Jennifer Hudson Family Update

I’m just so sad for Jennifer Hudson’s family. As Donna Martin Graduates commented, William Balfour has been taken under custody…and now Jennifer has identified the bodies of her mother and brother.

My thoughts are prayers go out to Jennifer and her family. I’m sure she’s not reading TVgasm, but thought I would put it out there. It’s just so tragic.

Jennifer has posted a thank you and an alert to find Julian on her myspace blog:

“Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely,” the blog entry said. “If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately … Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time.”

**Update*** – from the AP wire:

“CHICAGO – Police in Chicago say the license plate on the white SUV found containing a child’s body matches the vehicle listed in the Amber Alert issued for Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew.
Authorities say the body is that of a young black boy, but the child hasn’t yet been identified. The vehicle was found early Monday on Chicago’s West Side.

Police officials confirmed that the license plate matches the vehicle listed on the Amber Alert issued for seven-year-old Julian King on Friday after Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot to death in their home.”

**UPDATE** 10/27/2008 – Julian’s body was identified and found shot multiple times.

“At this time, we can confirm that the body located inside the vehicle was the body of 7-year-old Julian King. The vehicle was towed and taken in…for forensic processing.”
