Bon Jovi Slams The Jersey Shore

Bon Jovi is not a fan of Jersey Shore! He accused the Jersey Shore bosses for contributing to the “culture of fame.” He told OK! Magazine“It’s not my Jersey shore. I was there way before they were. We used to go down to the boardwalk all the time when we were kids, that was a cool place to go. People from New Jersey know that’s not what it’s like. I more resent that those shows create ‘celebrities’, that’s bad. Some kid is struggling to write a song, or to be an actor or write a book, and kids want to get famous to be famous. I don’t like that. It’s really sad.”

The same way Jersey Shore isn’t “Bon Jovi’s Jersey Shore” is the same way the Shahs of Sunset are not like all Persians. Sure we all have a lot of hair on our body, but that doesn’t mean I still sport a mustache!

Listen, I completely agree with The Jovster, but why is just speaking up now? He does realize that The Jersey Shore is it’s final season and they’re going off the air, doesn’t he? Why didn’t he speak to this during season one or two for that matter? I love that he’s going to the press with this now. Welcome to reality TV and reality stars! We’re living in 2012 going on 2013!

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Bon Jovi is a joke. Right after he did his hour of fame the other night he took off to Europe. At least the kids from the Jersey Shore stay here. I’m not a fan of theirs but they are also have a show on Nov 15 to raise funds and I give them a lot of credit.

Bon Jovi come back to Jersey and stay a bit and volunteer to clean up YOUR Jersey Shore. It’s my shore as much as yours and I’m right here in the thick of it doing what I can.

Get the bug out of your ass.

    Bobbi,

I suspect that you are from Jersey? ;) I have no doubt that you know more than I do about what has been going on up there concerning Sandy and relief efforts. I am from Fla and have been there. My heart goes out to everyone effected.

But I have to take up for John BonJovi a bit. Snookie is dropping her pissy panties on the boardwalk, Dina is walking and puking on the beach (she is a multi-tasker), Then, at a club; J-Wow drops it like it is hot and pisses on the carpet behind a bar so nobody could see her. She is discreet like that..

Then, you have The Guidice’s. No more needs to be said.

My point is, there are some folks that may think that those idiots are representative of your state and he wants to put a stop to it because he is just tired of it after seeing his home state trying to make it through a disaster. Maybe he wants folks to know that the folks in New Jersey aren’t a bunch of drunk kids without jobs and irresponsable adults that don’t pay taxes.

    TC, Robin

He needs to hold on to what he’s got. I mean it doesn’t really matter if they make it or not right?

    Right?!?!?!?

He’s working for the man, he’s down and his luck it’s tough, ohhhhhhhhhh so tough!

Not that I love the JS kids but STFU Bon Jovi you weren’t always the pillar of the Jersey community. I have highschool friends who still have their yellow and black satin “Slippery When Wet” panties.

You were at the epicenter of 80′s hairband debauchery…Ohhhh reall good example.

From what I understand, Bon Jovi gives a lot of money to local causes in the Jersey area. And I think they are going on tour again.

I may or may not be a fan, shut up!
