First off.. I just have to say how much I hate Tyra's versions of the pics the girls have to take. Oh yeah... like laying in a bathtub of warm water where you don't have to float AND the water isn't freezing even compares to what these last 4 girls had to do. Good god I freaking HATE Tyra.
And her piss poor attempts and criticising Caridee are really starting to tick me off.
And Eugena better be gone next. I keep saying that week after week and it's pissing me off more and more that she's still in it.
How many dead eyed sorry ass pictures does this fug girl have to take before she gets eliminated? She's taken.. count them.. ONE good picture this entire time. Who gives a rat's butt if she can dance. She has absolutely no personality and it shows in her pictures.
She's just NOT GOOD and should've been gone a long long time ago.
I'm really hoping for a Melrose/Caridee final 2 with Caridee being the winner. Although Melrose winning wouldn't be really bad since she is pretty good.

I got so pissed when they gave CariDee a hard time about "not knowing her limits". That is so contradictory to everything else they have said in past seasons, where the girls were encouraged, time and time again, to keep their own weaknesses to themselves and to keep working even though they were sick or even hospitalized. WTF? The inconsistency of their criticism is really getting on my nerves this season. When they chastised CariDee last week about her comment to Nigel and reiterated how ANTM is about class and how the girl they choose has to act classy on both sides of the camera, blah blah blah, I thought what a joke: a) How can a TV show that considers Janice Dickinson an authority on modeling etiquette call itself classy, and b) Have they SEEN "My Fair Brady"????

I love CariDee and I really hope she can beat Melrose, who has been so damn annoying all season. She is completely fake and I want to punch her in her smug face when she pretends to be humble. I threw up a little in my mouth when she complained about being so tall and skinny, no clothes would fit her, oh poor girl, how can she make it through the day? Sadly I am sure her incessant self-promoting and not worrying about having a soul will get her far in the entertainment industry and I can see her hosting some sort of crappy show on E! or something. Ugh-- from her stupid gimmicky name to her shit-eating "Oh my gosh, did I win the challenge again? Golly gee" grin, she is everything that is wrong with Hollywood. My only question is why she waited until she was 23 to get on a reality show. I wonder if she really is 23, actually. She looks 33.

Team CariDee-- I love her goofy personality-- she reminds me of Joanie from last season, and she is just so much more fun to watch and listen to, and she is a beautiful girl besides. She lights up the room so much more than the twins did or Melrose or Eugena, who is beautiful but an incredibly boring model, and is only there to keep some variety in the final 3. She is no Danielle, and Danielle was in a dead heat with Joanie last season. Eugena is no match for CariDee.

i agree 100% with Shollia & Bernadette. All the judges are such hypocrits. the say one thing one week and something different the next. Caridee better bring her best game and blow melrose and eugena outta the water next week.

I used to like Caridee, but now she just annoys me. She keeps going on and on about how much she doesn't like Melrose, and I say, "So what?" You're not there to make friends with your competition! And honestly, Melrose is the best contestant. Sure, she's annoying, but at least she can model and act. I'm on Team Melrose. Oh and Eugena really doesn't have a chance.

And another thing: Just because Tyra has a talk show now does not make her some sort of therapist. She really annoys me. A lot.

Bernadette: ANTM surely knows about "My Fair Brady" and that's why Adrienne is not in the opening credits.

Although I like Caridee, I have to agree that I think Melrose is the best - even though she most likely won't win (she does have that annoying, better than everyone attitude). But I am surprised that no one ever mentions that Caridee's face is just as leathery as Melrose's (have you seen her forehead wrinkles?). She looks a lot older than her age.

I'm hoping CariDee wins. I agree that Tyra and the judges nitpick at her too much, it's like they look for ways to fault her even if she's just being human. Yes, the sword comment last week was way out of line, but everyone knows her intention was not to be disrespectful. I think she just got a little too comfortable with Nigel and felt she could joke like that with him. If Melrose wins I might not be watching ANTM in the future, because IMO that would be the second time the deserving model didn't win (Nicole winning over Nik in cycle 5 would be the first time). I hope this is a rating ploy, kinda like Jade being in the top 3 last season even though we all know she should have gone home by then.

I'm glad Amanda went home this week, because I really didn't see in her picture what the judges said they saw - Maybe it was all the eye shadow, but her eyes looked half closed and she looked sleepy to me. I also don't get Eugena. I haven't watched every episode this season, but I understand she's been kept mostly because of potential - which is okay in the beginning of the season but "potential" really shouldn't get anybody to the final three unless they realize that potential.

CariDee for the win. Although I wouldn't mind if Melrose won either because you can't ignore her pictures. I know people compare her attitude to Lisa's and Jade's, but I think her pictures have been more consistent than theirs were, and therein lies the difference.

Oh and also the judges (especially Tyra) really need to get their party line straight. First CariDee is warned to know her limits. Then, during that crazy unnecessary flamenco demonstration by Tyra and Miss J during panel, Tyra emphasized that she lost her shoe and STILL KEPT GOING! So CariDee should have pushed through the hypothermia? That's what she was trying to do and you chastised her for it!

I can understand where Bernadette is coming from, this show is obviously no indication whatsoever of whether you can make it in the modeling industry. I'm still surprised Eugena made it this far, I thought for sure that after Monique was eliminated it she would be gone. But then again I thought Joanie was a sure thing to win Top Model, because she had personality, class, and took a good freakin' picture. Apparently the judges tell you what they are looking for and then if you have it you just finish 2nd to a girl that was just... average.

As for this cycle I have no hope, I wanted it in the end to be Melrose, Caridee, and Amanda. I started liking Amanda more and more this episode now that we got to see how she performed without her twin. She is undeniably photogenic, and moreso lifelike in the eyes than Eugena. For now I want Melrose or Caridee to win. Eugena probably will because Tyra is still smoking that crack from the freak show shoot.

And that whole thing with the dancing and her shoe coming off just proves that she needs more attention then the drag queen wearing a hot pink headband that she is doing the flamingo with. Tyra the top model my ass.

This episode was really irritating somehow. The editing seemed all over the place and there was WAY too much Tyra footage. You'd think having her own talk show would satisfy her need to have everything about her, but apparently that's not enough.

I really don't care too much for this final 3, they all seem to have fatal flaws. But I guess I'm mainly rooting against Eugena. Nothing against the girl personally, I think she's probably cooler than the way she's been shown on ANTM, but with the Cover Girl contract prize, um, well, girl's skin is BRUTAL. Lots of airbrushing needed there. I know she can't help it but I can't look past it and for her to win a makeup contract, I don't know. It just wouldn't be right somehow... And then there's all of her previous photos, she's basically had only the last two that didn't completely suck.

Didn't they give Yaya a lot of flack for having bad skin? They said a top model needs to have flawless skin in person.. I wonder why that hasn't been brought up to Eugena. They even went so far as to have a dermatologist take care of Yaya. What's up with that??

Jimbo, funny you should mention that. I read something that said it was the first episode without the writers' involvement. That doesn't explain the poor quality of the rest of this cycle though...

I agree with the first two posts, very nicely put. The final 3 is ridiculous because the eliminations have been way off all season. That said, GO CARIDEE! Her win would be redeeming (though I'm still pissed about AJ's elimination).

Eugena's portfolio is so weak that it seems impossible for her to win, and I don't think Melrose is as strong of a model as people keep saying. How many times has she done that pose where her head is tilted to the side and her mouth is open?

TVgasm, you guys need to get somebody on this show to be a spy! I know that they can't tell anybody about the results until the show is aired, but I'm sure that after everything has been said and done this spy could tell you all of the nitty gritty details!! Plus, you could have a plan where the spy could finally give Tyra what she's got coming to her - a nice big bite of the reality sandwich, on which she will then choke and die. Oh, I kid. But seriously, a spy would be so much fun!

Oh, and go CariDee!!! Although, even though I can't stand her, I would, admittedly, feel bad for Melrose if she didn't win..she HAS been consistently good, after all. (Technically speaking, of course - her personality still makes crazy, because she's SO damn annoying!!!)

caridee seems to be the one they pick on every week. for really no good reason. remind anyone of danielle's accent problems last cycle? i think that perhaps caridee is being lined up to win this thing. just a little observation.....

I hope that Caridee wins too. Melrose is too old and I think Eugena hasn't had many decent photos. I can't figure out why she's even still there.
And what is up with Tyra's hair and make up at judging? She looks a hooker with all that makeup.

Murphena I totally agree, for someone naturally beautiful like Tyra I don't see why she needs to get all drag queen looking for the show. Her hair and makeup are always way too overdone. I saw on the news today she turned 32, I thought she was in her 40's!

The only reason Caridee had her so called "hypothermia" is because she is starving to death. All I got to say about her cold spell is wah.

All I want to say is how can you possibly say that Melrose is a diva? And how is it possible that Caridee (who is SO annoying by the way) and Eugena (BOOOORING) say that she is a b*tch or whatever. 1. Did no one see Jade in the house last season??!? That was a diva! and 2. Melrose is funny. Like when Jay said make the girls hate you even more, and she said "I don't think thats possible." And has everyone forgotten the box joyfully scenario??!
Anyway Melrose should totally win, and if she doesn't I will be really upset because neither of the other 2 deserve it.
