So pop open your can of Red Bull and make yourself a last Jaeger Bomb, light up and smoke those ciggies or other smoking materials. You'll need all the help you can get to make it through this episode. It's funny how charity can bring out the worst in some people.
We start out this week with Sebastian hanging out with Gabe. It turns out that Gabe and Sebastian should probably not spend so much time together.
This is a surprisingly good idea that Sebastian came up with. I don't know if it's because Sebastian really has a good heart or he is in dire need of community service hours for his college applications or he is in dire need of a hookup with some random girl. It's probably a combination of all three.
On the other side of town, PC is waiting to meet Taylor and talk to her about skipping his party. She says she was sorry that she missed his party but PC says there is no excuse and that it was very disrespectful of her to stand him up like that. I guess only PC is allowed to stand up people, probably because he goes to private school and she is just a lowly public school girl.
Oh yes you are Taylor. You didn't really think he wanted to be your friend did you? He probably used the time he spent with you as his community service hours on his college applications. Come to think of it, it was probably the only community service he did in his high school career. "I helped introduce a poor and pathetic public school girl to things she's never seen or experienced. It opened a whole different world for her and yet I managed to keep her in her place by not allowing her access to all of the private school secret good stuff, like the gold treasure, diamonds, etc."

Team Jessie! Camilla needs to learn a lesson on humility. Jessie could have been a bit nicer but everyone gets short when they are stressed out.
Is anyone else sad that these kids are not really kids and have missed out on the fun of being kids?

Dear Chris,
Now that the season is over, I can finally say yes, it is sad that these kids are not really kids at all.
These kids all say the same thing, "kids in NYC grow up faster". I guess that's true, but who the hell wants that? I for one, would rather be a kid before responsibilities, jobs, taking care of a house, etc.
And how about our little Camilla???Just look what a huge bitch she turned out to be! I guess that she has changed during the course of this academic year. Taylor should be in prime position to get invited to all of the parties Camille can get into. I just think they are all a bunch of lying, backstabbing, brats who could all use a good kick in the seat.
Can you imagine the cutthroat things Camilla will do for entry into Harvard? I'm guessing murder is not out of the question.
Thanks for reading Chris.
Love and luck,
Anne

Ummm - did you leave out the part where PC told Jessie he was bisexual? That was the biggest scoop of the entire damned show!

hisroyalhighness:
I disagree about the news of PC's sexuality. Whether he is bi or not is not news to Jessie and is not something I really wondered or cared much about.
I thought the big news was PC acting like a human for a change.
But thanks for giving your opinion and thanks for reading.
Love and luck,

Great job with the recaps TVAnnie. I think this would be a hard one to recap. The show is so ridiculous and there is so much to make fun of but they are kids so you feel kind of bad.
Also as Chris Mack mentioned I feel really sad for these "kids". I watched the show but I didn't get my usual trashy enjoyment I get out of Bravo tv. These kids think everyone living outside of NY is missing out on so much but little do they know so are they.

Dear Baxter,
Thank you so much for your comment. I have wrestled all season long about how to approach writing about these kids.
On the other hand, one other reader pointed out that if they could, they would certainly jump at the chance to cut me down. I guess that's true and I would probably be a good target.
I think Bravo could have done a few things to make this show better. If the kids had all known each other before the show started, the get togethers would have been better. Let's face it, whenever Jessie had to see Camille and or Taylor and Kelli, she just turned and left. Sebastian and PC were not friends and that made the interactions very forced.
Also, I'm tired of Bravo building us up for some big explosive scene and never delivering. Every time we are ready for a big ugly scene or emotional blow-up, nothing happens. It's like opening a bottle of champagne and the cork just drops off and the wine is flat. It's an anti-climax and I'm tired of Bravo doing this in their reality shows. (The Atlanta Housewives and the Jersey Housewives are slightly better at explosive scenes, but they are so obviously planned that they lose their spontaneous quality.)
If this show does come back, I want to see Jessie attending FIT and having to work on some really boring project where she is not in charge where she must work well with others. I would love to see that. And of course, PC would be back in NYC within 3 weeks of moving to LA because let's face it, he's just too NYC for the west coast.
Thanks again for reading and for your comments.
Love and luck,
TVannie

I would actually like to see a reunion show with the kids explaining how life has changed after the show. I don't know if a Season 2 would make sense, then it'll turn into some sort of Laguna Beach/The Hills thing and I only watched the first season of LB because Lo was one of my favs and she was gone after that season :(
