Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Nads. I couldn’t watch it either. Although I did see a clip on The View this morning. It just seemed too soon to bombard a child who just lost their Mom. I shared a story in the forum here many years ago about being a kid and waking up with my grandmom passed beside me.
It would never ever occur to me to interview a child so soon after such a loss. If this happened before she started the OWN network, I would have been truly surprised at her total lack of self control when a daughter has Just Lost Their Mother. It would have been looked upon as kinda sleazy. She doesn’t care anymore. This was an OWN/ GET to her. Nothing more, and she doesn’t even give a shit as long as the ratings are good.
Maybe Will Smith dies and she can get the little girl to whip her hair. Ratings gold. Don’t put it past her.
I read she was changing her name to Kristina Houston. Then again, who would want to be named Bobbi Brown?
When I hear that name, visions of crack fairies dance in my head.
Oprah always says she never pays for interviews, and that all these celebs just want to talk to her. I could believe that in the past, but with her rating grubbing and desperation to make oWN relevant I wouldn’t be surprised if the Houston’s had no problem naming a price!
I’ve always wondered why she named that baby girl Bobbi Brown, so I can understand her reasoning. With that being said, I think she should wait a year or two. She may just be acting out of grief right now, but she could be thinking of her career. You never know these days.
Also, put me in the club that thinks it is too soon to be interviewing her after her mother’s passing.
RIP Whitney <3
I know this is mean, and any kid who loses a mom it is hard to cope, but I saw a clip of her talking to O. That girl’s parents totally neglected her…that gap would make Letterman cringe. Anyway, have a good day!
