1989) 4 part Old West mini-series with Robert Duvall & Tommy Lee Jones. They are airing all 4-parts in one evening. It’s one of my most favorite shows ever. I wish I got this network.

APL:

“Cats 101″ at 8pm (new show) Talking about kittys.

“Dancing with Dogs” at 9pm. (new) self-explanitory

BBCA:

“The Graham Norton Show” at 10pm. (new) Reese Witherspoon is his guest.

CMT:

“Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling” at 8pm. (season finale) Danny Bonaduce was sent packing last week, so that leaves us with Screech, Butterbean, Dennis Rodman & “What you talkin’ about Willis”.

truTV has “Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest Criminals” from 8pm til 10pm. (all repeats)

MSNBC:

“Al Roker Reporting” at 8pm. (new) Al follows the gun. He checks out how they end up on the streets.

“Lock-Up: New Mexico—Extended Stay” at 9 & 10pm. (repeat & new) These shows really make you not want to go to jail, at least I don’t.

MTV is repeating “Britney: For the Record” at 8pm & the “Fan Special” at 9:30pm.

NGC:

“Mystery Bear of the Artic” at 8pm. (new) A possible grizzly-polar bear hybrid. If it’s confirmed, it will be the first of it’s kind.

“Perilous Journeys: Across the Roof of Africa” at 9pm. (new)

That’s about it for network shows. I think maybe a MOVIE is the way to go tonight. Here’s a short list of what’s on:

ABCF:

“Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets” at 5pm. (2002) Daniel Radcliffe

“Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban” at 9pm. (2004) Daniel Radcliffe

AMC:

“Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” at 8pm. (1971) Gene Wilder version.

BRAVO:

“Miss Congeniality 2″ at 9pm. (2005) Sandra Bullock

DISNEY:

“High School Musical 2″ at 8pm. (2007) Zac Efron

ENCORE:

“Executive Decision” at 8pm. (1996) Kurt Russell & Steven Segal

FLIX:

“Up Close & Personal” at 8pm. (1996) Robert Redford

FX:

“X-Men: The Last Stand” at 8pm. (2006)

HALLMARK:

“The Christmas Choir” at 9pm. (2008) Rhea Perlman

HBO:

“P.S. I Love You” at 8pm. (2007) Hillary Swank

HISTORY:

“Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid” at 8pm. (1969) Paul Newman & Robert Redford

IFC:

“Bowling For Columbine” at 9pm. (2002) Michael Moore documentary

OXYGEN:

“You’ve Got Mail” at 8pm. (1998) Tom Hanks & Meg Ryan

SciFi:

“Cyclops” at 9pm. (2008) Eric Roberts

SHOWTIME:

“The Air I Breathe” at 9pm. (2008) Forest Whitaker, Brendan Frasier, Sarah Michele Gellar & Kevin Bacon.

TCM:

“Swing Time” at 8pm. (1936) Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers

That’s it for tonight. I’m going to play Wii & forget TV for the night. See ya tomorrow.

love

I had never heard of ION but I love Lonesome Dove so I did a search and I’ll be damned I actually have that channel! I love Robert Duvall as Agustus. Except for when he loses his leg and decides he’d rather die than lose the other one and not be able to kick a pig again. Thanks Cjooch you are my hero!
    Love!
