Wow the poor Glee 3D Concert Movie ate some major poo poo. It only made $5.7 million this past weekend, which is not great considering how many Gleeks there are across the country. We all know that concert films don’t always do so great, and are made on the cheap…so maybe it won’t be a total loss. The film only cost somewhere between $9.5-$9.7 million to make, so I’m sure it’ll recoup it’s costs in the next two weeks. I love The Glee Project, but as far as Glee goes–you can bet I won’t be going to the concert movie.

Sorry Gleeks. Put my Glee Project kids in the film, and I’ll go watch!

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I have been so much more entertained by The Glee Project than I remember being entertained by any actual episode of Glee this past year.

I never got into it but I got excited for one of my friends. I still don’t get the big fuss about it and I was a gleek in school. Maybe because it wasn’t always so FUN. HAHAHA. It was funny to see my fat butt dancing though. That was great.

To be honest, why would anyone watch a 3D concert movie of anything? I don’t really get the whole craze when it comes to 3D but doing it as a concert seems kind of redundant.

Actually, Damian and Lindsey were in the film, only for a split second each but they were both in the audience and were shown.
