While we are waiting for the fall season to ramp up, I always think that it’s a good time to go through my death threatsfan mail looking to add features that TVgasm readers have requested. You may have noticed that you can now e-mail entries to your friend using the links at the bottom of each post. Another requested e-mail feature is the ability to get TVgasm updates sent by e-mail. We know that most people would move heaven and earth to make sure that you reload TVgasm fifty or sixty times a day for the latest updates, but for those days when you can only get to your computer twenty times a day, you can now get all the headlines directly to your Inbox and over the next few weeks, we’ll add the ability to sign up for individual updates on your favorite shows. And for those of you who are paranoid like me, we don’t share your personal information with advertiser, spammers, or anybody else.

You may have noticed that you can now e-mail entries to your friend using the links at the bottom of each post.

Yay! I’m so excited about this. I use Firefox and it’s a pain in the butt to send an email from a web page. But one thing… how? I can’t find an email link.

Never mind. A Firefox extension was blocking feedburner.

The Svan is supposed to be grumpy. It isn’t hate mail, rather just piss mail some days. Toodle doo.

Receiving TVGasm in my Inbox was pretty cool, but is there a way to limit it to just the headlines (and intro paragraphs)? I got my first update today, and it had entire stories in it…which made it awfully tough to sift through. Did anyone else have this problem?

I’ve already cancelled my subscription. After trying 10 times yesterday to get the pictures to load I finally gave up. Tried again this morning with the same result…thus the cancellation. Agree with samlub (#8) about the length of the articles. Just the headlines would be great. After all it’s not like I don’t check out TVgasm several times a day any way. Guess the subscription was overkill on my part. Just wanted the feeling of belonging, I guess.

I realized whole articles would be a pain in the ass, so I have modified the e-mail to do summaries only.
