Newsgasm: I've Sheen Better Days Edition -
by m_ruv

- Got a thing for hookers? Gambling? Hot 12-year-old-on-12-year-old action? You and Charlie Sheen could be best buds! The salacious allegations appeared in Denise Richards's divorce court filings at the end of last week—just in time for the debut of Mr. Sheen's children's clothing line (lo, how I wish I were joking). [TMZ]
- In May, ABC will debut a new Lost interactive online game. Uh, maybe quit wasting resources on games and come out with a new episode more often than ONCE EVERY FULL MOON. [AP]
- And Tom Cruise apparently loves getting down and dirty with his new spawn. "I change diapers all the time. I have to tell you I love it." Great, so not only is he creepy and insane to begin with, he's also into scat play. [CNN]

Comments
Tom Cruise is full of himself (I know that's a shocker). Somehow he found it within himself to attend a premiere for "Mission Impossible III" although it was supposedly so difficult to tear himself away from Katie and the new baby. Obviously, all he cares about is the publicity. Poor Tommy will be receiving less attention once the Jolie-Pitt baby is born. I guess Tom will then wish he could have timed his kid's birth better (after the Jolie-Pitt birth).

While I'm not going to defend Tom Cruise's sanity, I'm not going to hate on him for promoting his movie. I consider myself a good father, but when my first child was born I had a demanding job, and she arrived on a Thursday and I was back to work the following Tuesday. I'm sure Katie has the help of nine baby nurses and nannies and Tom's time is best served by going out and publicizing the movie and ensuring that little Suri's trust fund is adquately funded. He has a lot of bad press to overcome which could dampen box office.
Fathers in general, being breastless and all, are pretty useless with a newborn baby anyway, so if Tom had to go to a premiere for a few hours I won't paint him a publicity whore for it. I'm sure he's contractually obligated to promote the movie anyway.

I agree with you JasonR. When I had my first kid, my husband was there and didn't go to work but after awhile it was like, "sooooo, what do I do now??" It's just easier if the guys go to work.
Did you anyone read the entire 17 page declaration from Denise Richards? If all that is true then I fear for her safety and her kids. Didn't realize Charlie was such a punk.

I read it palmtree (on TheSmokingGun.com) but I can't say that I feel the same way as you. Yes- he was a dick and he does have problems, but she knew that before she married him AND she stuck around and had another kid by him even after she had saw how troubled he was. Doesn't that make her somewhat culpable for the nasty outcome that's being played out now? I think she has to own up to her own responsibility in this too.

I agree with you Zoobabe. Yes he is a jackass, but she knew what kind of person he is. I don't think she is exactly a "victim" Apparently she is already making out with her bestfriends soon to be ex- Richie Sambora in public...

Didn't Heather Locklear come to her rescue the first time she split up with Charlie? Wow- Denise doesn't exactly sound like a loyal friend to me. I know her type- ulterior motives with zero regard for others.

Seeing the pictures of her straddling her bff's soon to be ex, puts a different spin on this for me. Rather thatn feeling sorry for her, I have to wonder how much was exaggerated or false. Heather had her a baby shower. The Richie Sambora thing is in very bad taste.

I'm sad to say I had no idea that Denise was with Ritchie Sambora until last night on The Insider. That just makes me ill. I never said she was a victim just that I was afraid for her and the kids. I swear Hollywood is just messed up. Between them Alec & Kim they are making damn sure all their kids end up in rehab.

Let's see--one of Denise's complaints about Charlie is that he's a womanizer? Isn't that why Heather split from Richie? Hmmmmm. What makes this any better?

Charlie Sheen may be a crazy womanizer, but he's mad hot. I've had a crush on that fine hunk of man since LUCAS. I wouldn't mind taking a squat on his hairy man-pole. Boo-yah!

I had read in one of my rags a while back that Denise may be dating John Stamos. I thought that would have been a nice coupling.

I think that Charlie Sheen is hot and funny, but hell- any woman with half a brain would know what she's getting into dating him!
