Wifeswap, 5/1/06, ABC
We don't normally cover Wifeswap because in general, it's a pretty lame show. But every now and then, it delivers us a tasty morsel of reality goodness. Take, for example, what happened this week when the strict, disciplinarian rodeo enthusiasts confronted the easy-going party couple. This is supposed to be a family show, right?

Whoever edited the show has no concept of what makes good tv....how can they not show the actual punch? At least MTV showed Danny get his face smashed.

LMFAO!he bitch slapped his own wife, but really the whole 'he'll kill you thing', oh wow! but i like them. the other couple was like a mix between a white bobby and whitney and joey buttafuco and amy fisher. i woulda go to town on the hippies. but the 'slut wife' has a penis.

First of all, I love the cheap banquet hotel table. Second, why do all the couples on Wife Swap wanna argue about ethics? Hello, you're on a show called WIFE SWAP. Third, what did she pick up and throw, a snowglobe?

I believe she picked up and threw everyone's favorite cartoon accessory, the anvil. Agreed it was a mini version, but an anvil none the less. Chick probably had a shank in her shoe. Where'd that thing come from?
So... When does The Running Man debut? It's gotta be on someone's fall lineup.

yeah- the "he'll kill you" thing was the best! So much for discipline and hard work. The rodeo husband was a total asshole anyway, so they both just proved how trashy they were. Nice example for the kids.

rod- they don't get paid on that show (that would be Trading Spouses). What happened is that they called the cops, had a talk with them and filmes the final segments at their homes. I don't know if anyone was ultimately prosecuted.
