Katloaf Suffers from Debilitating Stage Fright! -
by B-Side
After the much hyped duet by Katharine McPhee and Meat Loaf last month on American Idol, I thought for sure it would be the audience that was left crying. Not necessarily. Turns out that none other than Meat Loaf was left in tears. No, not because of the sheer beauty of his performance. It's because he suffers from massive, uncontrollable TV stage fright. So much so that he thought he might just have a heart attack at the Kodak theater. Apparently that was the first time he'd sung the Celine Dion classic, "It's All Coming Back To Me," and as a result, he felt like there was "an alien busting out my out my chest." (Sorry, Meat Loaf. I don't think an alien would be able to break through those cholesterol-hardened arteries). Anyway, the experience was so intense that Meat Loaf now says he has absolutely no memory of the performance. Well, guess what? WE DO. Oh do we ever.

It wasn't stagefright. Loaf was just rendered catatonic from staring at Kat's McBoobies.
