More Loitering In Laguna

As part of our continued coverage of the Laguna Beach premiere week, we decided to wander down to the beach community and find out what life was really like on those hallowed shores. After we found a parking spot (an ordeal unto itself), we hoofed it around town, trying to follow in the footsteps of Kristin, LC, Jason, Stephen, Dieter and all the rest of the gang. We'll let this gripping footage serve as a testament to the experience. In one word: mind blowing.

More to come this week...

Hilarious!!! The whole ambulance conspiracy theory was great and I think J-Unit might be right and that some of those people were saying "look at those two assholes." I cannot wait for more installments of this, great work guys.

It's official. Since you've posted these Laguna videos, you two are now the most entertaining people that I don't actually know.

wow that was one gnarly hair shirt. i bet that alone made the 45 minute search for parking well worth it.

Grr ever since I got internet explorer 7 I can't seem to view these...

You. Guys. Are. Fucking. Hilarious.

I am SO glad that other people my age share my fascination/disgust with the 'Guna.

My only request: B-Side, you have to say "Roz" in the next installment!

jenny10girl,

You need to let me know these things. I'll look into next week.

urg! thats it? "look at those two assholes..." what? oh cmon, you guys are assholes. that was the best cliffhanger ever.

you know what you should have done...was mess with their minds and pretend you're casting kids for the next season.

That really did look like a shirt.

Alas, poor Roz. I knew her, B-Side... Sorry, reading Hamlet for school.

B-Side Author Profile Page:

Antebellum, you raise an interesting Shakespearean issue: is Roz the conniving Lady Macbeth of Laguna, or the long-suffering Ophelia to Kristin? DISCUSS.

GD Author Profile Page:

I loved the ambulance speculation! Us magazine is reporting Jason and LC are back on!!!! When did this happen??

SRomeo Author Profile Page:

I actually think Roz is more of a Catherine from Henry V, both women playing the role of the peacemaker; Catherine stabalized relations between France and England. Remember the peace bonfire from last season? Alllll Roz.

thatswhack Author Profile Page:

wait.

b-side, doesn't lady macbeth die?

i dont want roz to die! it would be a tragic day! oh the horror!

long live roz!

B-Side Author Profile Page:

Ophelia doesn't fare so well either.

Maybe she's just a dashing lass from As You Like It instead.

tikilights Author Profile Page:

I'm greedy for more videos!

If anyone is Ophelia, it's Jessica. Falling for the guy who's playing the idiot, letting said relationship literally turn her into a crazy person. Not to mention getting the 'psychotically chronic talker' gene from good ol' dad. And this above all else, to thine J-Wahl stalking be true.

"That guy is entirely too hairy to be swimming at laguna beach"

Hahaha I love you guys!

jess Author Profile Page:

OMG, you guyz. Your Guna references are SO OLD! What about Cami?? What about that other chick who acts slutty/bitchy?? Oh wait, I forgot I don't care.

Can't wait to see more. And B-side? Nice widow's peak.

TaxGirl Author Profile Page:

Love your "expose" of Laguna beach! Silly street names, indeed!

Hairy guy? yuk!

More videos please! More!

Firecat Author Profile Page:

I'm still waiting for you guys to return to Pinks for a Gordon Ramsay Dog.....

antebellum Author Profile Page:

Hmm, I would say that Roz is more akin to Ophelia, but not much. You could consider Kristin the Hamlet of the situation, playing with others' emotions while dealing with grief and thoughts of revenge against, let's say, LC, after the loss of Stephen. Roz, ever the faithful sidekick, is distraught by this coupled with the loss of, let's say, her other friend Jessica; THUS Roz decides to drown herself in the 'Guna ocean. It's a stretch, but that's the best analogy I can make.

Ooh, this is fun. There should be Laguna-to-Shakespeare comparisons more often.

SRomeo Author Profile Page:

perhaps the kids of laguna are smarter then we thought and actually knowingly live out their lives as a shakespearian aligory.....

just a thought
