Scrubs Season 2
We had one copy of Scrubs to give away, and there was a great response. The winner was reader GS who said his favorite moment was anytime Sarah Chalke was onscreen. GS was excited after the win and said:"If I run into you next time I am in Los Angeles, I'll play the Garden State soundtrack for you as much as you want.
Sweet.

ER: The Complete Fourth Season
When asked for their favorite moments, TVgasm viewers were torn between two encounters between Dr. Romano (played by Paul Crane) and a helicopter. The first was when his arm was cut off by the blades of a helicopter (so very Underworld: Evolution of him) and the second being when the helicopter crashed on top of him and he died. The only thing that came close was the death of Dr. Greene, which was my first introduction to Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. And he's still the best Jawaiian reggae artist that I know. But on to the winners.Reader EW: My favorite moment is a pretty recent one from the new season. It's in the episode where Kovac and Clemente are fighting over how to treat a patient (a little girl who's been kidnapped) and she ends up dying. Abby goes over to Kovac's place to yell at him and she's practically in tears and he kisses her, and then they have sex. It was really unexpected, but cute nonetheless.
And EW is very excited to be getting some more ER hotties on her screen:
Wow, excellent!! The only thing better than gazing at Goran Visnjic, is gazing at George Clooney. Plus, Bill Macy is fantastic.
Reader SH: My favorite part is any time Kovach is playing doctor with an intern. TEACH HER TO RESPECT AUTHORITY!
SH is one of the weekday warriors who need TVgasm to get through the day:
Thanks for bringing some laughter to my dreary life in Cubicleville. Reading recaps in TVgasm is more fun than watching new episodes of anything on UPN!
Reader PG: The most shocked I have been was when the helicopter fell on Dr. Romano. He was mean and kids need to learn that helicopters fall on people who are mean.
PG was very elated:
Yay! You sure do know how to make a gal's day! Thanks for the DVD set and thanks for getting me through each work day! ER writers served Paul McCrane a big ol' dose of irony after jump starting his career singing "Fame! I'm gonna live forever! I'm gonna learn how to fly...high!" Helicopter to the face, Montgomery MacNeil!
Reader BA: I think for its pure emotional and staying power, I'd have to go with the series premiere episode when nurse Hathaway works her full shift, then comes back in an ambulance, having just tried to commit suicide. That's starting with a bang.
PG had some words to say, but apparently he lost his thank yous in S. Epatha Merkerson's bosom.

Gilmore Girls: The Complete Fifth Season
I knew very little about Gilmore Girls, but this contest had the most entries of any TVgasm DVD contest to date, and let it be known that the fans of the show appear to be among the most rabid in the history of television, with no shortage of people naming pets and children after Lorelai and Rory (or Lorelai Leigh as I was to learn). I asked people what they thought of Jess, and most people thought that in general he sucked for Rory, but when he came back to save her from her own suckiness, he became cool, and is overall good for the show.Reader ES: Jess kind of sucked, but when he came back recently, he set Rory straight, which is a good thing.
ES had few words but wanted to say:
Too bad Alexis Bledel was such a skank in Sin City.
Like I said before, I prefer Gail anyway.
