If I was technically perfect, the show would be boring PLUS I'm not a dork! but here you go...Haute Couture is french for high sewing/dressmaking. Usually made to order and hand sewn with expensive fabrics and strict attention to detail. Mostly ordered by high end and wealthy clients! So Couture = $$$ People who wear Old Navy and love sales at Ross, don't wear or could ever afford Couture!
