Jim Carrey Not Doing The Dumb And Dumber Sequel

Jim Carrey has dropped out of the Dumb and Dumber sequel. Word is that he wasn’t too happy that the studio didn’t show enthusiasm for the sequel. The sequel was supposed to start filming this fall under the title, Dumb and Dumber To. Jim Carrey’s rep said in a statement, “I would have thought Dumb and Dumber To was a no-brainer. After all, it’s implied in the title.” Ugh. They can’t do a Dumb and Dumber without Jim Carrey! I mean, they already tried and it was a major flop. Where is Jeff Daniels in all of this??? This is not the news I wanted to hear on my birthday. I’m going to go drink a Big Gulp to drown my sorrows…well, see ya later!

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    I totally agree! They cannot do the sequel without him. I hope he reconsiders. Love the Big Gulp reference too! I just watched this again with my 13 year old daughter a couple weeks ago, and she loved it!

    Well I hope you were able to have a happy birthday despite the news. I wish I’d seen this earlier. I would have suggested you add some (alot) of tequila to your big gulp. That will always wash your sorrows away.

    Hahaha. I know that movie is SO stupid – hence the title – but I seriously love love LOVE IT.
