FINALLY!!! As you can see, the new site is up. I don’t know if puberty has turned us into adults, but we’ve got a bit of hair on our chins and we’re starting to have dirty dreams. Best part of maturing!

You’ll notice a few new features on the site. You can now sign in using your regular username and password and add avatars and profile pics. One thing we couldn’t auto transfer was your passwords, which is a pain cuz you have to click “forgot password” to reset it. It protects your privacy though, so there’s that.

You can also sign in with your Facebook account and comment that way.

We continue to fix bugs we come across, so let us know if you find any! You can email me at Flipit75@gmail.com or leave a comment below. Thanks for your patience with this launch, and welcome to your new home! Thanks for being here! We love you guys.

Ronnie Karam has been with TVgasm since 2006 , which has given him the opportunity to make fun of hundreds of TV's most loved and hated reality whores. His plan in life was to be Julia Roberts but that plan was stolen by, well, Julia Roberts. He'll get you one day, JULIA ROBERTS!! When not making himself giggle for the gasm, Ronnie performs improv and sketch comedy at IO West in Hollywood a couple of times weekly while using the lovely California days to audition for commercial roles such as "ADORABLE MEXICAN UNCLE". Seriously.     Well, I guess we still don’t get to edit our comments (for typos, of course)?

    I noticed that paragraphs aren’t working in the comments either? Which is not a problem for pithy types. But for long-winded blowhards like myself, it makes things easier to read.

    I’m more than a little disoriented, kind of like if I came home to find the place redecorated, but it looks pretty cool and once I get my bearings I’m sure I’ll love it. Nice job guys.

    Wow!
    Looks great! Almost reminds me of MTV’s site! I certainly didn’t expect to be greeted by a HUGE picture of Ms. Homewrecker McGee!

    Hi Flippy. I’m all for change. I condemn people daily at my job for not being able to adapt…so I’ll get used to this new site…eventually. My only gripe is now I can’t access the site on my BlackBerry. Did you guys enable it for mobile viewing? I either get just the logo banner or an error saying “Entity too large.” There are probably more than a few ‘large entity’ jokes in there somewhere…but I’m distraught at the thought of not being able to read you guys on the go. Even so…always loves me some ‘gasm. xoxo

    One glitch I noticed. The oldest comment is at the bottom of the list instead of the most recent, and is labeled (currently) as 3 of 3 when obviously it should be at the top as 1 of 3.

    my vote: it would be easier to read the comments from oldest to newest rather than the newest to oldest change. Just to keep from scrolling because I’m pretty lazy.

    thanks for all these notes! we will be getting them done tonight and tomorrow! and selena, to make sure your real name isn’t here, get a tvgasm account and make sure you sign in with that instead of your facebook account!

    I hate it. For the some of the reason already stated: comments listed newest to oldest, can’t access on my black berry, and can’t break down my looooong (very important comments) into paragraphs. Who the hell thought this was a great format??? Are you guys willing to re-work it??

    UglyCutie good Lord woman calm yourself. Of course we are willing to rework it. We are working and will continue to work until it’s right. Mobile access is now up and running on all phones, and the comments will be reworked ASAP. Thanks guys! And thatswhatshesaid i’m glad it worked out! xo

    uglycutie- of course you can use bad language. shantigal- the site does not operate out of echo park CA so we can’t be hipstery without moving offices-and by offices I mean Flipit’s apartment. Thanks for the input everyone!

    Ha, you call this a coming of age? I call it a sex change. Teehee(Hmm, do html codes work? let’s see, I really need paragraphs)

    It seems like you’re trying to expand the focus beyond the recaps section? Which is what I come for. Maybe there could be a settings section where we can choose what part of the site automatically appears — I’m not as interested in the gossipy/news bits as the recaps.
    Also, if there is a settings section (for avatars, etc.) I can’t find it.

    Well, this is my test to see if you pull over my avatar from Facebook. Like the new design although it’s a bit of a slow loader. Going to take some time to get myself Chinesed (oriented). Thanks for the great redesign and the wonderful advertisements. I just love Ads!

    I really love the new site! I’m getting more familiar with it! If I didn’t have a full-time job, I could get lost in here checking it all out! Dang needing a paycheck! :)

    Dang Flippy, I say “BlackBerry,” you say “how high?” Much love for all the hard-working ‘gasm folks. B-side would be pround…God rest his *cough* soul. ;) Unfortunately I’m still getting an “Entity too large” error on my 8310. (I know, you’re absolutely green over my state-of-the-art 2005 device). Is anybody else able to view it on their phones? (I’d also love to be able to comment from my phone…as most of my best work is done on the fly…or in elevators…but I’m not gonna get greedy). Do I just have a craptastic phone and shittastic service?

    Oh, right…I should give you the model series or number or gear-head thingy. I have the BB Curve 8520. I can access the site (I couldn’t access the new format at first but I always did the old one) and I can post comments which I could NEVER do on the old format!!

    still working on issues! we haven’t left you guys! lol!
    mobile is working finally (mostly). since we work throughout the day on the site, sometimes it goes down and gives errors. doing our best to keep this to a minimum.
    also working on getting comments longer and spaced properly, and you will have avatars that work at some point too! this computer crap is hard. can we just all go back to making fun of people SOON?!?!

    Hey flipit,
    the site look GREAT. It must have been a ton of work so thanks.
    Two things – under the latest comment section, is it possible to have something indicating what show or forum the comment relates to – it is faster to figure out what you want to read that way.

    Second – I have been erased!!! Its like I never existed. For some reason I cannot sign on under my old name of brat, and although I havn’t checked everywhere, I looked for the last few posts I made and they are all gone… (not that it really matters as I last posted a few weeks ago so it is not like there is anything very relevant anymore). My inferiority complex is telling me that you are trying to send me a message. I guess I am back to being a bloody donkey where I had worked my may up to the very prestigious tittle of fresh meat. Am i doing something wrong?

    …Hi…just to let you know that your RSS feed is not working; it hasn’t been updated in like a week or so, maybe longer than that; I’ve tried subscribing again but my GoogleReader tells me I’m already subscribed…I already sent a msg to TVGasm staff, but just in case that doesn’t get to you, I’m posting this one here; I miss TVGasm in my Google Reader…

    Love the new look but as the above comment said, the RSS wasn’t working. I had to come and resubscribe and now I’m getting seriously truncated feeds (like just the title and a small image). Will you provide the full feed again please?? I visit as much as I read, but it’s a pain to have to click through every single recap.
