Happy MLK day! And happy Lost week! Our fave is coming back for another season and we’ve got a pretty full schedule here for you. First off, we will have the funniest Lost recap writer on the net coming to the gasm this season. ACK!!!! Can you believe it? For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure, an Ack refresher course follows after the jump.

For the geek perspective, we will be welcoming back Greybishop with TVgasm’s first ever live call in radio show. Our first night is this Thursday at 7 pm Eastern Time. More info will come tomorrow morning to get everyone ready, but for now, enjoy the hilarity of Ack!

Ronnie Karam has been with TVgasm since 2006 , which has given him the opportunity to make fun of hundreds of TV's most loved and hated reality whores. When not making himself giggle for the gasm, Ronnie performs improv and sketch comedy at IO West in Hollywood a couple of times weekly while using the lovely California days to audition for commercial roles such as "ADORABLE MEXICAN UNCLE". Seriously. He would like to thank Jesus, Buddha and Xenu for the blessings they've bestowed. The writers here are the best around, and he's honored to be associated with them.     alright definitely sticking with greybishop and the radio show and avoiding these recaps.

    My recaps are kind of an acquired taste, I hope you guys like them :D

    (P.S. If the “All of Season 1″ recap rubs you the wrong way, check out one of the later ones…that first one is kind of…insane. haha.)

    O. MAGAWRSH. I have not laughed that hard since I first discovered TVgasm’s Big Brother recaps.

    Welcome to the nuthouse, Acky (may I call you Acky?). I can’t wait for the first season 5 recap.

    Also glad to hear that Greybishop will be sticking around to keep my geek fix fed.

    I’m sure many people will find Ack’s recaps entertaining. I don’t think I’ll be acquiring a taste for them. I’ll stick with Greybishop.

    Will there really be a recap of this show, or just pictures with captions? This show is very deep and complex and snarky captions are funny, but they don’t delve into the mysteries.

    guys. we are doing our best to keep both the “delving into the mysteries” and the comedy. i know they say you can’t please everyone but we will be doing our best. there will be an hourish long show every week and an article every friday morning going over what was discussed in detail. we’re psyched for the season and grateful for both of these guys to be here.

    And yeah I’ll admit my recaps don’t really cover the mysteries, I actually have some stuff on my Livejournal every week about the ACTUAL goings-on of Lost, but my recaps are purely for shits and giggles.

    The problem, flipit, is that these aren’t recaps. They are, as the ‘author’ said, just ‘shits and giggles.’ That’s fine if that’s what you’re advertising, but to call them recaps is ridiculous. You have plenty of writers on the site who are capable of balancing a real recap of a show with humor. You’re reducing a clever, intriguing story to a parlor game.

    ack, your recaps are absolutely awesome! I haven’t laughed that hard in a while! While I also like the “serious” recaps on Lost I loved yours too for laughs! Just great!
