Gretchen Rossi And Slade Smiley Are Being Sued For Fraud

Gretchen and Slade are being sued for breach of contract, fraud, deceit and conspiracy. Why does this news NOT shock me?

Apparently Gretchen and her former make-up artist friend, Ronann Myers, went 50/50 to start Gretchen’s make-up line, and basically got stiffed. The two had an oral agreement (not by her partner’s choice), because Gretchen wouldn’t sign the documents prompted by Slade. Shocker!

Radar reported that the lawsuit states: “From February 2009 onward, Rossi and Smiley engaged in an elaborate scheme to defraud Plaintiff out of her interest in the make-up Line. Rossi and Smiley conspired to exploit Plaintiff’s experience in, knowledge of and contacts within the make-up industry to create, design, launch and promote ‘Gretchen Christine Beaute.’ Once Rossi and Smiley obtained what they needed from Plaintiff, they planned to ‘cut her off without a dime.’ Their plan was premeditated.”

The best part of the story is that Gretchen took money out of their joint account (Ronann, and Gretchen’s) without permission. It wasn’t a lot, but she still did it. Here’s my question–I thought Gretchen had boat loads of money, and it was Slade who was down and out. This sounds like a case of a bad falling out, and Gretchen being brainwashed by her broke ass man. They’re being sued for $100K. I hope Ronann gets justice.

    Both of those be-yotches put together aren’t worth anywhere near $100k. That poor Ronnann has just been screwed out of her money. I guess Slade didn’t make it softer for her based on her mood.

    Sadly for Ronan, there is no getting blood out of turnips or cash (morality, ethics, intelligence, or talent for that matter) out of the Doucheduo.

    Her parents must be so proud of their little gold digger. I wonder if anyone dug deep enough if the word ‘escort’ would pop up in Gretchens past? I’d rather think so.
