Biebs Sample Is Negative, But They Want More

Biebs took a paternity test and proved that he’s not Mariah Yeater’s baby daddy. You’d think it would be case closed, but Mariah’s lawyers are demanding another sample to prove it’s really his. Mariah’s lawyer said, “We are trying to set up a DNA test—to test the mother and the child and to retest Justin Bieber. Because we have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised. I wasn’t aware Justin Bieber was allegedly taking a DNA test until I read about it. I don’t know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting,”

They’re trying to settle out of court, but if it can’t be done, they said they’re going to refile. My God, leave Biebs alone! He did it in a cup, and he’s not the Dad. Happy Thanksgiving.

    What? What is a “Supervised setting”?! Live streaming?! What the heck? These guys are ridiculous! Why would the Biebs settle at all?! He’s not the father! What a zoo! SOMEONE should be able to say ENOUGH! ENOUGH!(To quote Failor from RHOBH) It’s so sad b/c he’s still just a kid!!! This is going to be one heck of a life lesson for him though. How sad. People are sick.

    This girl is claiming he’s the father of her child, but did she even stop and think about the fact that it would be statutory rape? I hate stupid ppl that spread rumors to gain fame/money. The test was negative, go away!

    At first I thought your post was kinda silly. Then I got to thinking about what kind of kid would come out if we mixed all the Housewives DNA together.. The thought is scary. :> The image of this imagalmation is bad enough without the personality flaws…

    For example, insisting on not taking the bottle because their diapers are starting to make their hips look big, confiscating a lego house from another kid, cry over spilled sugar cookies.. fall asleep every night in an apt over a restaurant.. The possibilities are endless for an individual with combined Housewife DNA..

    I find it interesting that he has never denied having met the girl. Nor has he ever directly denied having sex with her. All he did was deny that he was the father. Hmm.. It’s quite possible that he isn’t the father but that doesn’t make her claim of believing him to be the dad untrue if they did, in fact, have unprotected sex.

    I think that she believes that with his money and handlers, he can send a swab of the inside of anyone’s cheek and get a negative result. In this country, people always side with the one with money and power. How do we know this girl lied? How do we know that a cocky little twerp like the Biebs wouldn’t tell a girl, “I wanna fuck the shit out of you right now” before actually doing so? Sure, he looks innocent, but he is 17..and we were all 17 once. He’s no virgin and if you think all those guys he rolls with in his “Young Money” entourage aren’t influencing him to screw random broads and even bringing him girls so he could bang them and then they all laugh about it (Justin’s the man! That girl had a phat ass!”), then maybe people are a lot more naive than I thought.

    He may not have fathered this child but I am almost positive he has had unprotected sex before and not just with Selena. I’m sure he will look at this as a lesson to be more careful and to use protection in the future.

    I always wondered why the folks on Biebers team wanted to do this privately in the first place, or why she agreed to it without a court sponsered DNA test. Most times gals who want a dna test for support reasons ($$) go to court and request, at their expense, a dna test. It would seem that it would behoove Bieber to do it in the open (much like this alleged baby making act) and have his little swimmy guys found innocent.

    I think she agreed to do it privately because she has standing and she assumed that the dweebs team may do the right thing. They must have said something to her to make her go the private way. And any conversation to that effect leads me to believe that everyone involved knows that there was some beiber fever going on..

    Okay, I wasn’t aware this was done privately I just assumed (and you know what that does) it was court ordered. I thought they were just being asses because they didn’t personally witness the dna obtaining so yes, I agree with the disagreers here. Needs to be court ordered cuz yes, I can see them swabbing a roadie.

    No shit. If anything, Bieber’s lawyers look like they’re trying to pull a fast one. Either they do the paternity test the proper way, or they don’t do it at alll. It’d be way too easy for them to slip someone’s else DNA sample in there.

    Just the fact that he’s willing to take the paternity test at all says (to me) that there is a possibility of him being the father. If there was ZERO chance, i.e. they HADN’T slept together, why would it even be necessary. He could sue her for harassment AND defamation of character. Also, just want to point out that no birth control is 100% guaranteed. You don’t have to have unprotected sex to get pregnant. There are scores of women on the pill or IUD getting pregnant every day. Likewise, many women are trying to get pregnant and AREN’T using anything, but AREN’T getting pregnant. You just never know.

    Maybe the Biebs is so smug BECAUSE he used protection. Otherwise, how would he know whether or not he fathered her baby? I haven’t read anything saying he didn’t know her. I haven’t been following that closely though. Has anyone asked her to take a polygraph test?

    A polygraph wouldn’t work if she were batshit crazy and thoroughly believed her answers. That’s why they’re not actually proof of anything.

    We’ll know if the kid’s Bieber’s when its hair grows in.

    I disagree that because he agreed to a paternity test it means that there was a possibility. In cases like this, even if there is zero chance, it would still be necessary because her lawyers wouldn’t let it rest until he did one. Doing it privately looks suspicious, yes, but I don’t think that agreeing to it means that he did anything with this girl – in fact, I think the opposite. I see his willingness to do it as a sign of confidence that he’s not the father – if he had refused, THEN we’d all be sitting here wondering why and assuming that it’s because he is the father and didn’t want to cop to it.

    I don’t believe this girl, I think she’s just trying to get a slice of the pie and this is a way to do it. Also, she did the same thing to another guy already.

    And I don’t believe that Biebs is a man whore either, really. I’m sure he has a lot of fans his own age, but from what I’ve seen, most of them are significantly younger, like 13 and under. And I cannot imagine any older woman wanting to sleep with him – he looks like a lesbian.

    Because it is the only legal way to actually show he isn’t the father and to allow him to countersue her for defamation due to her history of false accusations.

    A lot of men who get accused even if they haven’t slept with the woman will settle out of court because they have no recollection of if they had slept with the woman. As for the woman often she has no recall of how many she has slept with either. You have quite a number of women who had multiple men dna tested to find out which one of them was the father and it turns out none of the men were the father.

    The countersuit for defamation angle is interesting. The whole thing is really odd. If there’s no chance of his being the babydaddy then his lawyers and/or management team have kind of screwed up somewhere if it’s gotten to the point of a second test. If they want to sue the chick, shouldn’t they have done the first test in the most procedurally correct manner possible?

    How could he really sue her for defamation? He would have to prove that he had never met the girl, which would be about as difficult as her proving that he did. Basically a he said/she said situation. And what is he going to sue her for? Her WIC card?

    Okay, even *I* knew that Biebs was taking the test when he came back from Europe. It’s not like you can miss the gossip columns on this thing.

    His attorneys made a special point of saying that it was done in a supervised setting so that there could be no question of the chain of evidence. So why didn’t her attorneys make noise *before* he took the test?? If I knew it was going to happen, so did they.

    Her original attorneys have quit, if memory serves. I bet Biebs’ entertainment attorneys are far more well-versed in this shit than anyone realizes and am highly doubtful they would have made such an epic fuck-up not to preserve the chain of evidence and use independent professionals.

    Guess we’ll see what the court thinks. She’s gotta have a pair of his underwear or something to make multiple attorneys grab on to this situation, tho. I wonder what’s really behind the curtain?

    @MtnMama, I assumed Biebs’ lawyers knew their shit as well which is why I’m curious as to why the whole thing keeps dragging on. If the first test was done according to form, why agree to the second test? And if it wasn’t done according to form, why the hell not? With this kind of thing it doesn’t matter so much if he’s the babydaddy or not, the longer it drags on the more his image gets tainted.

    Nah. She just hasn’t told her attorneys everything. The original ones went underground when it turned out she had accused other men of fathering the child. You usually want to tell your attorneys that sort of detail before they take the case.

    Trust me you have crackheads who are on crack that want their children back that they gave birth to while on crack, that somehow get an attorney to argue that they are a fit mother. Even though the majority of attorneys would turn the mother down even if they were paid a million dollars upfront to take the case.

    If Biebs did the paternity test “privately” then I’d bet anything that it was his assistant’s cheek swab in that baggie! He should have to be together with the baby in a room supervised by attorneys and have it done right. If he’s not the dad then he has nothing to worry about, so why not do it right and be done with it?

    I know I’m a little late coming into this, but I’ve just recovered from the fact that Sac and Rob agree . . .

    When submitting a sample, you don’t just walk in with a random swab and say “here”. You prove who you are and they take the sample. Which is what chain of command is.

    So – have we all accepted that he’s just a horny little kid? There’s no chance that he is who he professes to be – a nice kid who’s still a virgin – ala Donny Osmond?

    Um..do you believe hormonal teenage couples use condoms 100% of the time?? Do you also believe facial hair arrives before sperm on the male puberty chart? If so..then you may be a wee out of touch with our yoofs of today. And a lil confused about anatomy, lol. (I’m sure men become fertile in their early teens, some as early as 11/12…and very few have mustaches before doing so.)

    If teen boys could be relied on to wear condoms 100% of the time, there wouldn’t be so many girls on the pill..many of them go on the pill so they DON’T have to use a condoms 100% of the time. And Selena seems like a smart girl. I bet she’s on the pill. What am I saying? As her BFF, I KNOW she’s on the pill. :)
