“I’ve heard you leave a trail of ‘mad men’………
Jon Hamm travels thru time to be with Tina Fey. NBC has a big night tonight. All new episodes of their ‘must see TV” comedy line-up. (I know that is an old line.) More after the jump………..

My Name is Earl starts off their evening. Brother Randy wins his own scratch-off lottery ticket & is promptly hit by a bike. He feels this is HIS karma & starts his own “to do” list.

Kath & Kim should just go away.

The Office is on at 9pm. It’s not about to get the ratings it got on Super Bowl night, but NBC is hoping more viewers will tune in tonight. In pt#1, of a two-parter, Michael goes on a speaking tour, with Pam as his driver. He visits other Dunder Mifflin branches to promote his own branch’s success.

The big news is 30 Rock at 9:30pm. It’s guest star is the handsome, hunky Jon Hamm from AMC’s hit, Mad Men. It seems he’s Liz’s new doctor neighbor. But the best part of this show is, Jack trying to impress Elisa’s (Salma Hayek) grandma, who thinks he’s the villian from a spanish soap opera

“We just need to find a place to ditch this kid….”

ER rounds out the night at 10pm. This is the episode I’ve been waiting for all season. Dr. Carter returns!!! William H.Macy also appears as the former Chief of Staff, Dr. Morgenstern who has come to see a critically-ill colleague. I’m sure we won’t see Noah Wyle till the end of the show, but he’s suppose to do multiple shows. This is just the first. Who, on this staff, will even know these guys? Doesn’t matter, I know them! Can’t wait.

“… trust me, I know my way around here. Can you tell me were I can find Abby?

All the major networks have new episodes on their schedule for tonight except CBS. They have once again decided to run repeats. Their confidence is bordering on arrogance, don’t ya think?

FOX has Bones at 8pm & Hell’s Kitchen at 9pm, has Chef Ramsey eliminating more idiots who can’t cook. The question is, will he spit out any food tonight?

The CW has Smallville at 8pm & Supernatural at 9pm.

ABC has Ugly Betty at 8pm. Betty’s moving back home & ditching her apartment.

Grey’s Anatomy at 9pm has Derek with an engagement ring for Meredith & he can’t find a way to pop the question. Will he do it? Will she say ‘yes’ if he does? Do I care?

“I’m gonna lick your face bitch!”

A&E has The Beast at 10pm.

USA has Burn Notice also at 10pm.

VH1 is airing a new episode of Celebrity Rehab: Sober House at 10pm. Dr. Drew announces that Steve can only return to the house of Jennifer allows it. I would never let him come back after the shit he pulled last week, but this being ‘reality’ TV, she’ll let him come back. It’s just good TV.

TLC is premiering anothe new series tonight. They are really pumping out the shows aren’t they. I’ve heard that they have their hat in the ring for making a series about the family that just had the octuplets. Okay, back to this new series, it’s called Heli-Loggers & airs at 10pm. Loggers with helicopters! Sounds awesome, don’t ya think.

Definite EMMY contender.

MTV is airing a special Damaged: A Making the Band Special at 9pm. This is basically a catch-up episode for the second half of Making the Band 4: Season 3. The biggest shock? Laurie Ann Gibson is back! Having left on the heels of a heated exchange with Diddy. She returns to help whip the performers into shape. Day 26 & they are going on tour.

Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Next Dance Crew is on afterwards, at 10pm.

Finally, the show for the night is Treasure Quest on Discovery at 10pm. This show is right out of the headlines. Odyssey Marine Exploration Co. has just revealed two weeks ago that they located the famed HMS Victory in May of 2008 & have been secretly examining the wreckage, The recovery of 2 of the 40 bronze cannons which were given to the British for verification, proved that it was indeed the HMS Victory which sunk in 1744 during a severe storm off the coasts of the Channel Islands. A crew of 1,150 perished & over 4 tons of Portuguese gold coins went down with the ship. This treasure is estimated to be worth over $1 billion today. The fight for this treasure has yet to begin.

Okay kids, that’s all for today. I have one thing to say. Life on Mars did NOT disappoint me last night. They continued the cliffhanger storyline I was so angry about in yesterday’s post. I’m a very happy person now & the storyline was excellent.
