Move over, Mrs. “Jew-dee-chay/ice”, there’s a new In Touch reality star in town!

I was just at the grocery store picking up my usual healthy fare of Cheddar & Sour Cream Lay’s and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Poptarts when I thought I made my greatest find of the day after seeing a package of break n’ bake double chocolate cookies.  Little did I know, I was going to make an even better jaw-dropping discovery…

Reality TV’s only grounded, lovable couple, Catelynn & Tyler, are pregnant!  No shit, I’ve never bought In Touch before, but this story made me throw down the $2.99+tax.  Inside we learn Cateylnn was nervous at first because they wanted to be married for a few years first, but is now elated.  Apparently, she was on birth control when it happened.  I’m willing to gamble that she missed a pill or two – I’m notorious for that, but I’m no longer 20 and have been living with my husband for nearly 10 years so it’s not like missing a pill would have a chance of resulting in pregnancy.  

Both kids are still in school.  Catelynn wants to be an adoption counselor and Tyler, a social worker.  They’ve bought a sweet little 3-bedroom house, paid off cars, and supplement income by doing speaking engagements on their adoption experience.  How great are these two?  I want to be able to be snarky about them so badly, but how can I?  

They have a wedding planned for September so they can be married before the baby is born.  This is the polar opposite of the Snookie pregnancy – I’m looking forward to these two becoming parents.  I just hope they can keep their own parents from traumatizing the child.

On a side note, the line about their wedding, “…the nuptials will take place at the Thomas Edison Inn in Port Huron before about 150 guests including Teen Mom co-stars Maci Bookout and Farrah Abraham,” had me cracking up.  Do you know why?  Because Amber’s name isn’t there.  I guess they don’t have Skype in the clink.

So, what say you, Gasmii?  Are you as touched by this as I am?  I can’t believe I’m excited for reality stars.  I will be toasting to their happiness when I throw back my freshly baked double-chocolate cookies!

    Not true!! She has come out saying this is an absolute LIE! I don’t know how they can get away with publishing this kind of crap!!

    I know what you mean, a part of me was super stoked that they were going to be parents (again). They seem to be doing pretty well, they just bought a house and all. Oh well, guess there will not be any babies for them anytime soon… at least I have your awesome Teen Mom Recaps to look forward too ;)

    Whatever happened, I think it’s for the best.

    They’re still just 20. They’ve got plenty of time once they get done with school and get started on careers and their grown up life.

    I bet they’ll make real good parents 1 day.

    While their story line is a tad boring, I was sorta happy for them… even though they are still ‘young’. They are the anti-Teen Mom, they are level headed and appear to think things through(amazing considering where they came from). Once again they have shown maturity stating that they want to be married and finished with school. BTW, Catelynn looks great in this picture.

    Wait didn’t she deny this several days ago? If she really is pregnant, good for them… I think they are fairly well-equipped for the ‘job’ at this point.

    I hope the story isn’t true not because I don’t like them but because they’re only 20 and have no carers that teen mom money can’t last forever.

    I hope this story is true. they have came so far in life and accomplished so much if any body deserves a chid it would be them. Three years ago they were not ready so they gave there child to a family that could provide a better life for her that was a hard thing to do but they did it and it made them who they are today much stronger. I say congrats if she is I think they will be great parents and its not like there not doing anything with there life they graduated high school and know what they want to do in life so far they seem to be doing good home and cars nothing else to do but get there doctors degree and start a family.. congrats if the story is true:)

    love the show i cant stand catelynn and Tyler they are annoying the think they are smart and try act like they are grown up but all they dude is basked in fame and for what a child they don’t have and don’t get me wrong there nothing wrong with adoption i think they did a good thing giveing her up i did cry but then all they do a wine and grown a bout carly like oh my god shut up get over and live ur lives and stop tying to be big shots like they are trying to keep up with the other teens moms they repeat what other people say when trying to hold a conversation like they are trying to be half way intelligent and it wouldn’t get on my nerves as much if they would learn to hay yea or uh hu more expand ur vocabulary and here a another thing get over ur selves ur nothing special all u are is a another Illiterateeen who fucked ur step sister and had a child. sorry iv been holding that in for a very long time. I feel a lot better
