There’s this show in Israel called “Connected”. It gives its stars, who are all real people (the pretty kind though, not the fuggos), video cameras to tape their own relationships. It’s HUGE! Not the fat kind, though, cuz those shows apparently can’t stay on the air. Well, the show is coming to America!

At first this seems perfect, since American’s have morphed into constantly camera ready publicity whores, but that might actually be the problem. Do you know what I have learned from reality TV? People are gross. It’s bad enough when they’re all airbrush and rehearsed, like on the Housewives show. Imagine Kim from Atlanta with a shaky home camera dragging her ass out of the morning to shellack on her face and get her wig straight while she chain smoked and left prank stalker messages on Big Daddy’s voicemail. I don’t want to see that.

Check out the Israeli previews here. It’s pretty interesting to watch. I hope we don’t screw it up with big fake boobs and spray tans.
