Many people were upset that they missed out on the very, very painful Les Moonves special "Locusts". TVgasm did the play by play afterwards, but it's a lot better if you get a sample beforehand. With that in mind, please let us remind everybody that Rosie O'Donnell and Andie McDowell have teamed up bring us Riding the Bus With My Sister. We don't normally like to make fun of the handicapped (OK, Constantine is an exception), but seriously, this is just too easy.
The movie airs this Sunday at 9 PM. If you haven't seen a commercial for this yet, we have your little taste after the jump.

I can't remember a time when I've actually watched a TV movie before. That will change this sunday night as I might even have to watch this "real time" and not on commercial-free TiVo. Man, this is just too much.
From the New York Times: "a "deeply -- even thrillingly -- embarrassing movie."

I just want to know who thought that letting Rosie O'Donnell act again was a good idea, especially in a role that would require great talent to not come off ridiculous and funny.

I feel so bad about myself for laughing at this stuff, but I laugh anyway ...

The saddest part is that Rosie will probably get an Emmy nom for this. I'm not an actory, but it seems to me like there's nothing easier than playing a retard.

Rosie should stick to what she does best-- being a fat ugly no talent dyke.

When I found the local t.v. guide in Sunday's paper on the cover was Rosie O'Dyke looking like she's escaped the One Flew Over The Cuckoo's House For Celebrity Has Been, Never Was & Never Will Bes. The image was so disturbing that I had to go take a shit and stare at it to feel better. Rosie O'Dumbo probably took this part in order to be able to be next to Andie McDowell. I'm sure her pussy eating grin was aimed directly at McDowell the entire time it took to film this p.o.s. movie. Now you are seeing the effects of the Bush Admn/FCC/TaliBaptist control over airwave content. We should all get used to seeing more of these kinds of insipid t.v. movies and shows because this kind of crap is the only thing the FCC won't fine. Welcome to the apocalypse, brought to you in living color by the Religious Right.

I saw it last night And I have to say, I was blown away. IT was everything I imagined. She was doing the full on talky retard impression. Oh it was delicious. I couldn't get enough. The scene where the "mean" people on the bus were all talking about how she was an annoying bitch, you were suppsed to feel sorry for her. But c'mon, a loud annoyoing retarded Rosie O'Donnel? How is that not annoying. Its like taking the most annoying person in the world, and turning them into a balling retard. It ups teh annying factor by about a thousand.
ANd she must have packed on 200 pounds. Normally when women gain wieght it shows in their boobs, I think she actually lost wight there. Now excuse me im going to shove a needle in my eye for even thinking about rosie odonnels retarded boobs.
And a special shout out to those ridiculuos hallmark commercials. Oh man that was the definition of "unintentional comedy". I seriosuly think the entire nights programming was a prank by howard Stern.

This movie was horrible, but it was much more than bad acting by Rosie O'Donnell. Most of the annoying qualities of her character were just that, her character. You can't really fault her for that, but her acting in general was bad, as was that of Andie McDowell and just about everybody else. The writing and directing was some of the worst I have ever seen. Straight to video productions have better standards than what was put on last night.
And although I skipped most of the Hallmark commercials, I believed the two at the end were better produced and told a better story in five minutes than the rest of the movie did in nearly two hours.
