ABC rolled out their midseason schedule and Cougar Town is nowhere to be found. I know it’s not canceled just yet because my best friend writes on the show, but where the hell is it on the schedule? Are they waiting for a new show to fail to put it back on? I’m soo confused! First NBC shelves Community and now ABC shelves Cougar Town? WTF?

Here are ABC‘s new midseason premiere dates:

Tuesday, Jan. 3
8:30-9 p.m: Work It (Premiere)
9 -10 p.m.: Celebrity Wife Swap (Premiere)

Thursday, Jan. 5
8-9 p.m.: Wipeout : Winter Wipeout (Season Premiere)

Friday, Feb. 3
8-9 p.m.: Shark Tank (Season Premiere)

Tuesday, Feb. 7
9-10 p.m.: The River (Premiere)

Sunday, March 4
10-11 p.m.: GCB (Premiere)

Thursday, March 15
8-9 p.m.: Missing (Premiere)

Monday, March 19
8-10 p.m.: Dancing With the Stars (Season Premiere)

Tuesday, March 27
9-10 p.m.: Dancing With the Stars Results Show (Season Premiere)

**UPDATE** It’s not canceled, they just cut down the episode order from 22 to 15, and if it does well, they’ll add more. No pressure. Grrrrr.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

If Community’s gone, that will be a few less unfunny celebrity guest visits Joel Mchale will have to host on The Soup. Every one of those things is death.

Yeah, I didn’t really care if Alcide was funny, though. He can stop by anytime.

That is a terrible lineup! In fact, it’s a little embarrassing! I can’t believe so many people like such shit!
