Welcome back kids. It's great to be with you again. Today's lesson on Grey's Anatomy is about chemistry, as Meredith tells us in voiceover. Mer reminds us that, as med students, she and the Mer-tones studied Lots of chemistry and boy do they know their chem. And in a Clear example of what chemistry is NOT, we open upon the scene of George and Izzy in post-coital bliss. Well, not so much bliss as clear frustration and disdain. Could it be that Izzy and George have finally figured out what so many of us knew all along; namely that she and George have about as much chemistry as K-fed and a bar of soap? This week on Grey's Anatomy is a very exciting one kids! The tease at the end of last week promised us a real, honest to goodness Girlfight! A rumble. Fistcuffs. A beat down. The Battle in Seattle! And I, for one, love a good girlfight. If not for girls fighting, what the hell would we watch on youtube?
But one can't just jump right to the hair-pulling, scratching and fish-hooking, right? We need to start at the very beginning. I hear it's a very nice place to start. Shall we?

Welcome to a Brand Spankin' New season of Grey's Anatomy! OK...OK I know it's not technically "brand spankin' new," we're on the third episode, but I just took over the show, so humor me, will ya?
Are you as psyched for the new season as I am? I hope you are. After starting off the season with the Grey's spinoff Private Practice, I was particularly psyched, because Grey's is SO much better a show than PP. Grey's has everything that PP seems to think that it has, but in fact does not have, namely: characters we actually care about, interesting medical cases, humor and some good acting and writing. (But other than that, PP is Awesome! Check it out, Wednesdays on ABC *wink*)
And on that note, let's start the season, shall we?

They're announcing today at the TV Critics meeting that they've signed the homophobic slurrer who got the boot from Grey's Anatomy over at ABC last month, to a development deal to star in a potential action drama he pitched to the network for the 2008-09 TV season.
He'll also be a guest star on the bad-buzzing Bionic Woman.
