Survivor: Philippines begins on Sept, 19, which means it’s time to start another round of Fantasy Survivor! Want to join the TVgasm tribe? We haven’t been doing too shabby! Last season, we were in the top 50 and had 3 tribe members in the top 25!!

Ronnie Karam has been with TVgasm since 2006 , which has given him the opportunity to make fun of hundreds of TV's most loved and hated reality whores. His plan in life was to be Julia Roberts but that plan was stolen by, well, Julia Roberts. He'll get you one day, JULIA ROBERTS!! When not making himself giggle for the gasm, Ronnie performs improv and sketch comedy at IO West in Hollywood a couple of times weekly while using the lovely California days to audition for commercial roles such as "ADORABLE MEXICAN UNCLE". Seriously. He would like to thank Jesus, Buddha and Xenu for the blessings they've bestowed. The writers here are the best around, and he's honored to be associated with them.     I am really looking forward to this!

    Our TVGasm tribe has consistantly improved every season. This is our year!

    There are 3 returning players (yeah, I know, returning players seems to be a theme lately) but I am looking forward to the return of Mike. Remember him? He fell out at the fire and was flighted out? This was a first for Survivor. The message boards were flooded with folks who said that the cameramen should have dropped the camera and helped. Mark Burnett said if they did that, they would be fired; they were there to document, not help.

    Anyway, I always wondered about him. I have no doubt that he has watched every season since his accident and has gone over many scenarios in his head since.

    I picked him for my MVP. For now.

    @hot cawfee, are you kidding me? Lisa and Nancy McKeon’s Jo’s sapphic chemistry was the only reason to watch FOL as the girls went through puberty! I’m all about this season now!

    @Robin, the season where the lady from the singing group SWV, she went pretty far. Considering that the cast is generally all-white and doesn’t listen to R&B helped, though. More than Lisa’s fame getting in the way is her Christianity, considering that open religiosity doesn’t last too long in Survivor. My bet is that she will go out third, because the game will be “too hard” and she “can’t lie.”

    Just joined your guys tribe, this site was how I found Fantasy Survivor in the first place! I placed Number Ten last season, and was geekily chuffed to hell :)

    Not so sure about that @Derek.

    Last year there was a tribe that were “prayers”. They prayed about everything. The critisism that I had about this back then was when many folks admittedly just prayed for the hell of it so they would fit in.

    Then, Lo and Behold; one of the fake pray people wins the game!

    So, you never know ;)
