A lot of celebrities sell their wedding photos, their baby photos and everything else under the sun to make extra cash, but not Anne Hathaway! She’s donating some of the proceeds of her wedding photos to freedomtomarry.org (an organization advocating same-sex marriage), and it doesn’t stop there–she’s also donating to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research and The Girl Effect. I have to say, that Anne just warmed my heart. She’s doing something good with her money. I know it’s a big tax write-off to donate, but she’s doing something right. Other celebs, especially The Kardashians should take note!!! Go Anne! She gets my Gasmii of the day award!

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Yeah, Anne! As if I didn’t already adore her. Now I’m downright cheery.

So she was married on a private estate in Big Sur, arguably one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the world… and they take the wedding photos in the dirt, next to a field of dead plants? FUG. Also, the photos they released are crap. I’m glad she got some money for them and it’s going to a good cause, but still. FUG.

Also, the fairy princess dress (lovely on its own) is really incongruous with the dirt clods. Did Glinda accidentally land in Kansas? Unhand that munchkin!

WTF is he doing with his left hand? That seems… inappropriate to be grabbing near her crotch, no?
I dare you to unsee it.

@melange All the shots online right now are paparrazi shots. You can clearly see the photographer in some shots. The actual photos will probable be better.

Lol Melange about his hand! Not cool dude! I like her dress (from what I can see) but wtf is up with her headpiece? She looks like she just had a head injury and has gauze wrapped around her head. Looks very odd.

Good for her. She has been through some stuff and I think she is a class act. It’s her day, if that’s what she wants to do and how she wants to look then fine by me.

    WTG Anne.
