Idol‘s Alex Lambert, not Adam Lambert tweeted the other day that he’s been living on the streets, and sleeping behind buildings. He tweeted, “Alright so I didn’t want to bring my person life to my fans but I’m about to freak out if I don’t tell yall the truth! “Ever since IICD (If I Can Dream – Hulu reality series) ended I’ve been kinda homeless! Sleepin on the street and behind buildings.”

So initially, of course, I’m sure his fans were worried, or thinking WTF…but then his management put out a statement denying that Alex was homeless, and that he in fact gets money every month because he’s on a retainer. They said, “He’s on a retainer, and he’s getting money every month. He’s working on demos. He’s with writers, he’s working on music. He’s not homeless. How could he be texting? How could he be going into recording studio and sleeping on the streets? There’s no record deal yet, but hopefully these demos something could come from that.”

Then Mr. Lambert tweeted (in a series of tweets): “I’m a grown ass man. I’ve had so much help out here in LA! I just want to do things on my own! I have places to stay I just don’t want to be a burden on anyone! I have money! And soon I will have a place to stay! I just wanted to let y’all know! I’m not some rich spoiled kid! That I’ve had to hustle and grind and I don’t mind sleepin on the street as long as I get my chance! Because I will not take it for granted! I hope y’all understand. Sorry for the miscommunication. I’m just fine!”

Blah, Blah, Blah…we get it. You’re not homeless, you don’t want people to think that you’ve been handed everything. You feel bad crashing on couches. Anything else, ohhhh struggling artist? Who do you think you are? Jewel? It’s too bad you didn’t come out here in a van. That would have been a really good story too.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Now, now, don’t be so mean to Alex. Shucks, I was going to offer my – er – a bed in my cougar lair – um – I mean, apartment to the hot little lad.
