Cast Rumors For DWTS

Word is that DWTS is getting Andy Dick for the show–um, that’s a HUGE gamble! That guys is a disaster! Good luck trying to produce live TV with him! A source told TMZ, “He’s more for comedy … nobody expects much from him.” –yeah, no sh*t…I think we could’ve figured that one out! 

Other dancers that are rumored this season are Lisa Vanderpump, D.L. Hughley, Wynonna Judd, Kellie Pickler, Aly Raisman, Jacoby Jones, Sean Lowe and Victor Ortiz.

I guess if Lisa’s on the show, then the “no housewives rule” is off the table. Remember there were rumors about that no too long ago? The one thing that DWTS cares about is ratings, and if any of the Housewives can bring them, it’s Lisa. It’ll be interesting to hear who’s on the “official” cast. While they’re at it, they should just put Jiggy on the show…

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Lisa already bucked that by going on Good Morning America. I believe she has Andy by the balls and can do whatever she wants.

    Lisa Vanderpump does not strike ma as a dancer. I hope she doesn’t tarnish her placement at the top of reality heap by getting sent off within the first two weeks. Although, I can imagine her being a household name for us Bravo watchers but the national audience will be like “who?” She should have gone on apprentice first. Matching wits and trading barbs is what she does best.

    Aly Raisman doesn’t look like the type that is gonna take any of Mark’s bs! She looks like she can beat the shit out of him! I bet Derek is pissed he didn’t get another gymnast…

    They made sure Tony wouldn’t win another Mirrorball. They’re back to sacking him with a dud.

    I predict Andy Dick will be out first. I hope Lisa can hang on for a couple of weeks. Winona may go before her. The fans may keep Lisa on. I’ll vote for her. I bet Jill Zaaaaarin is going to bug the shiz out of ABC now to be on next season.

    Of course Derek got a young girl who’s a performer.

    I don’t know who most of these people are. Hard to believe they’re chancing having Andy Dick on there. I might watch to see how Dorothy Hamill does.

    Ingo Rademacher and Kym Johnson will be so pretty….they’ll look like a toothpaste commercial. (I like him, and he’s athletic. I hope he does well.)

    As a Ravens fan, I am thrilled to see Jacoby Jones. He’s personable and funny and known for his touchdown dances. I am excited to see what he can do with Karina.

    @sarcasatire, I doubt Lisa V. would be on Apprentice, considering she can basically wipe her ass with those rubber Trump checks.

    @Derek: True. But it terms of crossover appeal to a national audience, it’s a safer bet because the prime time audience can get to know her while on DWTS, you either have a fan base vote for you from the start or you have the charisma of a bald-headed chocolate man who like to keep his shirt unbuttoned. (There were two winners like that already, right? lol) I’m just afraid she may not have the fan base of the American Idol stars and the-like, so her time there will be short-lived.

    Should be interesting so see. If Lisa makes it far, there will be nothing but advertising for Bravo (NBC) and the housewives which will irritate ABC. If she goes home early ABC can laugh at NBC for their shows not being “that” popular.

    Ugh, I was really hoping for a Derek-free season. Yes, he’s very talented but I find him – and Mark – more arrogant than Maks. They get away with it so much because they’re young American men who have been marketed as mostly wholesome to appeal to a variety of age groups. Derek basically did 3 freestyles before the finals and the only penalty he got was a scolding by Len. *That* is extremely arrogant, imo.

    I’m also tired of the blatant favoritism towards Mark & Derek. Big shock that neither of them got Wynona or Dorothy. pfffft. I think the season that KK was partnered with Mark, they assumed her fan base would keep her on even though she was awful.

    I’ll miss Maks. Val isn’t as appealing to me, although I do like him.

    sarcasatire…sure Donald Driver looks great with his shirt off, but that isn’t why he won. Packer Fans voted for him and droves…and he can really dance. Plus he’s a really nice guy (who gives millions of his income to charity.)

    He is may favortie winner of all time.

    This is one of those shows I NEVER watch. But I’m in, if they’re crazy enough to cast bat-shit-crazy Andy Dick. Is he currently on or off the wagon? Last time I saw him was the Comedy Central Roast….

    I know Dorothy Hamill, WHYnonah and Lisa Vanderpump. No clue who the other dancetestants are. So, I’ll watch for a couple of weeks, which is about how long I’ve lasted for any of the Idol shows.
