TV Patrol: Merry Xmas ‘Gasmii

Well kids, the year’s almost over. I hope everyone is enjoying a great holiday season with family & friends. I’m getting ready to go to my brother’s house to eat, drink & be merry! Remember ‘Gasmii, don’t drink & drive. there are lots of families on the road tonight. Just a few notable shows on if you feel like TV…..

The annual A Christmas Story marathon begins at 8pm on TBS. It’ll be on all day tomorrow so you have no excuse not to see at least one scene, whether it be the dogs eating the Xmas turkey, or my favorite, the changing of the @#$%^& flat tire.

NBC, which has sole custody of It’s a Wonderful Life, will air it again tonight at 8pm. Don’t forget, when a bell rings, an angel gets their wings. Be sure to ring some for our troops. They are the true angels.

AMC began it’s own marathon this morning at 9am. White Christmas will play all day today. This is a great movie to watch if you are into the classic croonings of Bing Crosby & the late great, Rosemary Clooney (aunt of George!).

At 6:30am, AMC switches gears for Christmas day. They will have an all-day marathon of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. You can spend the day with the Griswalds.

If you are looking for something new to watch Christmas day, all the networks are running repeats, all except FOX that is. They are giving us 4 new episodes of ‘Til Death starting at 8pm. Now that’s true Christmas cheer!!!
