Denied, Again: Nicollette Sheridan And ABC

Remember the ABC/Nicollette Sheridan wrongful termination case? Well, Nicollette kept appealing and appealing, and it finally went to the The California Supreme Court and they turned it down. That means the case is dead unless she decides to take it to The US Supreme Court. I’m not very savvy with the judicial system, but I think The US Supreme Court has the right to turn the case down, don’t they? Does anyone know?

How crazy is this b*tch? She’s like the psycho ex-wife that won’t go away. She’s just trying to suck money out of her rich husband that’s already moved on with a new wife and family. She needs to go to another cougar bar and pick up someone else (another network) to leach off of. I have to say I admire her tenacity, but then again what else is she doing with her time?

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    If she called the legal team at 1-800-SU-UR-ASS, she pays no legal fees unless there’s a settlement. She can’t lose!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes, the Supreme Court has full discretion over the cases they hear and they typically only select a case if they feel it involves an important question of federal/Constitutional law. You have to petition the court to hear your case, and they only grant about 1% of the petitions each term.

    This has been your SCOTUS lesson of the day.

    Honestly, I feel bad for her because at this point, she’s really damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t.
    If she gives up, then she’ll have to slink off with her tail between her legs while everyone laughs.
    And if she keeps going, she’ll more than likely lose and will still have to slink off with her tail between her legs while everyone laughs. It will probably feel better to her to keep going, because at least she’ll have done everything she could, but the outcome will still be the same:
    People gonna be laughing at her and she’s gonna be broke as fuck.
    Poor thing.
