I was impressed last night, the Idol guys improved big time! I’m still not totally convinced, but at least they’re showing some promise. Tim Urban who was the biggest trainwreck last week, literally did a 180…he’s still not great by any means (I still can’t believe he’s in the competition), but he’s improving. Ellen’s comment about him being on Glee, and acting was right on the money.

I’ve got to say that I’m disappointed in Andrew Garcia. In my eyes, he was one of the strongest ones out there, with a ton of charisma…but he’s just sucking! Let me preface my comment by saying–he’s sucking in comparison to what we saw the first two weeks. I hope he can put it together.

I think the judges were too hard on Todrick Hall, and Jermaine Sellers. They’re both NOT my favorite, but if I were to listen to the judges, I’d think they were atrocious…and they’re not, not even a little bit.

And before I leave, I have to say that I LOVE Alex Lambert’s voice. Yes, he is VERY green, and needs a ton of work, but his voice is amazing…and I’ve got to hand it to him–he keeps on improving. I’m really rooting for his mullet!

Thoughts??? Who do you think deserves to go this week? I predict John Park, and Tim Urban.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I agree, I love Alex Lambert. Lee is growing on me more and more every week. I really hope Todrick goes home this week. All that stuff about him taking money from kids (well, their parents) disturbs me. I doubt Tim will go wome yet with all that shirtless pic of him floating around on the internet. Andrew needs to step it up!
