Dog the Bounty Hunger is making his TV comeback on CMT. The new series titled Dog (wt), will be a docu following The Chapmans’ next chapter. The series will follow Dog and Beth as they go to other mom and pop bail bond agencies that are in trouble to help them rebuild. It almost sounds like Tabatha Takes Over/Salon Takeover, but for bail bond agencies. I thought he’d be done for sure after A&E canceled him, but it looks like reality stars are crossing over networks and shows all the time these days. I think the CMT audience will embrace him with open arms, and will let his goldilocks flow.

I can’t wait until Randy Jackson is done with American Idol, then we’ll have two Dogs to do next chapter shows with. Personally, I think they should do a dual show called Doggie Daycare, and it’ll feature Snoop Lion coaching the Dogs how to reach the next level of Dog enlightenment…Being a Lion.

Dog is set to premiere sometime next year.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Hooray! My mom and I love Dog even though I feel like an idiot liking him. I doubt it won’t take long before CMT wants him to go on bounty hunts again.

    The Mullet lives on!!!

I am a redneck and I think they are trash. All of them. They are a bunch of carnival clowns who pretend to be something that they are not. At least Honey Boo Boo’s family owns it. These people are a JOKE.

Just looking at him skeeves me out.

I also don’t like the way they speak to folks in trouble as if they are above the law. They all have questionable backgrounds themselves and for them to talk down to their “prisoner” is “unredneck”. Fakers is what they are.

I stopped watching a couple yrs ago and can’t see myself watching this show when there are so many other bad shows and gross people to watch.

@Robin: I do agree with you. I mean, I think their show is entertaining because it is so ridiculous. Kind of like Storage Wars. I got into it late so I didn’t know much about him and his family’s law problems until I looked it up on Wikipedia a few months ago. My dad is a pastor and he hates it because they act like they are all high and mighty but they curse, swear, and get arrested 342332 times. He finds it hypocritical.

I love Honey Boo Boo because they own it and they don’t care. They have fun and love each other for themselves and accept everyone for who they are. I just think sometimes Dog and the whole family are somewhat like the Real Housewives. You are pretty sure they are hypocritical but they are obsessively entertaining and it makes you feel guilty liking them.
