Housewives Premiere Pushed?

The Hollywood Reporter is claiming that Bravo is going to push the premiere date of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills by at least one week, if not longer. Bravo didn’t confirm the news, but I can’t see them premiering on September 5th if they’re doing major re-edits.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the re-edits, and I wonder how they’re going to re-frame the story? I mean, is it going to get to the point of “never mind the pink elephant in the room” where it’s never mentioned? It’s Taylor’s main storyline this season, so how will they work around it? Will they take out all the Russell negative talk, and do new interviews? Those poor producers…they’re going to have a nightmare re-editing this thing.

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Eh, dump her. Taylor should have been booted when her and Russell’s legal shenanigans were outted. Just because her husband killed himself doesn’t mean she needs the kid glove treatment, and we all know if she stays she’s going to be the victim all season. Uggh..

    the good news out of this, and pardon my insensitivity, but russell’s death has created jobs. the producers are back to work, and for a while!

    I agree, dump her from the show, post haste. She is demanding privacy, let’s give it to her. Permanently.

    My guess it most of Taylor’s scenes are about her complaining about Russell and the down fall of the marriage. She (and maybe Bravo)will receive negative views if what she said before his death is aired.

    They should cut her scenes out and make her a secondary “housewife”. Bravo has done it before when someone is not interesting enough.

    You know, Bravo is handling this a lot better than I thought. They are handling it with some sensitivity and class. It is a lot more than I thought they would do.
