Some nerve Farrah Fawcett has. She had to go dying on the same day as the King of Pop. Her death unnecessarily diverted so much attention away from Michael’s. And, don’t even get me started on Ed McMahon…seriously??? He couldn’t have picked a different week? Sheesh.

I’m sorry…I had to start the morning off with a laugh…this is the form that my grief has taken. The tragedies that have taken place this week are truly a shame. It’s so sad that poor Farrah died, and the world completely forgot about her when the Michael news hit. I know the comments of the child molestation, and all of the negative things that surrounded Michael have risen…but I chose not to focus on the negative, and instead celebrate his music career. He was the Elvis of my generation, and a true music legend will certainly be missed.

And…Farrah and Ed….my thoughts are with their families and loved ones. R.I.P. to all the greats that have passed this week. :(

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

At least old Ed lived a long and full life, even though his last months were not pleasant.

I was thinking about Michael Jackson and I had a moment of enlightenment. Our time to judge him is over, since he is not in our world now. If you are a believer in the God of the Bible, he is being judged now by someone far greater than we are. That’s why I’m not concerned with the bad things he may or may not have done.

I guess if you have enough money, you can not only pay a doctor to completely remove your nose, but also to kill you with drugs.
