Charlie-Sheen-R

Grrrr, I was hoping this wouldn’t happen, but it looks like it might. Charlie Sheen said that there’s an 85% chance that he’s going to be returning to Two and a Half Men. I know there has been so much back and forth of being fired, not being fired…but seeing how Two and a Half is a money making machine, why would CBS dump that show? The show makes pure profit for the network, and let’s face it…since when has TV been about keeping up an image? TV shows are run on ad dollars, and viewers.

And now that Mike & Molly had it’s chance in the Two and a Half time slot, and got 42% less viewers than Two and a Half‘s got last year (same time), there’s no hope. If Charlie does come back, CBS should just let him finish out his contract, and NOT renew it. Jeesh.

**UPDATE** Well, there may be a moral police in all of this. TMZ is reporting that a source connected to WB (the prod. co) says that Charlie will not be returning. They have until May 18th to make a decision.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I’m no holy roller, but if he does come back I WON’T be watching. I used to before all this shit hit the fan. I think they’d be making a better move by making a slight plot twist and get a new “man.”

The funniest comment made about this rumor, which I read somewhere online earlier, was something like this:

‘Having “discussions” with your goddesses doesn’t count as an actual legal discussion with WB.’

    Ka-dooz to whoever made it.

It makes me a bit sad that this image of Charlie performing his BEST role is being used in association with Charlie today. On the other hand, it’s kind of meta…

Also, just thinking about Rick Vaughn puts me in a better mood, so I guess all in all it balances out…

Heck.. I like the show. I like Charlie Sheen in the show. If I started to concern myself with how any actor or reality show person conducts themselves when they are off camera I probably wouldn’t watch anything. I just want to be entertained. As long as they do that, they have done thier job as far as I am concerned and after that, they can go wacko all they want to.

Of course I do reserve the right to make fun of what they do, too :> Actor’s aren’t as much fun as reality show peeps when it comes to making fun because the reality show folks are playing themselves and they STILL swear that what we saw on camera wasn’t really the way they are. lol
