Next up is Billy. Marki helps him focus his pitch so he focuses on acting and not on everyone else. He also has to remember he is there to pitch himself as an actor, not in corporate America.

Finally Jeremy. He has a good attitude. He says that Marki is like a breath of fresh air. I'm confused, she was on the panel yesterday. There were only a handful of people there, did he miss her? She talked to him and Jeremy called her dumb.

Jeremy likes Marki today. He is kind of listening. Maybe he will learn something? It could happen.

Marki tells Jeremy to plug in and be focused. This is the only problem I have with Marki. The very last thing that Jeremy should do is plug in, he needs to be unplugged and heavily sedated so he acts like a grown up man instead of a teenage girl.

Later that night after meeting with Marki, the Idols are all talking about the meeting the next day. Jamie tells Jeremy to just be yourself tomorrow and don't get too much in your head. Actually I think it would be better to say, keep your head out of your ass, but we know what Jamie meant.

Dude just be yourself. Jamie's advice to Jeremy is good, but he may as well be talking to Eric's bandana.

So here we are for round #2.

First we have Billy. He comes in and says that today he will leave the business man outside this door and just bring in the actor. He tells the panel he is back because he has a passion for show business. This comes across really well and the panel members like him a lot more. After he leaves, the panel says Billy just needs to get back to work. They also said that he was open and listened to their suggestions. Good work Billy.

Billy's second pitch goes much better and the panel members are all very positive.

Next up is Jamie. He tells the panel that he is not an actor that his passion is music and mainstream. Before he even leaves the room, the PR woman says she'd love to hook him up with one of her clients. This is very good news for Jamie (no longer anonymous). Way to go Jamie.

This PR wants to put Jamie in touch with one of her clients. She thinks they could team up. Good work Jamie.

Next we have David. David says his goal is to be on a prime-time TV show series or a host of a program. This is also received well by the panel members. They are all smiles and relaxed. When David leaves the room, they say that they can totally see him in the movies and on TV. He's good looking and has a lot of opportunities.

David's second pitch is well received. The panel members all think he can do a lot in the industry
.

Next up is Chris. The last time this panel saw him they said he was dark and not very confident. So today Chris walks in with a big smile and a white shirt and looks and acts much lighter than the last time.

Sometimes it is as simple as telling someone to lighten up that makes a difference. He tells the panel that he wants to make a comeback and that he wants this for himself. When he leaves the panel says they think the media would be very accepting of him and that he seemed much more confident.

What a difference a shirt makes. Chris hits a home run.

Now I knew that sooner or later, we would get back to Jeremy. Since Adrian is gone, that leaves us with Jeremy. Brace yourself, take a shot of Jaegermeister, or do a shot of tequila, or big bite of a chocolate bar, light up your smoking materials, whichever is your vice. You're going to need the support. Deep breath now, here we go.

Most excellent recap as perusual.=)
Amazing how Jeremy regrets flipping off the business. Than he went and pretty much did it again in this episode.
He also strikes me as actually having A.D.D.
Also, it was odd seeing Eric as the less zany one this time.
Jeremy tends toward extremes. I think this is why he pays more attention to Eric than the other men.

Darling Annie:

"Unfortunately Jeremy hasn't listened to constructive criticism since he was 3 years old." LOL!!!

Thanks for the laughs!!
Hugs,
Yenta

Nice job Annie... I am beginning to think Jeremy is on the wrong show...he should be on Tool Academy because he is such a tool. I want to feel sorry for him because he is so messed up in the head, but it is difficult.

shanhox:

Has anyone noticed that Jamie shows a great dry sense of humor?
I didn't notice it until the last couple of episodes.

Nice recap, TVannie! I felt like I was able to follow Jeremy right along through his stupidity and right on down into dumbassery. I'm telling you, Hollywood fucks kids up.

Can't wait to see next week's episode!

love, J-Mo :)

P.S. a teensy bit of constructivity... girl, you can take it further out there with your picture captions, just let yourself go there... love! -J :)

AnneM:

Dear J-Mo,

You are sooooo right. I'm struggling a bit on the captions and the attitude. I must learn to cultivate my inner Diva.

I also should have mentioned the whole Jeremy sex scandal thing.

Thank you for the helpful criticism. I know my inner bitch is there, she's just too quiet!!

I felt that Jeremy connected to closely to the material. This cause him to shut down a bit (emotionally speaking) in order to shield himself from feeling vulnerable in front of people he is not close to(as well as the viewing public)
*tada!*

AnneM:

Dear Shanhox, YentaPatrol, Wintersux and Hoxharding:

I'm so glad you guys read this and comment on it.

Shanhox: Yes Jeremy gave show business the second 1 finger salute in his career. I don't know how he can possibly expect anyone to take him seriously. His behavior is irratic at best.

And Yes!! Jamie is really funny. I wish he would comment more. I think he finds it hard to get a word in when Jeremy is flipping out.

Wintersux: You nailed it. Jeremy is perfect for the Tool Academy. But who would he take? According to some rumors, there are a lot of women who have gotten to know Jeremy in that naked, skanky kind of way. I bet none of them would want to spend a second night with him.

Yenta, yes Jeremy doesn't listen well to criticism. But how can we blame him. He is acting like he did when he was 10. I don't think he's ever grown up.

Hoxharding: Smarty pants.

A little sneak peak, I saw some of the show yesterday and let's just say next week we get Eric in touch with his feelings. It's surprising, in a weird way.

J-Mo, Thank you for the help and encouragement. I love your recaps and feel very lucky to be able to share in this wild ride we call TVgasm.

DEAR ALL:

You all make recapping fun and you have no idea how great it is to "meet " and "talk"about TV shows with such smart and interesting people. You guys are the smart cool group and I'm glad I'm just along for the ride.

Love and Luck:

TVannie
