This week on Making the Band, the same fight that has been taking place all season continues to take place. And Dawn just bugs the hell out of me.

Per usual, Diddy opens the show with his obnoxious demeanor. He tells us that he is the cure for bitchassness or something ridiculous. And he's booking Day26 on a cruise as the ultimate test to see if they can make it work. Because if you can't enjoy yourself on a cruise, then you're in a really bad place. Cruises are unsanitary and get regularly hijacked by pirates -- what's not to like?!
Things are eerie back at the house. Robert tells us that the bad vibe is overwhelming, and Brian says that people are barely speaking or even looking in each others' direction. Brillo, though, is excited about the cruise! And to prepare for the cruise, everyone is meeting for dance rehearsal that morning. Brillo brings it up, and crazy, wild-eye Que says, "So you knew about dance rehearsal?! I didn't even know about dance rehearsal!" My first thought: Since when doesn't Que know about DANCE REHEARSAL. He's been so into DANCE REHEARSAL. I'm surprised he didn't schedule this one himself. My second thought: The rehearsal hasn't happened yet. So how could he not know about it. He's talking about it. And it's happening LATER.
Dawn is sitting at the table with Que and Brills, and she violently shakes her head and says he needs to start communicating with them. Brillo says he doesn't know what to wear on the cruise. Dawn and Aundrea laugh that he should go shirtless to scare the old people. But Que just shakes his head. Because in the land of Que, nothing is even remotely funny. Everyone is piss-ocity inducing. Aundrea, by the way, looks SCARY in the mornings. She literally looks like she is about to trick Dawn and Que into her house, so that she can push them into her oven.

Brian walks into the living room, and Que says that he didn't know they had dance rehearsal that morning. Brian says something about knowing it was that day but not knowing it was that early. Who cares? Just go to rehearsal, already!
Meanwhile, Que texts Will who is IN THE NEXT ROOM. Will says it's a disturbing message, so he responds saying that the group is going on with or without Que. Que gets the text and whispers it's contents to Brillo. Que tells us that it's 4 against 1, and he feels hurt. But the only thing painful in this scenario is that Que TEXTED Will instead of just walking into the next room over. Or even hollering at him. Passive aggressive, much?

Robert says that because of the text, Que thinks they don't want him there, which isn't true. It's something new everyday, and it's only getting worse. He says he's about to explode. He's tired of kissing up to Que and is ready to whoop some ass. The prospect of this happening excites me to no end.
In the lobby of the "house," the guys are waiting for Que to leave for dance rehearsal. And Robert gives us daily our math lesson: "There's four members of Day26, but there's five of us!" Meaning that one person is missing...?
Then Robert and Que have some sort of confrontation in the lobby. Originally I thought they were having it IN the revolving door! But then I realize that they are outside of the hotel, and we can just see them through the revolving door. I am happy because it makes more sense that they'd be outside. But I am sad because having a huge fight inside of a door would be unprecedented and totally awesome! Anyway, the actually confrontation is unclear. All I can make out is that Que says something about how they should go to rehearsal without him because he will only make them late. Smelling drama, Brian goes outside to take part. Smelling Brian, Que goes back inside.

Ah the Breaking News segment. I don't always include these in my recaps, but here I am. And I am covering this. Diddy tells us that Day26's album drops on April 14. So this is where you must tell me: Who bought it? And do you love it? Diddy also tells us that 90% of all "Making the Band" albums have gone platinum. Interesting. It must be Brillo who's messing up that perfect score.

Que made me not like him at all, and I was rooting for him during the audition phase of the show. I was really happy when he made the group, but now I believe he needs to leave. He is overwhelmed and can not handle the pressure. He is very miserable and he did not start smiling until he finally got Robert riled up and upset. He was even more happy when he finally made Will cry. I am proud of Big Butter for not being drawn into Que's Bullshit. Que's goal was to make everyone miserable because he was unhappy for some made up reason. I too was happy that Dawn finally acknowledged his ass was acting Bi-Polar. Hopefully we

I haven't heard their CD yet - I'll probably listen to it online cause I don't buy CDs but their is a song called Bipolar on it! Anyway the drama in this episode wasn't the best thing to talk about. It was the breakfast scene showing Dawn or Aundrea without makeup that caught my attention. Both of them are pretty girls but Damn please don't let MTV film y'all in the morning looking like that!
I think their will be no more Danity Kane after this. I've heard rumors of Dawn working on a solo project of course I heard those rumors when the groups was still together. The next show going to be about Diddy making his own personal band so I don't know!
I do think that the guys wrapped this up too easily. I'm ready for Que to get kicked out the group. Show of hands - who would like to see Que to get kicked out the group and get replaced by Donnie?

Time Out = Rehab

Okay, I'm back after reading the recap.
bigjr6633:I don't think Donnie would blend well with the group. He still can't dance and has zero stage presence or charisma.
admiddla1969: I agree about Que wanting everyone else to be miserable. I remember some episodes back when he was stressed b/c his mom quit her job and he had the pressure to support his family. I think that's when it all began. He was stressed and didn't feel anyone else understood how stressed he was even though they all had families as well. I think he flipped out from the pressure and wanted everyone to be miserable like him.
I think Diddy's arrival was too little too late. They had already resolved their own problems and him coming in at the end was a waste of time (MY time). His ridiculous "time out" for Que wasn't big and bad - it was just lame. It was also lame that they didn't say what's going to happen to Danity Kane. I have no idea. I heard months ago that Cassie was joining the group. They played one her songs during the show. Whatever it is, from the previews, Dawn didn't seem too happy about it. Maybe they'll have auditions again??
I heard the guys on the radio together (all 5) a few weeks ago and they said they weren't going to reveal (ever) what was causing their problem so I guess we will never know. LAME. Que sounded happy on the radio and like he'd gotten over his issues. Or, rather, like he was on medication and it was working. Or rehab worked, whichever.

I can totally see these crazy-ass homies on Project Runway, interviewing about how "onea ya'll's sabotaged my Singer, yo!"
Proof that reality show drama knows no color or creed.

I think Diddy showed up that night because someone reported them in for the disturbance in the hall way. One of the desk security guards was standing with them trying to get them to stop.
I have to say I still don't know how boys and men can fight like that one minute and be back on good terms the next. If that had been girls or women then unless they are blood relatives the relationship is over and if they are forced to act like they get along then everything is just fake (sometimes even with family members). We often say stuff like 'I can forgive that bitch but I will never forget what she said'.
In situations like that there's one co-worker or choir member or friend of a friend that you can not stand. That must have been the difference with the DK fall out.

dreamkeeper: Word.
I am often amazed by that as well. As as woman, I find it hard to forgive and forget. I never forget!

It's always like the with guys and females, females hold on to stuff much longer than guys do. I'm assuming the situation with Danity Kane was a lot worser than Day26's problems which all stemmed from Que. As a guy I can let shit go rather easily but if I was in that group I would always feel a certain way about Que like if he got kicked out I wouldn't feel bad.

One thing that was funny about the meeting with Diddy was him saying NONE of them could make it on their own and Donnie was sitting right there. He dropped his head when he heard that. HE'S ON HIS OWN! ha!!!! I know it was directed at the boys, but it was just funny b/c it still applies to Donnie.
