My friend just sent me this email:
I AM HYPERVENTILATING AT THE END OF THE HILLS
amazing
That pretty much sums it all up. Yes, if you see one episode of The Hills, make it this one. Holy Moly was it good. It was full of all the backstabbing, bitchy, obnoxious, and awful behavior we've come to expect from L.A. girls, but even better, it was all topped off with a welcome serving of tears, confrontation, and yelling. Now this was drama.
Oh, and Spencer remains a gigantic, unrepentant douchebag.
This week's episode began with the ominous sight of Lauren and Audrina chopping veggies together. The lack of Heidi in favor of sidekick #3 surely signaled that something was rotten in the state of the Hillside Villas. As you can imagine, the two were consumed with talk of Spencer and Heidi, or Speidi, as I used to call them. Audrina wanted to know if Lauren's relationship with her former besty had improved, or was The Boy still breeding tension? Lauren explained, "The way we get along is that we just don't talk about Spencer." Soooo basically, they don't get along at all.
Audrina, suddenly a voice of reason on this show, noted that Heidi had changed since she'd welcomed Spencer into her life. It was almost as if he'd cast a spell on her, she said. A spell I like to call Curse of DON ANTONIO'S!!!
Well, Lauren did not disagree. In fact, she revealed that Heidi had only slept over at the apartment twice all month. "it kind of bums me out when she's like 'Let's plan a Lauren and Heidi day,'" Lauren said, further commenting, "I'm like, every day used to be Lauren and Heidi Day." Oooh! Snap! The withering bitterness of a friend scorned. By the way, I'm really sad to hear of the demise of Lauren and Heidi Day. Had I known that this holiday was dwindling into obsolescence, I surely would have pioneered some sort of celebration to keep it alive -- you know, like having a mandatory alfresco meal, much like those girls do every episode. Even if it were raining or freezing and if people asked why I was eating outside, I'd just roll my eyes and say, "Duh. It's Lauren and Heidi day!"
After the opening credits, we learned the title for the episode: "With friends like these...". Or, as I interpreted it, "WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE (dunh Dunh DUNH!!!!)" This could not end well (and I'm not just saying that because I saw pretty much everything that happened in last week's previews).
We then found Heidi with over-eager sidekick Jen, who had heretofore been a shared second fiddle to both Lauren and Heidi. Servicing two Masters is of course totally acceptable, but we've noticed a certain degree of unbridled ambition in Jen, and it was clear that this was the episode when she was going to make a power move. But how? BUT HOW???
Anyway, the two girls walked the streets of Beverly Hills, and as they headed into Lisa Kline, Heidi cooed, "Thank you so much for coming with me!"
"ANY TIME!" Jen gushed, so thrilled to have been hand-selected for this Kline-tastic trip. And just in case Heidi was unsure of her dedication, Jen then added, "I get to spend more time with you!" MAKE ME YOUR SIDEKICK! SHOW ME THE WORLD, DEAR MASTER!

"I agree, Heidi! In fact, I'll agree with whatever you want me to!"
Well, as the girls browsed through the various garments in the boutique, we learned that Jen wanted to "hang out" with Brody Jenner, and not just because his last name sounded like her first name -- although, that was a plus. I can just imagine Jen doodling hearts on a pad, surrounding the words, "Mrs. Jen Jenner."

Brody is the worst kind of guy – charming and thus eternally inculpable. He’s never going to be held accountable for any of his actions. But I cannot WAIT for the day Spencer gets his due.
Anyone else think Jen's gotten a nose job?

Well, now we finally know why Jen was not cut from scenes she's been in previously where all she's ever done was suck up to Lauren & Heidi- it was all to prepare us for her big power move in this episode. I think that was so shady of her to go after Brody, being Lauren's best friend, and after reading the Details magazine and seeing the show thus far, we all know that Brody surely did not have any true interest in her, he just wanted to ensure his airtime. I mean, let's face it, Jen is not cute at all, and has the personality of a doorknob (to quote Cami). I hope she feels like an ass after seeing this episode. I felt so sorry for Lauren at the end, that is such a sucky situation, where you feel like your friends have abandoned you, especially when you supposedly live with one, but essentially live by yourself while they are always with their boyfriend. And since when is Jen Lauren's "best friend"??
K Conrad- PLEASE answer the question everyone wants to know- what happened to Lo?? Are she and Lauren not friends anymore?? What happened???

There is NO justice in the world!!! The one night that my Tivo decides to go haywire is the only show that I really look forward to all week. Good thing that MTV shows them again and again during the day.
Great recap B-side, it was worth staying up late to read.

Foreal.. these brawds should be glad that people even know who they are BECAUSE OF LAUREN. I'm glad she manned up and confronted that stupid ass Heidi.
You know Jenn Bunney must be pretty hurt when even Brody couldn't muster up the same amount of cheese as he did with Lauren. All she got was a, "Damn you're beautiful." Nothing more, nothing less. He didn't even tell her how amazing she is!
Heidi's only staying with Spencer for the free dental work.

The best part of the bathroom scheming at the 'sha was the need for every comment to be in triplicate, i.e. "He loves you, he loves you, he loves you!" Oh snap oh snap oh snap!
P.S. mo_knows, I am inclined to believe that that second link is THE real Jenn Bunney!

If Lauren made up with Heidi after this whole thing, I wonder how she feels now, after watching the episode and seeing how much "nothing" Heidi did to push the Jen/Brody hookup? I don't understand how Heidi could blatantly lie to Lauren knowing that it would be on national television and she would know the truth. All I know is I would be furious all over again after I saw my "best friend" pretty much force a hookup like that.

Yeah, I don't get how Heidi and her douchetastic smarmbag of a manager-slash-boyfriend can be such liars and cheaters WHILE THEY'RE BEING FILMED. It shows just an utter lack of maturity and ability to comprehend consequences. It's not like the truth will come out on film years from now, but only a matter of months. Oh well!
I was pretty impressed with Lauren this episode, particularly her ability to confront Heidi and frankness (if things continue like they are, we can't be friends). As someone who has dated an emotionally abusive, manipulative person when I was younger, I understand why Heidi isn't responding positively to Lauren. Eventually she'll realize that Lauren is right & she's being a good friend, but frankly, by then it might be too late. Spencer is using Heidi like he's using The Manwhore & he shows the classic signs of an abuser - isolating her from her friends, mind games, emotional manipulation, etc. all while lying and cheating on her left and right. Ugg.
Also? That link to the love advice from The Manwhore? Gross.

OMG -- I'm still stunned. I feel like I've just stared into the soul of Heidi Montag and almost been sucked into the terrifying chasm of nothingness. Gone are the days when I thought Heidi was just a daffy, likeable idiot. Remember when we all thought she would someday see the light & get over Spencer? No, no, my friends, she IS Spencer. She's a user. And the scene at Boogie's club, The Seduction of Jenn Bunney? I felt all clammy like I was watching the making of Heidi Fleiss (aka Montag) made-for-TV movie. "You have to do what's best for YOU, Jenn." in the dull, ominous, mind-control tones. "just go with him." And what did you get for YOUR soul, Jenn? 45 minutes of kissing Brody? You should have held out for $50 and a DVD player. (Heidi, it's Charlie Sheen on Line 1).

Last night's TV was one of the best nights in a long time (Heroes, The Hills).
I thought it was awesome how Lauren stood up to Heidi and confronted her. It's really too bad that Heidi can't see Spencer for who he really is.
I was on Lauren's website earlier (yes, I'm a dork) and she has pictures posted from her 21st birthday. Heidi was definitely there - they must have made up (somewhat). Has Lauren come around to Spencer?

long-time reader, first-time poster here. i would like to suggest the combo name for heidi and spencer be "Heini". now, i know this is not the traditional combo name in the sense that it is not first part of one name paired w/the last part of the other. however, it does incorporate the letter of both names and i find that combination rather apropos. "Dumb Ass/Douchebag", while most descriptive, is a bit of a creative stretch on the available letters.

Did anyone remember when Heidi was talking to Jen I believe about how Brody wanted to mack it with Jen and Jen didn't believe her. Heidi was like yeah I heard it from the Horses mouth. She was referring to Spencer (but not in the way that we look at him). I thought it was the most accurate, hysterical description of that square head.

If this season was designed to make me hate Heidi, its doing a very good job.
Maybe its just the way she's portrayed on the show, but Whitney seems like a really genuine person and a good friend to LC. I hope in real life they are really friends... maybe KConrad for confirm or deny
Also, what is the link to Lauren's website?

Ok - first thing I have to say is that Lauren is sooooo much better than this - & these people. I felt so bad for her last night, but I know eventually she'll be the one who comes out on top. She has the beauty, the brains, & above all, she's a good person. She'll go much further in life than the "Brody Jenners" & "Heidi Montags" & "Spencer Pratts" of the world will ever go.
On to Jen - first of all she DEFINITELY had a nose job - her nose was completely different on Laguna Beach........... Second of all - WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS??? - She's NOT pretty - Lauren blows her away - is she that dumb to think that Brody Jenner actually wants to date her??? - How does she not realize he's just trying to create drama on the show? - That girl is deluded!
Next - Heidi. First of all, that walk has to go! She's no supermodel & I don't know who she thinks she is with that walk of hers! - I used to really like her. Now I'm begining to think she and Spencer are cut from the same cloth. She's so phony! How could she lie right to Lauren's face? What did Lauren ever do to her? - And then the look on her face when Lauren said they may not be able to live together anymore - her whole face dropped. Could it be that she's just in it to be on tv also? - Think about it... - Heidi is only where she is in life because of Lauren. Without Lauren she would not be in the position she's in now. She needs to relax - I think she's getting a little too big for her britches.
Finally - Audrina. She seems like the most down to earth decent frind that Lauren has on the show. She rebuffed Spencer's advances, took the higher road when Heidi was mad at her, & never has anything malicious to say about anyone. She's a cool girl & I think next season Lauren & Audrina should move in together & Heidi shouldn't even be on the show.
I could go on about Spencer and Brody, but it's just a waste - just like they are.

Could this episode have been any more painful to watch? Oh wait, yes it definitely could. I’m sure as another reader suggested; Lauren must have just had a wonderful time watching this diddy a few days ago. So depending on when Lauren actually saw the show, and what she actually believed the truth to be from this night of lies, her friendship with Heidi may be hanging in the balance as we speak. I don’t know if she could do this, but if the cameras did meander their way over Brody’s for a little after hours Conrad bashing, could Lauren go to MTV and demand to see the footage? Because despite what anyone believes or claims, I’m convinced our little friend Bunney gave up the keys to her… Ummm… bunny hole over at Brody’s palace of indiscretion. Kissed him my ass, what’s the difference between stabbing someone in the back 15 times as opposed to 16? Also, would it surprise me if Spencer was in the bedroom for some reason while this was happening, giving words of encouragement with the occasional slap on the ass? No, definitely not.
Also, is it just me, or does it seem like Spencer tries really hard to sound like Matthew McConaughey when he speaks?
I also thoroughly enjoyed the eavesdropping scene from behind the bathroom door with the Chinoiserie writing. Just think, if we only had this luxury 3 years ago we could have saved ourselves a lot of trouble and just immediately tossed Stephen into upper tier of the Socal douchebags pantheon with Spencer, Brody, Jason, and Tyler. Now that my friends is a murders row of douche.
The best part of this episode was definitely the sidekick uprising. As much as some people hate to admit it, up until this point Heidi’s been nothing more than a glorified sidekick. Granted she was the Nicole to Lauren’s Paris, but a sidekick no less. This episode was basically her coming out party. Unfortunately for her, she forgot to read the first rule of masterdom before venturing out on her own.
Rule #1 - Thou shall not betray thy former master within two moon cycles of emancipation. If said sidekick fails to adhere to this decree, they shall be sentenced to 5 tongue lashings at the former master’s discretion.
Well Heidi got her first lashing at the end of the episode, and I couldn’t have been more excited. As much as I loved “I hate him” and “He’s just a sucky person,” nothing could have prepared me for Lauren’s thoughts about Jenn hooking up with Brody.
“BITCH”
Woah baby, I love it when she talks dirty… Umm I mean… Ahh… Forget about it, I DO love it when she talks dirty. There, I said it. I expect a full compliment of F Bombs flying in Jen and Heidi’s direction next week.
Finally though, the one thing that seems to get lost in the shuffle of all of this is Lauren’s complete loss of control with her sidekicks. Do you really think that Kristen Cavallari would have lost control of Roz and Jessica while they were being taped for TV? I think not. Maybe after the fact, she would serve them their walking papers, but while being taped, they were good loyal servants. Do not forget, our hairy friend Jason tried to brainwash and lure Jessica away from Kristen’s grasp before Cavallari stomped that notion into the ground. Lauren should swallow her pride and contact Kristen for a little master on master training. At the very least she’ll give her a little insight into measures of punishment. If Kristen was in this position, she would make Roz work as a busboy at Don Antonio’s, and order her to yell out “It’s a fiiiieeesta everyday at Don Antonio’s” whenever a customer asked if they had seen her on TV. Cavallari had control over her stable of sidekicks, Lauren needs to pull the reigns in on hers a little.

I knew I hated Heidi...for weeks now I've been asking how ppl can like her. She is disgusting. She is the lowest kind of friend. Yes, I know a ton of editing is done by MTV, but no matter what they can't edit her to look like she completely screwed her friend over - that was all Heidi. No wonder she loves that loser so much, they're two peas in a pod. I say LC dumps that sow and moves on with her life. Once Heidi and Spence have to give up the MTV cameras, all will change. LOSERS - both of them.
Before I couldn't really care less about Lauren, I mean I thought she was a complete idiot for staying with Jason, but she lived and learned. And as much of a loser/dolt Jason was, he never treated Heidi the way Spencer has treated/treats LC. They truly suck!!!!

The best part of all this is that my birthday is on December 4th, and I tried to have my party at Les Deux on the 2nd because it was a Saturday, but they wouldn't allow me (mostly because I had a crowd of 60 people, not 5). The management then offered me the opportunity to throw the party at Geisha House, but because of logistics, I went elsewhere. To think, I could have intersected at least twice with this most amazing of episodes!

This may have been the best episode in the whole Laguna Beach/The Hills line of shows. I mentioned last week how Spencer was good for this show and this episode showed it. Yes he's a douchebag sleezball but look what his brainwashing caused. Trust me I'd never be friends with him but in the concept of MTV drama he's a genious.
Also I laughed the most for the Cedric mention and asking how you would feel if Hitler showed up to my wedding. I think this was one of your best recaps.

jstar - r u male? there is an unwritten female law that you don't hookup with someone your friend dated (or especially in this case) was currently "dating" however they may define it. i would have reacted exactly the same way as lauren did. jen was super rude...she knew what she was doing was wrong and that it would hurt lauren, but she went right ahead and did it.
also - the scene when heidi and jen were in the bathroom was soooo annoying how everything they said they repeated themselves 2 or 3 times.

Friends, how many of us have them? Apparently Lauren has 2 less than she thought. Heidi Dumbass is a terrible friend for pushing Jenn to get with Brody. Then she lied to Lauren about the whole situation. Thats 2 stabs in Laurens back. Jenn is stupid for listening to Heidi and Spencer. She knew how Lauren would feel because she has known Lauren since 3rd grade. Why is she becoming so close to Heidi? None of these bitches would be on tv if it weren't for Lauren. Brody and Jenn were probably a one night stand with backdoor action. How can you jeopardize a long friendship for that? Spencer and Brody are just using Lauren to get on tv. It is rumored they are trying to get their own MTV show. I hope we see Lo come on this show eventually. She is Lauren's true best friend forever.
Great recap bside. This epp ranks right up there with the Laguna epp when Jessica kissed Jason in front of Lauren.

Happy belated birthday B-Side!
Yay! LagunaConsultant is back!!!!
Laguna, if you can obtain the diamond martini glass, as you did the blueberry tracksuit.... AND wear them TOGETHER... Ahhhhhh, it's almost too much to comprehend!
I feel bad for Lauren, I've been there, and NOTHING hurts as much as losing your boyfriend to your best friend - it's a double-betrayal. Heidi's participation in this was so manipulative, and calculated - I really couldn't believe how blatant it was. I've always defended Heidi, because I thought she was a good person and a good friend - but now I am formally withdrawing my support from Team Heidi!
As for Jen, I actually think that friendship is salvageable. Jen's not a compelling or interesting character in her own right, I think she saw an opportunity to have what comes so easily to her friends, and got carried away. What she did was awful, and hurtful - but I think in some ways she was as victimized as Lauren. Spencer, Heidi and Brody flat-out used her, and I'm sure Jen knows that by now.
Even though Jen violated and betrayed years of friendship, I'll bet she and Lauren will ultimately work it out. Brody Jenner is not worth losing a friendship over, and Jen must have felt terrible about her role in all of this when she realized how deeply she hurt Lauren.
I REALLY hope that this show backfires on Spencer and Brody. I'm sure they think any publicity is good publicity, not so... Just ask Michael Jackson and OJ Simpson. Brody is mainly just a cute guy with limited abilities and intelligence, trying to get his 15 minutes; Spencer is probably 15 minutes from becoming a full-on criminal - he is so base, and crass. He reminds me of a drug dealer, or a pimp - just a total low-life.
I like Wh-Wh-Whitney, she and Lauren seem like they have the most in common regarding educational goals, backgrounds, interests. And who couldn't like a girl who lives in a Bavarian candy shop?
Just a side note on the Masters/Sidekick question regarding K-Cav. Even though I thought she was funny, and I thoroughly enjoyed her ability to drive LB boys fucking nuts; she DID makeout with Jessica's new guy at Roz's party - and she KNEW Jessica was desperately trying to get over Jason. K-Cav doesn't seem to have retained any of her friendships, or loyalties from LB.
K Conrad can you tell us if Jen and Lauren patched it up? BTW - this episode must have been sheer torture for the Conrad family to watch! I wanted to climb through the TV and strangle Spencer and Heidi myself! When Lauren was crying, my heart broke a little for her. Team Heidi sucks!
I say we try to get Spencer and Tessa together for a show called "LA Losers: The Ugly Under-belly of Fame-Whores".

I can't believe Heidi thought she could just lie about the Brody-Jenn thing and get away with it. WTF? I see why she stays with Spencer, because she is just like him. I would love to see her get the boot.
Jen was a pathetic friend. At least she felt a slight bit of remorse.
Lauren deserves better friends.

Heidi doesn't seem to have much self esteem, and I think that she just used this whole spinoff reality show thing to get on television.
I think she and the Turd Twins (Spencer and Brody) are angling for yet another spinoff show based on their sad little lives as LA club trash.
BTW someone needs to tell Heidi that the affected runway "walk" (read: awkward lurching) doesn't do much to hide her knock knees and lack of natural grace. She's just ridiculous.

Ahh yes I’m back. It’s also good to see the group shrink is still up and running haha
I’ll sit on the couch for a moment…
I’m 100% with you that Jen was not nearly as heinous as Heidi in all of this. As horrible as it must have been for Lauren to watch that crap, she must have taken some solace in the fact that Jen tried to talk herself out of the whole mess because Lauren was such a good friend. Granted what she did was wrong, but as B-Side so elegantly stated with the greatest gift of all comment, Jen just seemed thrilled that she was being accepted on a different level than usual. I don’t think what she did was an intentional act to hurt Lauren, I just think she lost her head when thoughts of being Mrs. Jenn Jenner starting dancing through her head.
As far as acquiring the diamond martini glass necklace goes, I’m not so sure that’s going to happen. First of all, its diamonds, and second of all, even if Jenn was reading along with the comments and enjoyed the site, I highly doubt she would be very happy with the way she is being dragged through mud now. She doesn’t seem like the type that would take public criticism well, and if the myspace above is any indication, she’s not very happy with the way she’s being portrayed by MTV. It seems as if the only way this could happen was if it was a black bag job. I’d need a ski mask, a lock pick, the address from Kathy Conrad and balls of 100 men. Unfortunately, I’m 0-4 so I think we’re out of luck haha
As far as Kristen goes, I was in no way, shape or form saying that she was a good person or that anything that happened on this episode was above her. I was just merely stating that although she may have hooked up with Jessica’s crush, do you actually think that Jessica or Roz would have EVER contemplated hooking up with Stephen, Sam or Talan if they knew Kristen had been hooking up with them recently? The answer to that is a resounding no, and that’s all I was saying. Believe me, as you well know I’ve been firmly entrenched in camp Conrad since day 1, and if anything, this episode only strengthened my resolve.

"The cat then wandered into frame for a few moments, clearly thinking that this was a "Hey, let's gather 'round the cat!" moment. He was wrong. OUT OF THE WAY, FELINE!"
made me spit my wine out...
Im currently in a relatiohship with a guy whose a little bit of Jason and a lot of Spencer. Once you get into these type of manipulative/co-dependent relationships it's easy to get lost and difficult to find a way out. At first I thought that maybe Lauren was being a little harsh on Heidi. Like BSide said, you can dislike someones boyfriend, but still be there for the advice. After last night's episode though...it seems as if Heidi is just manipulative too.

Ugh, I really don't have anything to say that already hasn't been said but I just looked at Heidi's myspace and it's official that she's become a Spencer clone.

She now has Team Heidi shirts for sale.
Also, I saw the girls on the Hills on Tyra a couple of weeks ago and I think the friendship between Lauren and Heidi is pretty much just an act now. Lauren seemed pretty icy towards Heidi even though they were sitting right next to each other.

Did anyone else notice that at the club, when Heidi was saying how beautiful Jen was in the photo w/ Brody...she rolled her eyes almost directly at the camera. More proof that she could care less about Jen and was just acting as Spencer's mouthpiece.
Speaking of Spencer's mouth...cannot believe his father is a dentist, his teeth look like little pointy chicklets. Anyone else notice how much he looks like Chucky??

Also, props to Lauren for staying well adjusted in such a crazy environment.

OH MY GOSH! WHAT AN EPISODE!! What drama..what heart pounding reality! Now, let me be perfectly clear..Is Heidi a two-faced, fair-weather friend or what? Lauren is too good to be her friend! She lied to her face. She and Jen were plotting for the Brody hook-up. Lauren! Dump those friends..you are too good for them! And Brody? Well whatever he's just lame. BUT...my main gripe today? WHAT IN THE HELL DOES ANYONE SEE IN SPENCER?
MTV GET HIM OFF MY TV!!! GOD HE MAKES MY ASSHOLE PUCKER! THAT NASTY VOICE AND THOSE TEETH HE LOOKS LIKE CHESTER CHEETO! Ok enough ranting...it was a good episode. I loved the way Lauren stuck up for herself! Her so called friends leave alot to be desired thats for sure! Lauren isn't dating Brody now is she? Seems to me I heard she was. He's a charmer alright, a charming snake in the grass and look who his best friend is..CHESTER CHEETO!

I remember someone mentioning that Audrina got a higher billing in the beginning credits than Heidi. Here's why.
My take on this...you grow apart as friends anytime someone starts a new relationship. It's worse when a friend dislikes your boyfriend too. Lauren should not make Heidi choose between her and Spencer.
However, Heidi has not acted as a good mediator between Lauren and Spencer. She's told Spencer that Lauren clearly dislikes him and caused tension that may not otherwise be there if Heidi hadn't have opened her big mouth. Spencer allowed additional confrontation between him and Lauren, when they both should have let it lie.
They are not the only group of folks with that dislike one another with a mutual friend inbetween. I suppose the only difference here is that Spencer is devoid of any redeeming qualities. He is not concerned about Heidi and Lauren's friendship in the least.
Another unfortunate thing here is Spencer, as bad as he is ethically, is no dummy. He plays Brody like an instrument and he's playing Heidi too. I feel comfortable in the fact that this guy will never make it beyond the "d" list, but he's a master at locating and associating with semi-famous people that are stupid enough to eat up his "game". I don't believe anyone with real power or influence in Hollyweird would EVER give this kid the time of day.

Happy birthday, B-Side, and now that my head has stopped spinning in a Heidi-induced rage (am I, perhaps, taking this all a wee bit too seriously?), I realized that I forgot to express my sincere appreciation for another awesome recap.
Also, just wanted to add that I agree with all those above who think Jenn is less culpable than Heidi (maybe Jenn is Mussolini to Heidi's Hitler? -- as it is really kind of hard to weigh between Hitler & Pol Pot). I think the Jenn reconciliation may not be coming though, as wasn't the rumor that she had been the partial cause for the LC/Lo rift, which has now been mended?
And speaking of K-Cav, how on earth did she date this, this dolt for over a year? And call it her first "real" relationship? (Only to be thrown over for some feed-the-Richie scheme.) Sigh.

First of all, welcome to all you that are new to Team Lauren.
What is this? Sidekicks trying to rebel!!! Blasphemous!
I was just about to post something about the Team Heidi Shirts. They have been for a couple of weeks now, I thought they were about the Audrina/Heidi thing, but nowwwww ... OMG! NOW I KNOW TEAM HEIDI IS A SUCKY TEAM TOO!!!!
I think I have found the problem, aparently the "birthday tiara wearing ways" of Lauren's friends opens the gate of SUCKINESS in them ... unleashing it to the masses a few hours later after the act is done.
I also agree with Laguna Consultant, I think more happen that night.
Brody Bunney-Jenner wanted MACKING ASAP after all.
I feel bad for Lauren. She must have felt pretty bad after seeing this. Heidi, YOU ARE SUCKY PERSON! And something tells me, SPENCER PRATT PRODUCTIONS got you in it ... and sadly you agreed.
OUT OF THE WAY, FELINE!

When Spencer said, "that's going on myspace!" it solidified him as the cheesiest person in the history of mankind. I'm totally embarrassed that I even HAVE a myspace.
Spencer's also one of the more unattractive people I've ever seen. It says a lot about Heidi that she's so obsessed with him, and none of it's good.
Also, re the length of Jen and Lauren's friendship, I thought it was hilarious when Lauren said that they'd been friends for a "decade." So, either Jen was 11 in 3rd grade, or Lauren thinks a decade is 13 years.

Spencer DEFINTELY reminds me of Chucky. I almost wrote that as well, but everyone calls John Gruden Chucky, so I didn't want to steal his nickname
So I wound up going ahead with my other impression of Spencer and wound up commiting Hills board plagiarism. Maybe I should have gone back and checked the comments for the previous episodes when I came back. None the less, this was inexcusable. I sentence myself to 3 random verbal assaults by Lauren time TBD. I promise I'll pretend I’m not enjoying it haha

Also, in checking out Heidi's myspace, I noticed that she spelled "a lot" "allot." Or how about her favorite music: "ya boy, Britney Spears, and myself." Are we sure this myspace is real? ;)

I can't believe that Jen has forgotten so soon how rude Spencer and Brody were to her that time when they made her leave her seat on the couch so Brody could sit next to Lauren. She even said "Don't mind me - I like to stand." or something along those lines. Like Brody is now going to realize how much he likes her over Lauren? Puhlease!! She is delusional. I blame her more because she has been friends with LC for longer and should have had her back, whereas Heidi-ho is brainwashed and hasn't been a friend as long.

Did anyone else think Jenn's birthday night was the same as the Spencer/Lauren fight from last week? You can tell b/c Lauren and Heidi are wearing the same patterned trenches. Lots of drama for 1 night.
Also, does Lauren's toast to "a decade of friendship" mean she and Jenn were 11-year-old third graders?
And to the comment on why Heidi is last in the opening credits this season -- she was in the 1st season, too. (Confirmable via DVD boxed set of S1) Typically, TV stars want to be either first or last in their show's credits, so makes sense that Lauren and Heidi would bookend the others.

There's a good chance it isn't, but as I'm sure you are aware, Heidi is now a recording artist...
The only redeeming part about this is that she will be coming to a mall near you! Luckily fledgling artists are forced to sit in large shopping malls and sign autographs in an effort to sell their underperforming CDs. God help Heidi Montag if she comes within a 20 mile radius of Boston. I’m not sure exactly what I would do yet, but I can guarantee these 3 things would happen.
1) I would take the day off from work to make sure I was there
2) I would ask her to sign my cd
3) I will do something that will embarrass the hell out of her. I’m just not quite sure what yet.

1) I would take the day off from work to make sure I was there
2) I would ask her to sign my cd love Benedict Arnold, and then have a great laugh at her expense when she asks me who Benedict Arnold is.

It's pretty awful what Kristin did to Jessica in that one episode, but as we all know, Masters are Masters for a reason. They can always pull rank and steal their sidekicks' love interests. Not saying it's morally acceptable, but notice the lack of repercussions? After all, what's the sidekick to do? LEAVE? And then go to where? It's not often that other Masters have openings. Their best bet is to get in line and become a 2nd or 3rd sidekick, which means you may have to wait months or years before you become official sidekick. Masters really do have all the power!

Next, have we seen that Spencer has started INNOVATOR management? I wonder if he even bothers to register these business names.
And lastly..
What Kristen did was highschool BS, it goes with being that age and being followed around by MTV. What's going on now on this show is a breakdown of Lauren's friendships. Could you imagine watching this months later, regardless of whatever resolution they came to?

Diana811: I love Lo, too!
I'm afraid this is all a bit sketchy & probably unreliabile (maybe K Conrad can clear this up?), but I think the story was that LC & Lo were on the outs for a while, and it turns out that this was because someone was spreading dissension between them by saying that the other was saying X about them or whatever (which, I guess, wasn't true), and that LC & Lo finally figured this out, and that that person was or is Jen (or Jenn). This is probably all fiction.
However, LC & Lo have recently been out & about together, there's at least one photo of them at an event with Stephen in the last month or so, and I guess Lo was also at LC's birthday party in January (and Jen wasn't).

B-Side, you are so funny. I have a crush on you.
This episode was SUCH good television. I couldn't believe it. It ranks right up there with last week's episode of Real World, except this one wasn't nearly as funny. This was just sad.
Kudos to Lauren for standing up for herself and saying EVERYTHING that she should have. Amazing to see someone say all those things you usually wish you'd said in hindsight DURING the argument. She said everything we were thinking in our heads while watching this.
And why is no one blaming Brody? If he was so "into" Lauren, he would have never done any of this. He was false and I knew it from the beginning. What BS.
KConrad- You have raised such a remarkable and inspiring daughter! You must be a great mom and I only hope to be as good of a mom as you are to raise such a girl with SUCH a good head on her shoulders.

For the past two seasons I have liked Heidi. She's kinda air-headed I'll admit, and her obnoxious phrases such as "oh snap!" and "i'm sooo cute" have made me want to stab my eyeballs, I still always though that she was a good friend to Lauren, and seemed to be a pretty genuine person (in comparison to most reality tv stars). But this episode completely changed my opinion. Heidi has gone from "master" to "spencer sidekick" somehow she has joined the ranks of Brody Jenner and become a Spencer zombie, and for everyone's sake. I hope that she snaps out of it soon...but we all know that she won't.

Everyone keeps wondering why Brody isn’t getting blamed for all of this, the reason is pretty simple actually. It’s by no means because he doesn’t suck, because he does, royally in fact. Also, it’s by no means because he isn’t the biggest male flake in Hollywood, because he is.
It’s half to do with the fact that we knew he was a phony from the start, and half to do with the fact that Jen owes Lauren more than he does. Since this is mostly girls posting I’ll use this example. You know how if you cheat on your boyfriend, their first reaction is to kick the guys ass you cheated with? Stupid, right? Because obviously the person he should be mad at is you, because guy X doesn’t owe him anything, but you do. It was basically the same thing in this case, just with a little role reversal. Dickhead and Lauren were just messing around and weren’t an item, so he doesn’t really owe her much more than maybe a small explanation because they weren’t exclusive, but Jen has been Lauren’s friend for years, and therefore should be more respectful of Lauren’s feelings than dickhead.
Poor Lauren, after dating Brody she’s never going to be able to accept a compliment the same way. She’s going to think everyone’s trying to play her

Do y'all think the producers decide to throw those IDs up on screen on a whim? Halfway through last night's episode, 2/3 of the way through the show's 2nd season, they I.D. Lauren as "Lauren"
Do they really think there are viewers who were like, oh, so THAT's this Lauren everybody's always talking about?
And Brody could not have been thrilled to have been suddenly shorthanded "Spencer's Friend." If they're going to go that much of a dumbed-down, captain obvious route, why don't they I.D. Heidi as "Spencer's Pawn"?

B-Side, correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you guesstimate there are only 3 episodes left this season? If this season follows the S1 pattern of 10 eps?
Given Whitney's over-it-ness re: interning from the previews I wonder if they're setting Lauren up for either an:
a.) ominous cliffhanger ending, wherein Whitney retires from interning only to be replaced in the final moments of the season with ... EMILY! (similar to how 8th & Ocean left off with that rival model moving in to the apartment, only to never be seen or heard from again -- the show and the model)
or
b.) a triumphant ending, wherein Whitney retires from interning allowing Lauren the Paris redo Lisa Love hinted she'd be offered. Then Whitney could become always known as "the girl who didn't go to Paris...again", while Lauren could become "the girl who didn't go to Paris except for that time that she finally did."

That's the eternal Hills question, ABC Girl, but if so, you have to hand it to Lauren for being able to believably "stage" being on the verge of, but mostly holding back, her tears. That seems harder to fake than actual crying or the totally phony whimpering that Heidi does. Maybe the conversations are coached and re-created but the emotions are real?

Your strongest work yet, B-Side. My friend. You represent the anti-Spencer.
Five points:
(1) As others have said, Lauren was fantastic here. I thought that she handled herself well in last week's argument in the club with Spencer, but she was truly impressive during the Heidi-on-the-couch blowout.
(2) If MTV should ever decide to put my life on camera, please remind me not to (a) lie (Heidi), (b) act like I can just barely restrain myself from hitting on every girl within view (Spencer).
(3) If I had a dollar for every time Spencer's mouth was entirely closed - and by "closed," I mean the entire top lip actually touching the entire bottom lip - I'd have... would I have anything? I believe that I'll cancel my dentist appointment with your dad, Spence.
(4) As much as I hate Spencer, and am starting down the slippery path of dislike with Heidi and Brody, they are absolutely necessary to the show. You need someone to cheer for and someone to boo, or you're going
to get bored. For example, when Heidi catwalked into Geisha, our couch erupted into happy catcalls. Ah, Spencer, I'm afraid that we need ye. Ye douche.
(5) I'm probably wrong, as I wasn't attending to the car, but in an early scene it appeared that Spencer and Brody were rolling in what looked to be a Mercedes-Benz G-Class. I think that those start in the low $80,000s. Not bad for two guys who don't appear to have jobs. As I mentioned in a post last week, the Details article on those guys refers to some 24 year old who they call the "Godfather" (I'm not making this up, it's in the article) who is bankrolling this lifestyle. Wonder if Heidi has met him yet.

ABC GIRL: I seriously thought the same thing about it being staged, but when Lauren was crying you could totally tell she was really upset. However, if it was acting then Laruen needs to do movies bc it was very convincing.

I'm so proud of Lauren for standing up to herself, something she never seemed to be able to do with Jason. I'm glad she took something from that relationship.
Spencer...there are no words anymore. I look forward to the day the "Godfather" dumps his sorry ass (who I'd love to see by the way, he's most definitely a pale, wimpy, easy manipulated guy who never had a "real" friend til he met Spencer), he's no longer allowed entrance into Area et. al, and ends up on A&E Intervention

The "Godfather" sounds like a sugar daddy/pimp if I've ever heard one. I'm sure Spencer would love to be a manwhore, actually. As long as the girls complied to lick his neck. Ewwww.
The Hills doesn't have a rule like RW that if you punch somebody, you have to leave. Lauren should have just punched Heidi in the face. Granted, it would have made her less respectable and mature, but it would have been AWESOME.
I'm just sure of my position now that Heidi is just a phony fame-seeker, who has been brainwashed by Spencer and it's too bad. I do think that if not for him, Heidi may not have even encouraged Jen to hook up with Brody in the first place. Let's not forget the mind games he plays on Heidi.
WAIT - I JUST HAD THE MOST BRILLIANT IDEA EVER.
Spencer PRESSURED Heidi to pressure Jen so that it would sabotage Heidi and Lauren's friendship. So Speidi could be together endlessly.
Yeah, I think that's it!

You know what I just realized, Jen has been getting off way to easy.
Because she is without a doubt the worst dancer I have ever seen in my life, and nobody has even mentioned this because her other actions were so appalling. I just saw the episode again and she looks like an octopus trying to stand on dry land. Horrendous.

1. Classy (Lauren) and Trasy (Jenn)
2. Master (Lauren) and Sidekick (Jenn)
3. Broho (Brody).
4. Friends or Foe
Please do not make any shirts about Spencer, that will be more publicity for him.

I noticed the same thing about Lauren/Heidi/Jen wearing the same jackets on the night that Lauren and Spencer got into the "fight". Spencer is wearing the same hooded sweatshirt and in one shot Jen is even wearing the "birthday tiara" (I watched both episodes back to back). I love how MTV thinks we are too dumb to notice (or doesn't care)

I agree that Heidi was always a bit air-headed before but she has moved into new territory here and is now completely unlikable (much like Spencer). And I do admire Lauren for finally standing up to her. Why Brody would choose Jenn over her -- or anyone else -- is beyond me except that she's probably a total tramp.

Word to the wise, skip the after show.
This is the first time I've watched one, but after seeing it, I'm now convinced that my third level of hell would definitely include Suzie and those 4 girls discussing my life. It was borderline unbearable.
Here are the few things I took from it after my ears stopped bleeding:
1) Whitney danced around most of the subjects, but it was obvious that she didn't have a problem with Spencer for some reason. Either that, or she didn’t want to be on his bad side. She refused to say anything negative about him, stating that she knew him on a more personal level because they went to high school together. She almost absolved him of all blame for the Jen/Brody incident, choosing rather to blame Heidi and Jen completely. Maybe she’s trying to slide into the #1 sidekick slot after all.
2) Lucifer then asked Whitney if she thought Heidi and Lauren's friendship would ever be the same if Spencer is in the picture. Even though she danced around it a little, you definitely got the impression that she wanted to say no. She also mentioned that it is probably because Heidi is not there anymore (Not sure if she was implying she moved out, or she was just at Spencer’s all the time) and that Audrina and Lauren have become real close because they live in the same apartment, not apartment complex, apartment. I don't know what she meant by it, but it's definitely a possibility that Heidi's out and Audrina and Lauren live together.

I kinda wanna take Lauren's side but then again I feel bad for Heidi cuz she's getting put in a weird position. Also, does anyone know where I can find the song at the very end of the episode?? The thing that bummed me out was the "Win a date with eligible bachelor Brody Jenner" contest at the bottom of the page. Man, I can't say I hate him and Pratt because I don't know them personally, but this is pretty damn close.

Insane! Epic episode. I really couldn't care less about whether the show is staged or the crazy editing - it is trashy, guilty pleasure television at its finest! Team Lauren all the way. Antebellum #99 --- I think LC may wanna punch Heidi now, after she saw this episode. If it were me, any doubts would've clear by now.
Lauren is such a great communicator when she is pissed off?!?! I like that, maybe because I'm exactly the opposite ... ha!

B-Side - OMGOMGOMG....after watching last nights episode, I needed to read your recap. Thank you for the laughs! Some of the comments were pretty funny too. I love the t-shirt ideas. I'm still laughing at the Cedric comment. ahhhh...you are so funny!!
Lauren told me all about what went down that night, but watching it happen was so much worse. I cried with her at the end because I knew how upset and hurt she was with those girls. There was actually more that happened that night, but MTV didn't show it all. Lauren was not acting. She can't act. The show is not staged or scripted, however there is some editing. This stuff really happens in her life. As for the coats.....she only has a few coats she wears out and they go out about 4 nights a week to film, so it's not necessarily filmed on the same night just because of the coat.
Lauren and Lo are friends again and have been spending more time together since Lo moved to LA to go to school and they figured out what Jen did. (yes....the rumor is true) Lo has filmed with Lauren lately, but I'm not sure if MTV will use the footage. Lauren also has several other friends from Laguna who are going to college in LA. She gets to hang out with them when she is not filming. They don't want to be on her show, but they like her anyway. (go figure)
I have to say that I am very proud of my daughter and the way she is handles herself most of the time. I don't know if I would be able to deal with the things and people she deals with, at age 21, and have it all filmed. Of course she's young and will make mistakes (Jason, Paris), but that's part of growing up. She's learning the hard way like we all have to. Go Lauren!

blueberdie: mackin' also means kissing. It's a junior high term for making out. How juvenile..and yet so appropriate for Heidi/Spence/Brode/Jenn.
K Conrad - Thank god Lauren dropped Jen. She was dead weight and even in her few appearances in Laguna Beach, she offered nothing. I'm glad she's back in with Lo, I always liked her even if she seemed less wild than the other girls. Because that means in real life, she's just normal and wasn't fame hungry like these others. Also saw Lauren in US Weekly with Audrina.. hope that Audrina makes the cut too.

K Conrad, you rock.
As do you, B-Side. I'd totally buy a T-shirt from you.
About the show...I don't blame Lauren for putting Heidi in the position that she did. Lauren did give Heidi advice on Toothy McDouche (i.e. that she ought to dump his sorry ass) and Heidi chose not to follow it. Given Spencer's truly icky nature, I think it was warranted for Lauren to issue the ultimatum, for the sake of saving a friend.
Hooray for Lauren and the return of the prodigal friend Lo!

Yay, thanks Mrs. Conrad for answering! I want my "Team Lo" shirt...
Beating a dead horse, but what is UP with the editing?? Besides all the other things people have mentioned, B-Side confirmed that Jen's party was held on a Saturday night (or maybe Friday, I forget, but the point is on the weekend) but then "the next day" Lauren is at work with Whitney and Whitney asks if she went out last night and Lauren tells her the whole story... Again, what's wrong with just having Whitney say "Happy Monday, what'd you do this weekend?" Why make her say something that's obviously not true?? Tres annoying...

Jen is an ass. I kind of felt bad for her, and really thought she was used - but I guess she got what she deserved. What a rotten bitch, accepting a thoughtful and expensive gift from Lauren, and then immediately dismissing her, and her friendship for a one-night stand.
As my grandmother used to say, "Good riddance to bad rubbish!" At least we won't have to listen to Jen's moronic, desperate drivel any more!
Glad to hear that Lauren and Lo are friends again, I always liked Lo.
I can't imagine what more could have happened that night, it looked absolutely awful as it was. I hope Lauren boots Heidi from the apartment and just moves on. Who needs to deal with that crap when your trying to put your life together?
Lauren's had a bad year with 8 Bahl, Heidi, Jen, Spencer, etc. and my heart goes out to her - but she is learning lessons and gaining maturity those assholes are not. Heidi will eventually realize what a steaming pile of shit Spencer is; but probably only after "starring" in some soft-core porn, and discovering her need for Valtrex (thanks to Spencer).
I hope when Spencer ends up showing Lauren to her table one day, she stiffs him on the tip.

I heard there will be no season 3 of the Hills but Grody Brody is filming a new reality show for MTV. Ugh - you can bet Heidi and Spencer will be on that 24/7 too. EWWW. Hopefully it will be cancelled after one episode.

Laguna Consultant - you're right on about Jen's dancing. It was brief and horrible, and we were cackling at the screen. That would have been like a cold shower for me, but apparently it drove old Brody wild with passion.
K Conrad - thanks for the insights. Tell Lauren to dry those eyes. She came away looking very good from this episode. By the way, interesting to note that you've met B-Side in person! As much as I love reality tv, especially the MTV variety, I will absolutely not watch ANY show featuring Spencewhore, De-JENNER-ate, or any woman with low enough self-esteem to appear in public with either of them.
I think we should draft a petition asking MTV to reconsider wasting their resources on those scumbags. WHO would want to watch those two? The limited exposure we're already getting makes me want bathe in Clorox.

Last week I felt bad for Heidi cuz Lauren was being so pushy with the "I hate spencer" thing...I mean yea a good friend tells u when ur dating a jerk but a good friend doesn't leave u in the cold if you decide to keep seeing him...WTF? they're all adults responsible for they're own decisions...u can't force someone to take ur advice...Lauren should have just said her piece for the record and left it at that....
but THIS week I see how hypocritical Miss Heidi is...when the whole Spencer/Audrina thing was goin down she was preachin to her co-workers about how u don't do that to friends....and her and Audrina aint even that tight! HYPOCRITE!! That was dirty as hell what Heidi did…most people wouldn’t do that without cameras so she’s really bold to be a snake when she knows everything is taped.
I might be wrong but it seemed like Jen's college friends didn't say ONE WORD at Geisha House....WTF? that shit was even more ridiculous than the Audrina/Whitney/Lauren lunch.
Audrina went from outcast to potential replacement sidekick in 2 weeks…
Audrina looks like a cabbage patch kid.

As for what else happened that night (aside from me getting waaaasted a few blocks away), this is from Defamer's PrivacyWatch that was posted after that weekend:
· Was at Les Deux on Saturday night and Lauren Conrad et al. were filming The Hills at the table next to ours. This is pretty much what I envisioned Hollywood to be like before I moved here... no matter where you go someone is bound to be filming a reality TV show...
Anyhow, there was little interaction between the two tables until are 1:30 when some girl at our table decided that she was going to walk over to LC's table and "accidentally" spill her (girl from our table) entire drink all over her (LC's) back. I watched with mouth agape as one for the girls from LC's table then retaliated by throwing her entire drink all over the girl from our table. I was very intoxicated at this point so I don't remember too well what happened next but I can report that there was unfortunately NOT a full-blown cat fight. Only some light name-calling. I later found myself engaged in conversation with the Hills girls, apologizing for the incident. They were all cool about it, way cooler than I would have been had I got a drink poured all over me for no reason. I took the opportunity to tell LC how much I enjoyed Laguna Beach back in the Halcyon days of 2003, and she graciously accepted my uninspired drunken praise.
I was going to ask her out for gelato... but I figured "too soon."

Okay, so I read the Us article. Uhm, my guess is Lauren wasn't there because the party sounds completely LAME - Brody, Spencer, Heidi, haggard Jenna Jameson & the fat guy from Borat? Oh yeah, DEFINITELY A-list! How could she miss it? Also, Brody is Hollywood's hottest bachelor? Uh, maybe if hot = likely to give you a sexually transmitted disease! Who would want to enter that contest, besides pathetic fame whores with low self esteem (no shortage of those in LA!)
And Mrs. Conrad, you should be proud of Lauren! I'm very impressed that there's an actual reality star out there with real career ambitions.

Yikes. When I saw that the new long comment since the last time I posted was Kathy Conrad I actually cringed. Good to see that you guys are taking everything in stride, because that was tough for me to watch at points and I am just a fan. Now I know why you asked if I was ready to stir some stuff up when we both re-emerged late last week, you obviously must have knew this apocalypse was coming on Monday. Luckily it seems like everyone on the board is pretty pro Lauren. Well, put it this way, nobody has had to be spoken to yet haha
As far as the pictures go, Stephen did look like he put on a little weight, but he actually looks like a healthy human being for a change. If anyone needed to put on weight, it was him.
The thing that concerned me about the pictures was the rather large, menacing looking man sitting next to Lauren. I’m assuming that was the Conrad family body guard D-Bo. See I told you I would never be able to say hi to Lauren if I was ever in LA and ran into her… And I was concerned about her calling a security guard…. HA… Now I’d be more concerned about my physical well being. I can see it now
Me: Oh wow your Lauren Conrad, I can’t believe I’m actually getting a chance to meet you.
Lauren: (Seemingly unfazed) Oh, ya, that’s me
D-Bo: (Stands up) Sir please keep a 5 foot perimeter between you and the girl
Me: Umm, ya, sure. It’s a pleasure to meet you, I’m a huge fan, I post on the same site as your mom about the show
Lauren: Oh…. Cool…
Me: Ya she always joked that if I ever met you that it would be cool if I said hi
Lauren: (Makes eye contact with D-Bo) Oh, well hi then
D-Bo: Alright sir, we’re finished here please move along.
Me: (Extending my hand) well it was nice to meet you, let me at least get your autograph
D-Bo: (Swiftly breaks my wrist in one quick motion) SIR I SAID TO MOVE ALONG
Me: (Balling uncontrollably) yooour… mom… said… it… would… be… cool…

Lauren - You go, girl! I was impressed with your eloquent tongue lashing!
You are a kind and loyal friend and definitely deserve better.
Heidi - the Enabler, who aggressively facilitated the union of Jen and Brody, and then DENIED it later to Lauren's face. I was disappointed to see such nastiness
Mrs. Conrad - that must have been so hard to watch the episode, but you must be proud of Lauren. She really held her own.
B side, so funny about the near-connections you had around birthday time. sounds like about one degree of separation, not the usual six. Are you single? I bet Lauren could use a nice shoulder to lean on right now...
Spencer - Back door? Unless you are talking about the ACTUAL back door of your house (which we've never seen), I never want to hear another word about it.
(did he really mean it with a sexual connotation? frankly, i wasn't clear on whether he meant that, or whether he meant hanging out with Jen behind Lauren's back?)
Spencer and Brody - may the curse of Don Antonio fall upon both of you!
(Better late than never, posting my comments. I was grouchy all day long at work since I couldn't get a moment to myself to do this way more important task of posting)

*Someone really needs to enter the "Win a Date With Brody" contest and then just not show up. Or, if there's some kind of contract, show up and humiliate him in some way. He's probably not that bad of a guy, but I can't stand fame whores.

K Conrad, give us more details. i beg you!! specifically about the current status of heidi and lauren.

See, if Jen had been a good sidekick (and we all know she most certainly wasn't), SHE would have thrown the drink, not Audrina. So many shifts of power!
Man, Jen should be red in the face -- although, we all know she's more apt to be orange in the face instead:

K Conrad- So do Heidi and Lauren still live together? Or is it true that Lauren and Audrina now share an apartment?
Heidi was ridiculous in this episode. She was basically forcing Jen to hook up with Brody- without being told by Spencer to do so. To me it seemed as though Spencer had very little to do with that whole issue.
Oh man. No season 3? I'm about to cry.

I've always liked Lauren and after watching her last night my respect for her increased even more. She was in a lot of pain as she sat there talking to Heidi, and sure her voice and chin quavered, but she made her points soundly.
I really do hope Jenn and Heidi cringed and felt remorse and embarrassment when they saw their deplorable behavior toward Lauren televised.

I just stumbled upon this website and feel absolutely inclined to comment. I happen to be good friends with jennifer bunney and am HORRIFIED of what is written about her. Jen has been an AMAZING friend to lauren since they were 6 years old, not only that but she is an amazing friend, daughter and person. i know that she would do anything for "LC" because she DROPPED her entire sorority for her when she broke up wtih jason, not to mention moved in with her while hiedi was gone even though her school was 45 minutes away , does that sound like a bad friend...and if she was don't you think that lauren would have discovered that sometime between 6 and 21??????its SICKENING to see everyone calling her a "trashy whore" because she is one of the most sexually conservative people I know. Even "k-conrad" should be able to validate that. I was actually there the night of the birthday and lauren went home with jen that night ,we stayed up all night and she slept in laurens bed. so dont trust editing. Its sad to see so many people completely terrorize someone as a person when the situation is conducted for TV and never even happened. As for sweet lauren, you should see the horrific things she has done to her, which jen has remained "CLASSY" throughout. I felt completely inclined after reading this to let people know that tv is tv, and if the whole story were to be filmed and broadcasted everyone would have a DRAMATCIALLY different opinion. and NO jen did not break up lo and lauren that was completely fabricated to get more people to dislike poor jen who has done nothing but serve as a scapegoat. TEAM JENN !!! (and i know the REAL story)

^ Good for you Lizzyw07.. but we don't care. But that doesn't really matter - someone can be a great friend for several years, then do something totally ridiculous and inconsiderate to destroy a friendship. All it takes is one bad move, and that move was BRODY!

Fair enough, I always appreciate that every story has more than one perspective.
Still, she did apparently hook up with Brody after giving in to Heidi's incessant prodding, and that didn't seem that cool to do, no matter how you spin it.
maybe you could shed more light upon that.....

Lizzy if your jen's friend tell her to stop looking like such a push over and to stop trying to "fit in" so much by kissing ass. What you say can def. be true..i have no idea, but what she did was still WRONG and TRASHY even if in lauren did something along the lines of this to her in the past. you vented...i had to say that back to it though.

well to this day jen absolutely denies she hooked up with brody but lauren will not listen to her or let her explain what happened. the ONLY person saying jen hooked up with brody is BRODY, so of course MTV loved the drama and lauren was already mad so went along with it. but i TRULY believed they NEVER hooked. so that shitty thing she did to lauren may be a really shitty thing lauren did to jen -believing brody (someone she has known for a few months) over jen (her life long best friend). so i dont see how tryng to get someone to believe them after they did nothing is TRASHY. okay enough is enough just wanted to get that out there

About Bunney being the "most sexually conservative people I know", she should've kept herself as conservative for a few more hours, until the alcohol in her blood was more "diluted".
"she slept in lauren's bed"... after whatever she did with Brody? Oh! Just great!
"As for sweet lauren, you should see the horrific things she has done to her" -- was that sarcasm? huh!

P.s. If any of Heidi's friends or fam want to post please do ASAP !!!

This is ludicrous. There is no way that MTV could have edited the film that badly to make it look like Jen(You) did NOTHING wrong. There is no way possible. She(You) may not have been as heinous as it seemed, but she(you) definitely was not innocent either. I think I said it best myself earlier when I said
“Even if Jen was reading along with the comments and enjoyed the site, I highly doubt she would be very happy with the way she is being dragged through mud now. She doesn’t seem like the type that would take public criticism well, and if the myspace above is any indication, she’s not very happy with the way she’s being portrayed by MTV.”
Now here comes Jen’s “friend” defending her to the bone.
Well I have a message for Ms. Bunney on behalf of the board. Let her know she has two choices. She can either:
A) Give me the diamond martini glass necklace as a peace offering to the board and I will return it to Lauren and grant Jen immunity from my wrath… Or
B) She can return it to Lauren herself.
Otherwise hell hath no fury quite like a pissed off Hills message board when orange women are the topic of discussion. Also while your at it, encourage a few dance lessons. It couldn't hurt.

Lizzyw07,
First of all, Jen was talking to Heidi about hooking up with BJ while shopping, AND on the night of her birthday. So Jen either lied to you, or your lying.
K Conrad has been clear about who she is, and what her relationships to the LB/Hills people are. Who are you? How long have you known Jen? Why should your experience and interpretation of the events carry more weight than the people who are actually involved?
MTV might edit scenarios, but I don't believe they dub in complete fake conversations - so what is your explanation for Jen's conversation with Heidi and her human sanitary napkin boyfriend at the club? Were YOU at Lauren's that night? Did Jen come back before or after letting BJ in the back door?
How exactly was Lauren a bad friend? She bought a thoughtful and expensive gift for Jen; she put her discomfort with Heidi aside for Jen's sake; apparently she endured having a drink poured down her back at dinner, and STILL went ahead with the evening; and she put up with Jen and Heidi excluding her in a fairly intimate setting. Sounds like a thoughtful, well-intentioned person to me.
Jen sounds like a jealous, petty, manipulative attention whore. Seriously, you're defending a 21 year-old who literally thought the best part of her birthday was that people she barely knows were her "crew" - BTW, where's her "crew" now? I'm not seeing Jen in any magazines, or men's magazine covers - didn't anyone in her "crew" want to represent her?
The reason NONE of the LB/Hills shows or seasons has ever focused on Jen is because Jen is dull, desperate, and less attractive than the other girls on the show(s). If she broke up Lauren and Lo's friendship (and I believe K Conrad's version, NOT yours), and then interfered with Lauren and Heidi's friendship (and she DID), I would say she's got a serious problem. If Lauren and Lo are friends again, it seems that would in and of itself validate K Conrad's statement.
Jen trades sex and friendships for the absolute lowest common denominator of fame; the only thing lower than that, is defending someone who does it. Maybe you two twits should give Charlie Sheen a call, I hear he pays cash...

Amazing recap as always B-Side. I don't want them to cancel Laguna because then there will be less recaps. :P As for the episode...wow. I originally thought it might have been heavily edited, but Mrs. Conrad's post tells me that Jen and Heidi really did have that poor judgment, and, wow, Lauren kept her cool to be honest. :D
To Mrs. Conrad, you should be very proud of your daughter. I'm sure every teenager has their share of trials and tribulations, but to have it taped, edited, and shown around the world is a *whole* different story, and to stay true to yourself must be very difficult.
I'm glad to hear that Lauren has been hanging out with friends who are treating her as one, and I hope things continue to get better for her.

Wait, Lizzy -- I'm really confused. More so than usual.
Let's talk about timing & sequence of events for a second here. Are you saying that Jenn never left the club with Brody & Speidi? And that Jenn actually went home with Lauren & slept in her bed? And you were there too? (all in one great big bed?) Huh??? If this were true, why, then, would there have even been any question as to whether she "hooked up" with Brody? How & why would the issue have even come up? She would have been w/ LC the whole time. Why did she have to "deny" anything & how is that Brody was able to fabricate a story? Are you also saying it's a lie that Jenn called Lauren & asked if she could hook up with Brody? (Was this call made while Jenn & Lauren were in the same bed together? Was this one of those intra-bed calls?) J: "Hi, Lauren, can I hook up w/ Brody?" L: "No. Can you turn out the light now?" J: "Okay, good night."
I know this sounds, perhaps, a bit flippant, but I'm really confused.

the brody thing NEVER happened. that night we went back to laurens and brody went to his house. they never hooked up , infact the only time they talked the whole night (from 11-2) was the FIVE minutes they caught on camera. jen was with her boyfriend at the time, you can see pictures of her on facebook at laurens apartment the morning after with HIM and LAUREN as teh caption says "the night after the big 21st" or soemthing like that. so nice try. not to mention jen refused to season 1 and only did season 2 because she wanted to see more of lauren and she was always filming. some of you people are pathetic.

Skip the technicalities -- Jen encouraged Heidi to pimp for her. Who cares if it ended with a kiss or the whole back door (yuk). Betrayal is betrayal. Jen betrayed Lauren in thought, word and deed. No matter how they edited the, the thought, the word and the deed are on tape. Jen and Heidi and their giggling little conspiracy are more hurtful to Lauren than even a Brody smooch. By the way, he has major gummy smile....calling DR.

Ah, Ha! LagunaConsultant, I love it. I hope that "Lizzy" chooses option A. Relinquish the diamonds, Jen! If you can't find the birthday necklace, try checking under Brody's pillowcase. Or better yet, consider option C. - to bring the pearl necklace that Brody probably gave you (I tried to refrain, but that joke was right there).

Lizzyw07/Jen,
Did you even watch this episode? I heard at least TWO separate conversations between Skank 1 (Heidi), and Skank 2 (You/Jen) in which Skank 2 CLEARLY expressed a definite intention to pursue BJ. Skank 2 was definitely pursuing BJ at the club, and even tried to get him to address the Lauren issue, which is when he walked away.
I don't recall seeing anyone besides Skank 1, Skank 2, and/or BJ and Toothy McDouchebag during ANY of those conversations.
My question is: Just where the fuck were YOU? And just who the fuck ARE you?
BTW - What's really pathetic, is people who claim they think WE'RE pathetic, desperately trying to gain our support and approval. You're obviously not very smart, which I find entertaining and funny. Please keep posting, it's kind of like poking a cat in a box - (you're the cat, not the box).

Jstar, if you don't like Lauren, why are you watching the show and posting on these boards?
Up until that birthday dinner Lauren did consider Jenn an "amazing" friend, and I'm sure Jenn can be a nice person. But going after Brody when she knew Lauren was seeing him was shady, and there is no getting past that -- even though Brody himself is proving to be no prize!

Uh...to make fun of Lauren. Obviously. Pfft. It's the same reason I watched the Simple Life. Flailing blonde bimbos are funny. Lauren is just a lot more unintentional. For example: "IVE NEVER BEEN SO BETRAYED BY BEST FRIENDS IN MY LIFE!!" Ah, how rewarding it must be to be crazy and self-righteous.

OMG this episode.. wowww.
Spencer is the biggest douche to ever walk the planet. I was cheering Lauren on as she told Heidi off last night. Good for her! Is that a U-Haul I see? Because Whitney's MOVING ON IN!!! B-Side, that was the funniest!
Ah, what a good episode..

I LOVE the meta-sidekick concept!
Although, a sidekick having a sidekick does create a disturbing paradox: does this mean that someone can be both a sidekick AND a Master? I'm perplexed. My brain hurts now. OH THE CURSE OF DON ANTONIO'S!

Well, I personally don't find flailing blonde bimbos very entertaining. I hate the Simple Life, one quarter of one episode was enough to convince me I'd never watch again. I watch the Hills because I think Lauren is great! She's very real and very lovely. If I didn't like her or the show, I would find something better to do with my time.

everyone remember lo's christmas party for season 2? jen was laughing when kristen was calling lauren a dumb@$$ because lauren didnt like san fran. i thought it was smart to leave before you invest too much into something that you dont like. it seems to me that jen has always been a follower and a 2-faced bitch.
p.s. jen's friend, i am sorry but i am finding your story hard to believe, so i wont. i will believe what k conrad writes.

To lizzywhateveryourface is07, were you one of the chicks at the birthday dinner? Elizabeth,is it? So, you (Thing 1) and your friend (Thing 2) were also ditched the night Jen and Heidiwhore left the club with the guys to get their mack on. yes? or no? I'm sure it felt good to put in your two cents about your friend, Jen. I hope she appreciates you more than she did Lauren as a bff.
Thank you to Chee-Z-TeeVee Addict, you took the words right out of my mouth. I couldn't have said it better myself.
I know these reality shows are edited many times over, but for the most part you do get some sense as to who these people truly are in "real" life. From what I've learned from this show is that Jen is nothing but a backstabbing famewhore just like Sp"denser" and the "crew";Blowjob, and heidi-ho.
And a million thank yous to those who added the links to articles and pics. It's good to find out more details to confirm hunches.
Back to Jen"famewhore."
From what I can remember, Jen's fame seeking, kissing up, wanna-be days started a while back. In a Laguna Beach season 2 eppy, Jen"famewhore" actually showed her true colors toward her so-called best friend Lauren. I believe it was the episode where Lo was having a Christmas party at her house for the Laguna kids coming home from college for the holidays.
K-cav was also invited to the shindig. At some point during the party, K-cav proceeds to chat about her latest conquest (Matt L) to a group of peons. The conversation then changes to going away to college and wanting to leave "The bubble" Laguna Beach. K-cav then begins to call Lauren a dumbass (actually shouting it) behind her back for moving back home. "BFF" Jen laughs right along with everyone. I never saw her once defending Lauren, unless it was edited out, but it clearly shows Jen enjoying an intentional insult/diss at her so-called friend's expense. I never liked her from that moment on.
To Mrs Kconrad and Mr Conrad, I congratulate the both of you for raising such a classy and confident young lady. It's refreshing to see a positive role-model on a reality show such as Lauren. Unfortunately, young girls today try to emulate the behavior and lifestlye of some wayward starlets they see on tv, movies or the gossip magazines. Basically, Lauren is a reflection of you, so kudos to the both of you.

LagunaConsultant,
This is a perfect case study in how a master-almost master relationship can turn sour. Last year, Lauren was the master and Heidi was the sidekick, but then Heidi showed that she had some definite master qualities. Maybe not enough qualities to get her own show on MTV, but enough so that she can start accumulating her own sidekicks. Think of it this way. If Lauren is the Sun of the Hills solar system, Heidi is like Jupiter; not nearly as strong as the sun, but has more pull than anything else within Lauren's reach. I guess that would make Spencer, the douchebag asteroid belt keeping them apart.
The only problem is that it is difficult being the master. In practice, many strong sidekicks become almost equal to their masters in terms of power, but if they don't respect that their masters came first and are much bigger than them, they are going to get drunk on the power, and start to think they can live without their original master.
As for Jen? She's like Pluto. We include her in this discussion out of sentiment, but she is living in the Lauren Solar System, like it or not, and even if she thinks Heidi has enough pull and wants to join her circle, they all still exist only because of Lauren.
Confusing, I know, but I'm working on a thesis involving Master/Sidekick Relationships in Pop Culture, and that will be even more boring.
Shit, there I go rambling again.
My take on just this episode? Lauren is a good friend and Heidi has had her judgment tainted. The crime is Heidi's inaction. If you met somebody on the street and she introduced you to her boyfriend, then saw their boyfriend with another girl later that night, you would think that the boyfriend was a sleaze and would tell your friend right away. Heidi saw her friend's boyfriend with another girl, and as Lauren's best friend, she should have done something.
The fact that Jen was once as close to Lauren as Heidi is now makes the crime worse, and Heidi's lack of action can only be seen as a conscious effort to hurt Lauren. She should have done something out of common courtesy!
As for Jen, her sidekick status will forever be permanent. Technically, it is OK for her to get a new master, but the fact that she tried to take her former master's sidekick and her former master's boyfriend shows the lack of unoriginal thought always prevalent in sidekicks.
And if you weren't able to follow that, I am so for Team Lauren, it is not even funny.
-J
PS I don't have any inside information, but I am guessing that part of Spencer's personality problem has to do with a lack of oxygen to the brain, common in the offspring of people with easy access to nitrous oxide.

btw, this is not to agree or disagree with any of the arguments brewing, but I gotta say that "He's a SUCKY person!" may not have been the most articulate description, but it sure was dead on -- especially the way LC blurted it out with the sort sweet, cathartic relief that comes with a successful Heimlich maneuver.

Follow Up to my #213 comment: Assessing the truly important issue --- SIDEKICKS
B-Side: there can only be one MASTER from which the sidekick ramifications extend.
So, the closer sidekick to the Master may be an alpha-sidekicks.
Sidekicks of the closer sidecks, may be beta-sidekicks
etc.
I refused for it to be a Sidekick/Master merging of any kind!

Ahh yes the Christmas party. I always loved that episode, mainly because I thoroughly enjoyed when Lauren got shitfaced and started making racy comments in a sexy voice towards Stephen. Good times all around.
My first Jen memory was from season 1 I believe. I may be off a little bit since I have not seen it in forever, but I believe Lauren scolds her for jaywalking, and then Jen admits to being the one responsible for leaving the hair straightener on that got her housekeeper fired.

"He's a sucky person, HE'S A SUCKY PERSON"
It was the stern finger point when she said it that made it so great.
Also you have to keep in mind that she realizes the cameras are rolling and most likely didn't want to start dropping F-Bombs. Even though she did let a few shit's fly, if the camera's weren't there, she most likely would have been swearing like a drunken sailor.

You know, the one person who defies all the sidekick/Master discussions is Casey. She wasn't quite sidekick, not quite Master. She was kind of like a metaphorical Nowhere Woman -- existing solely to point out other girls' questionable hygiene, only to later order quesadillas from the murky depths of her Frozen Burrito-funded kitchen.

First time poster, just felt like I had to post after watching/reading all that crazy stuff, especially the comment from K Conrad and Jen's supposed friend lizzy. All this leads me to believe 3 things:
1) the whole thing actually happened as MTV presented it. Highly doubtful.
2) it was entirely fake. Which would make Heidi and Lauren two of the worst human beings alive, throwing Jen under the bus for something staged. Highly doubtful as well.
3) it did happen, just not the way MTV presented it. Maybe Jen didn't hook up with Brody the night of her b-day, but she hooked up with him a different night. Knowing MTV likes to edit stuff to death, they might have spliced together 2 different nights to make it more dramatic. I remember reading Brody and Lauren didn't exactly last, and maybe Jen hooked up w/Brody sometime after BJ and LC stopped seeing each other.
I think three is more likely, but I'm sure you guys will poke numerous holes in that argument.

Thanks B-Side! I'd totally offer up my sidekick services but I've apparently already been branded by two or three blonde starlets, depending on who you ask.
Casey's refusal to abide by Laguna laws and traditions regarding Master/Sidekick relations cost her a goodbye segment in the memorable if slightly dull finale of Laguna Beach season 2. She has not been heard from since.

I have to stand by the original Jen Jenner/Pluto assessment. She wishes she were Uranus, but the fact that she didn't even have cameras on her when she called Lauren at Teen Vogue to "apologize" proved that she was barely able to get planet status in the Hills universe.
Of course, here's the real question: what, pray tell, is LISA LOVE???

OhMyGawd Bunnz... I've been literally screaming at my computer the same exact thing!!! What a total hypocrite of Heidi to call out Audrina - who was totally upfront and honest throughout the whole ordeal - only to turn around and pimp out Jen to Brody ... WTF??? Then she has the gall to turn around and lie through her teeth to Lauren's face! S-t-e-n-c-h-B-a-g!!!
And after reading the Details article I have no doubt that Spencer has shared with Heidi his career aspirations and strategies. This was merely her own investment into his totally shiteous business plan. BTW - for someone who is so easily offended at being labeled a tool Spencer routinely manufacturers them - Heidi, Jen and lest we forget, Brody and their 24-year-old sugar daddy. I'm not even surprised he sold out his own "crew" for a measily $50K - he is a parasite!
Word to Heidi... class takes more than a Sunset Strip sashay and a fake tiara - you are as fake as your boyfriends Lumineers!
p.s. to Lizzyw07
Bottom line - your friend is a sucky person! And for the record there is nothing ""classy"" about jumping the bones of your "best" friends crush. I repeat - she sucks!
Lauren is the real deal!!!
Go Team Lauren!

I'm an insomniac...
...and I wrote a limerick:
There once was a sidekick named Jennifer Bunney;
Tantastic she was; So orange she looked funny.
She orbited Lauren on Laguna Beach One;
But secretly resented every minute she basked in her "Sun".
In the back of her vapid, and rather large-nosed head;
She planned for the day when she would no longer be led.
First she lied about Lo, and dealt Lauren's friendship a blow;
Then she insinuated herself in; not quite a victory - but a definite win.
Onto The Hills, another vehicle for Lauren;
Oh! The frustration of having to watch LC's popularity, again soarin'.
Enter Heidi, of the slutty sashay - and her douchebag boyfriend Spencer -
C'mon - that dude has GOT to be gay!
Jenn sees a chance for a cheesy showmance, and stabs her friend right in the gut.
It's true love after all, and Brody being a "real" man prefers to do it in the butt.
Tiara askew, bleary-eyed and sore; Jenn calls Lauren, who calls her a whore.
And Jenn learns her lesson, for once and for all;
Masters stay masters, and sidekicks just fall.
Where's Heidi you ask, and might even care;
She's locked in the closet, after giving Spencer another pregnancy scare.
You see, if Heidi gets fat, then that will be that;
Fat chicks can't make money for pimp Spencer Pratt.
Lauren and Lo are friends yet again, finally ridding themselves from the stench of old Jenn.
And even though some times have been bad, at TVgasm you can't beat Team Conrad!

I think we can take the celestial bodies analogy pretty far.
Lisa Love - Her world doesn't really revolve around Lauren, but she is kind of a bear, even if she hibernates only in the summer and only in France. Lisa Love is Ursa Major.
Breanna - Mercury. Sometimes we forget about Mercury, but Mercury is small and cute and really close to the sun.
Audrina - Venus. Venus might not take up a lot of space in the solar system, but is always very easy to find.
Whitney - Mars. There is a lot of discussion whether or not there is life on Mars. A lot of us would love if there was some life on mars, but most scientific evidence says it does not exist.
All of Us - Earth. If there is anything that can destroy the solar system, it is us the people on earth fucking it up.
TVgasm - The moon. Haven't you heard? MOONS ARE FUNNY.
J-Wahl - Uranus. I don't think this needs an explanation.
Brody is...well, what is Brody? I might have to sleep on that one.

Over 200 comments!!!
Last night's episode of The Hills+ B-Side's recaps= I’m speechless
But I will speak now, heh. But B-Side, before I ramble on this just *really* made me laugh:
"Whitney, eat your Grundnahrungsmittel!" It was just hilarious to me.
And so did “Jen Bunney-Jenner” and “Brody Bunney-Jenner” LOL
Oh B-Side, how you slay me.
Well, I used to like Heidi in all her idioticness; I really thought she was a good friend to Lauren. But I could not believe how she manipulated Jen into hooking up with Brody, knowing this would hurt Lauren. Spencer IS a sucky person!! And he has manipulated Heidi and succeeded in isolating her from her friends, but Heidi did all the backstabbing herself this time and then goes and tells Lauren she had nothing to do with it, "she can't control people". haha! I can’t help but strongly dislike Spencer even more (I didn’t know that was possible) for being the abuser he is, he’s kind of made Heidi into a little Spencer. But unless Heidi is a complete idiot she couldn't possibly let him brainwash her to the extent that she eagerly pushes Jen, I felt like she purposely wanted to hurt Lauren and use Jen, and all for this sucky sucky square cheese head Spencer! Jen isn’t much of a “best friend” either.
...you know, I have to wonder if this was all scripted... since they all appear to be friends still. Could Heidi have truly lied to Lauren like this knowing it would be on TV? This episode was the best Hills episode though, scripted or not.
Lauren may be have been harsh, but Heidi deserved it and I’m glad to see Lauren stand up for herself.
BTW, for anyone who missed an episode, doesn’t have access to watching the show, or wants to watch it again, incase you didn’t know you can watch entire episodes of The Hills at thehills.mtv.com.

There is too much stuff in the episode for it all to be editing to just make it look like Jenn hooked up with Brody. Did she not call Lauren at the time to ask if it was okay?
Either way, I'm more pissed at her based on the rift she caused between Lo and Lauren. Not cool. It would also be extremely uncool for MTV not to use any of the Lo/LC footage that they've filmed. HEADS WILL ROLL. That would be the PERFECT season finale. After all of these horrible sidekicks gone wrong, Lo, the original, the best, sidekick, can return. PERFECT.
Lo would never do such at thing to Lauren.

OMG things are getting crazy in here. We've got Lauren's mom and Jenn's friend posting. Who's next? Maybe one of the douches or Heidi? Now that I'd love to see.

Could someone clue me in about Jenn's role in breaking up LC and Lo?
B-Side, KConrad said that the rumors about Jenn coming between Lauren and Lo (telling each person that the other was talking smack about her) was true. Jenn's friend says it's all lies and she went on to post this:
As for sweet lauren, you should see the horrific things she has done to her, which jen has remained "CLASSY" throughout. I felt completely inclined after reading this to let people know that tv is tv, and if the whole story were to be filmed and broadcasted everyone would have a DRAMATCIALLY different opinion. and NO jen did not break up lo and lauren that was completely fabricated to get more people to dislike poor jen who has done nothing but serve as a scapegoat. TEAM JENN !!! (and i know the REAL story)
Whatever I'm still on Team LAUREN!!!

Lizzyw07 is not Jenn's friend. Lizzyw07 is an obsessed fan of Jenn. Lizzyw07 is a member of two laguna beach boards. Lizzyw07 just opened a new forum just dedicated to Jenn. Lizzyw07 lives in Virginia. A mod on one of the laguna beach boards traced Lizzyw07's ip address and found out she lives in Virginia. There you go, another psycho trying to trick yall.

I'm trying to figure out which is more pathetic-that I think JUnit's thesis was almost more amazing than the actually episode...or that I took the time to read all of the 252 comments this morning. Hum....:)
