Rumor has it that Ben Flajnik is next in line to be the new Bachelor. ABC thinks this 28-year-old winemaker that got kicked to the curb by Ashley Hebert is ratings gold. So there you have it, the sensitive dumpee will be our new hero this upcoming season. And let’s face it, the show isn’t about the Bachelor/Bachelorette anyway, it’s about the crazy contestants until they’re down to the final five. So with that said: Yay, Ben!


About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Please cut his hair!!! Why do men think this stringy, dirty, in their face style, is attractive? It is not. I would love to see what he would look like with short hair. Photoshop anyone?

    Oh and even without a haircut – he is a million times better than Ryan – so I am fine with this choice!

    I just plain don’t like his appearance. Aside from the dirty hair, he has tiny eyes with a slightly vacant expression.

    UGH – he is the equivilant of Ashley. Not ugly but not hot either and his personality seems pretty flat. To hear him drone on in a monotone for an entire season is gonna be tough.

    THE only good part will be when his crazy/evil sister gets to meet the girl he will dump 3 weeks after the finale.

    C’mon ABC get a totally NEW person – stop overlapping from season to season.

    While I liked Ben F. he was a bit bland IMO. I still think Ryan would make a much better Bachelor.

    Bentley for next Bachelor. I’m sick of all the platitudes and cliches (take it to the next level, here for the right reasons, blah blah blah). How about a season of some misognistic jerkoff treating the women like crap and crassly insulting them off camera?

    Morally redeeming? No. Good television? Yes!
