This week on Gossip Girl, we finally get the answers to who is gay, and what dirt Georgina has on Serena. While one of the answers a lot of us saw coming, the other one is a truly jaw-dropping moment (hint: it's not the answer to who's gay).

Hey everyone! I can't tell you how glad I am that Gossip Girl is finally back! When we last left our favorite spoiled, slutty teens, Blair had just been dethroned thanks to Chuck blabbing to Gossip Girl herself that Blair traded in her v-card in a wild backseat limo ride - and not with Nate. Jenny then confirmed the story to Nate, causing a homoerotic mini-brawl between the boys, and prompting both guys to tell Blair to take her skanky ass elsewhere. This in turn gave Blair's minions the excuse they were looking for to dump their leader and crown her successor - Jenny! But as Blair tried to escape undetected into the night, Serena arrived just in time to convince her friend that running isn't the answer, and to stay and fight the good fight. Okay, everyone caught up? Then on with the show!

This is it, everyone: the season finale/series finale/God knows what of Gossip Girl! As we wait to find out what the strike means for the future of the show, we're left with a fantastic, heart-wrenching episode to chew on. Blair finally gets the comeuppance she's been slowing making her way towards, Nate adds another entry on the list of reasons why I hate him (this time for being a hypocritical asshole), and Serena proves that no matter how bland she is, at least she's a great friend. Happy New Year everyone! As many of you know, I was out of the country over the holidays, and therefore am about two weeks behind in these Gossip Girl recaps. But I'm back now, and ready to chat about our favorite spoiled, promiscuous brats! In this episode, the gang breaks into the school's pool where an extra nearly dies, creating a thrilling whodunit mystery! Note the sarcasm.

It's Christmas on Gossip Girl, and you know what that means. We've got 12 product placements, 11 bouts of whining, 10 hideous outfits, 9 dirty looks, 8 bouts of crying, 7 dangling plot threads, 6 missing cast members, 5 manipulations, 4 clichéd moments, 3 former lovers, 2 threatening speeches, and 1 proposal from a very old man!

This week on Gossip Girl, we have another one of Josh Schwartz's favorite events - the cotillion/debutante ball. On "The O.C.", this evening ended with someone getting punched in the face (I'm looking at you, Jimmy Cooper), and I have high hopes for this evening to end the same way. At this time, I'd like to nominate Nate. Besides that tantalizing possibility, this episode is also full of various manipulative/nefarious plots, so let's dive in and figure out who are the puppets and who are holding the strings.

This week on Gossip Girl, we flash back and forth between Thanksgiving 2006 and Thanksgiving 2007, learning a little bit about some of our major characters in the process. What we don't really get is any development on the main storylines from the last episode - Blair and Upchuck, Jenny and Nate, and the Blair versus Jenny showdown. In fact, we don't get any Upchuck at all, which is majorly disappointing. Instead this episode focused on the old timers, but with gay lovers, possible incest, and trips to the ER, this episode still had plenty to entertain us!

Hold on tight, Dan, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

After last week's repeat, Gossip Girl is back and jumping right in where we left off. As a quick recap: Jenny showed up at the masked ball to get revenge on Upchuck. She was confused for Serena, and grabbed by Nate, who told "Serena" he's not over her and kissed her. Blair grabbed "Serena" and ripped a bracelet off Jenny's wrist. Jenny didn't notice this, but Blair did, and figured out that "Serena" was actually Jenny. Dan's old girlfriend, Vanessa, came back to town but Dan chose to stay with Serena instead (likely because Vanessa's presumptuous and annoying). Lily and Rufus shared a kiss. And Nate found his father's cocaine stash but wound up taking the blame when his mother found it as well.
