Charlie Sheen

Your latest Charlie…

He went on Howard Stern this morning, and seemed way more centered than he has been. The dude is still out of his mind, but he at least seemed half sober.

Here’s part of the interview:

The second half of the of the interview, which is not posted (still looking for it online)–Charlie told Howard that he thinks Mel Gibson is a rockstar. He said, “Mel’s a rock star. I love him…I’m a huge fan and he’s a beautiful man.”

On the other front, CBS President, Les Moonves has responded to the craziness. He said, “[He's] on the air quite a bit these days. I wish he would have worked this hard to promote himself for an Emmy..Short-term, financially it is actually a gainer for us. Repeats obviously get somewhat less revenue than the originals. It is a show that repeats very well. Doing eight [fewer] originals saves us quite a bit of money. “I’m not saying long-term I want this to go on…Going down the road…I don’t know what’s going to happen, I hope it’s back. We’ll see.”

I have a feeling that either CBS will cancel the show, and settle with Charlie…or fire Charlie, pay him out, and replace him. At this point, they should just cancel it. I can’t see Charlie and Chuck in the same room for next season, can you?

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Wow…Sheen’s craziness aside…Les Moonves revealed himself to be a major douche. “Short term…it’s a gainer for us”. Yeah, Sheen’s life and health might be at risk, his friends and family might be worried for his future, and his kids lives may be in total shambles…but hey, ratings are up for the reruns!!
