Charlie Sheen’s Lawsuit Is Here

Charlie Sheen has finally slapped Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre with the lawsuit he’s been threatening. He’s suing the two of them for $100 million to be exact. He wants money for the 8 episodes they canned, and he’s also suing on behalf of the cast and crew, plus “punitive damages.” Charlie’s lawyer attacked Chuck Lorre in the law suit by stating, “Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, ‘Two and a Half Men,’ in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct.”

Their biggest gripe they’re stating is that they fired Charlie when he was “sick.” Um, wasn’t it Charlie saying he’s fine, and ready to work? The show gave him a chance to go to rehab, but Charlie started firing his mouth off to the media and instead “rehabbed” in his home with porn stars. Charlie’s the one saying he has Tiger Blood, not Warner Bros. or Chuck Lorre. I feel like they gave him enough chances, and he just continued to screw up. I can’t wait to see what happens with this one. I’m sure they’ll pay Charlie’s contract out, but nothing more than that. Ridic.

    This video just proves that he knows exactly what he’s doing and maybe be insane but not stupid. He’s getting more attention and fame now than he ever has before. What a tool.

    TMZ reporting that Sheen’s house has been raided by cops. Someone finally did a 5150?

    Is it very wrong of me that I’m sort of sad it happened before Sheen could spaz out about Cryer’s Conan bit about being a troll?

    @thiajok..I just watched the Cryer clip on Gawker, too cute! But no worries, Charlie will spaz out about it, even if it’s from a jail cell..

    Sorry, didn’t mean to hold out by not posting a link. I was just very sleepy.

    I cannot believe they didn’t load him up and take him to the nuthouse for observation. I really can’t. All they did was to check his house for firearms so that he wouldn’t be in violation of the restraining order. But then, he’s not in jail for having a suitcase full of cocaine, either, so…

    I’m starting to wonder why his family hasn’t swooped in to get him some help.
