Last night on the Jersey Shore we saw The Situation give Snooki a little slap on the cheek to get her to go home. Not okay! I know that Snooki can be slappable sometimes, but The Situation was wrong to lay a hand on her. It’s just not okay.

The Situation told MTV News his side of the story. He said, “Snooki sometimes drinks a little too much…She is unaware of her surroundings and unaware of what’s going on. Everybody was leaving, and she was the only one staying there. We usually go as a group and stay as a group. To avoid what happened in season one, I really wanted to try and keep an eye on her and not necessarily slap some sense into her, but let her know, ‘Hey, you can’t be here by yourself. You’re a little girl, and the whole group was leaving.’ It was a little love tap…went about it the wrong way or went about it too seriously…I never regret anything…It’s not like I punched somebody in the face…It’s not like I did a full smack, a hard smack. It was a little tap to her cheek. Like, ‘Wake up, you’re going to get hurt.’ And if you care for somebody, that is definitely acceptable, because you’re looking out for somebody.”

So basically he’s saying it’s okay to slap someone if it’s preventing a big punch. It was a wake up slap as he puts it. Sheesh.

I can’t wait until he tells his wife the famous words, “I only hit you because I love you. You should have remembered to pick up my laundry!”

    Yea…I’m so glad he chased Angelina out of the house so that we can now focus on what a jerkoff he really is. For a split second, he was likable. Now, seeing the way he attacks girls and gropes them, I see a sexual assault charge in his future. Or, a simple assault charge. either way, he is going to have to put that Jersey Shore cash towards lawyer fees.

    So…he’s trying to sell the same lame story he was using at the time? I know editing can be tricky, but it sure looked more like Mike wanted to round everyone up and went to Snooki first. Pauly didn’t look like he was ready to leave since he got up AFTER Mike tapped Snooki. And at the very least she wasn’t “alone” since her friend Ryder was there and likely staying with Snooki.

    Maybe he should learn to regret some things. At the very least, learn to actually apologize for bad behavior, even if he doesn’t regret it.

    Yes, God knows what would have happened if she was left in the club by herself with only a camera crew to watch over her.

    Word. I really thought the Sitch was likeable too, in the beginning. But really, you can’t apologize about something that really was a dick move? Snooki clearly wasn’t in any danger, her friend was with her and like skatt said, a camera crew. Also, if I were out with seven other people I would probably round everybody up and see if everyone was READY to go home. If they were, okay, we’re going to take the first cab home. Everyone that wanted to stay a little while, you can take the other cab home. We all know that if you got some pussy there that nite that you wouldn’t be trying to go home like that either. The club didn’t look anywhere near being ready to close. Every other nite it seems as though the whole group stayed until closing time, or extremely close to closing time. He’s such a dick. And ew, he was being an absolute asshole to all the other girls at the club he was trying to molest. I probably would have gone to the security and complained and got his ass thrown out. People like him are the very reason I detest nite clubs and would rather go to some empty old-timer bar where there are three or four men or women there with alcoholic tendencies that only care about their drinks. Not trying to pin me to a wall and dry-hump me.

    UGH…first, he tried to molest a number of girls…secondly, he tried to kiss snooks and then she shoved him off her, and thirdly, he tries to get everyone to leave when he notices that no one is paying attention to him…his first victim is snooky. She wasn’t having it, so he pops her when she ignors him. definitely an “i hit you b/c i love you” JACKWAGON!!!
