Brit Brit In Rolling Stone

It’s going to be a Britney filled holiday! Rolling Stone did an interview with Brit for their upcoming issue and have leaked parts of their story:

Story Opening:



There’s an understanding among those who know Britney well: When she’s blond, she’s happy. When she’s brunette, she’s sad. When she’s pink, she’s crazy….



Britney On Kevin:



“I didn’t think my husband was gonna leave me,” she says, deadpan. She laughs to break the tension. “Otherwise, I’d be with my babies 24/7. But since they’re almost like twins, they both take care of each other. I think they look like me,” she says, going from affectionate to bitter as she gets distracted by thoughts of Federline, whom she sees only when one of them is picking up the boys. “They don’t look like their father at all,” she continues. “And it’s weird ’cause they’re starting to learn words like ‘stupid,’ and Preston says the f-word now sometimes. He doesn’t get it from us. He must get it from his daddy. I say it, but not around my kids.”

Her rise and fall (and rise again) is so intriguing to me. I’m just glad that she can be controlled, unlike other musicians i.e. Amy Winehouse. What’s going to happen once Britney has to start thinking for herself? Can she handle it, and does she even know how to use her brain like an adult? All I have to say in response is: Jayden and Sean better grow up fast so they can take over their Grandpa’s conservatorship.

I feel like my affection for Britney is similar to my affection to The Patriots. They’re on top one year and you’re rooting for them, and when they’re down…they’re down and need all the help they can get. I’m just glad her dad, aka coach, hasn’t given up on her. Go, Fight, Win Britney!
