Another DWTS Cast Member…This Season Is Gonna Be Good!

E! just leaked the newest Dancing cast member, and the winner is (drum roll)…..Margaret Cho. Wow, I would have NEVER put my money on that casting choice. This upcoming season may have the best cast yet–Jennifer Grey, The Situation, The Hoff, Margaret Cho, Florence Henderson, Rick Fox, Michael Bolton, Audrina Patridge, and Bristol Palin…if you’re not with me on this, agree to disagree. I’m so happy that Margaret has come out of hiding, and is able to part with her her crazy political/burlesque/musical self to do TV again. I can’t wait to see her go head-to-head with Bristol!

So the forum begins…what’s gonna be her Dancing name? I vote for The Cho Cho, after her favorite dance…The Cho Cho.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Um…Margaret Cho isn’t in hiding. She’s been in Drop Dead Diva for two seasons now.

    I adore Margaret Cho. I don’t watch DWTS but I might now if it is indeed true she is on it. GO CHO!

    Yeah. I thought I’d hate Drop Dead Diva…but I watched a rerun at 3:00 a.m. during the first season. Now it’s my guilty pleasure. :)

    @giffordsaz SOOO FUNNY. Cho Lo should be the name of her new album, and it should feature all jokes south of the boarder! hahahahha.

    @cattyfan – I’ll check it out. It does great for Lifetime, but that channel just reminds me of menstruation. hahahahah. I’ll tune-in for Runway (sometimes), but that’s about it. But for the sake of Cho, I’ll watch Drop Dead Diva. Thanks for the tip.

    If Florence Henderson is gonna be Flo Ho couldn’t Margaret Cho be Mo Cho?

    Wasn’t Rick Fox married to Vanessa Williams?

    @2muchbravo: Yes, he was. Even crazier, he’s now dating Eliza Dushku!
    His name should be The Jaw. His face is sculpted like those ditzy, hunky Disney characters..

    Watching The Soup and they are discussing Bristol on DWTS. Joel Mchale says. “Yea, cuz the rhythm method’s worked so well for her in the past.” (lmao!!)

    “Drop Dead Diva” has some pretty silly storylines but Cho is awesome in it and the actress who plays the lead, Brooke Elliot, is just amazing.

    I had pretty much decided against watching DWTS this season. I think this just changed my mind.

    I thought Michael Bolton already had a nickname that was generated by the movie “Office Space…” but I doubt the network censors would appreciate Bruno Tonioli referring to him as “no-talent ass clown.”
