The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Joe Giudice was arrested today for using his brother’s name on his driver’s license. Radar reported that Chief Assistant Prosecutor Jay W. McCann said, “Mr. Giudice was arrested at his home earlier today (Friday) as the result of an investigation this office did with assistance from the state Motor Vechilce Office.”

I guess Juicy (real name Giuseppe) used his brother’s marriage license, and birth certificate to get the license…I have no idea why he did it, or even how he got caught, but he did!

First the drunk driving conviction, then the bankruptcy, and now this? He’s soooo screwed! I hope they caught this all on tape for the next season of Jersey! Teresa must be losing her sh*t right now with her screaming kids. No more Juicy Couture bought by Juicy Joe…at least not for a while.

    Karma can be such a killer. That is such a dumb reason to get arrested. The reason is so dumb I wonder if he did it on purpose for ratings if it is on RHONJ.

    If you are going to get arrested, at least let it be for an interesting crime such as public urination or something. DMV is BORING.

    I wonder how long he had to wait in line to get it. DMV lines are killer. What is worse is Apple Store lines. *shakes*

    Ahh Nads, I love how you say the screaming kids with no mention of how much T must be screaming right now – what with her rage issues and all. I was pissed when he got off on the drunk driving thing, because you just don’t do that. But, to know that he finally got caught for something, makes me glad. The both of them are menaces and I truly hope he finally has to do some real time for anything at this point. As for T and her hairiness, here is hoping that she rages at someone who firmly believes in “when keeping it real, goes wrong.” Don’t want anyone to get hurt, I just want them to see that they can’t act any way they want without consequence.

    My thought is, you only do something like that if your real identity leads to something-like public urination! Hold tight, I’m sure whatever it is is next! Never saw the show, tho, so what do I know! Nads I love you on the pod gasms!

    There is a GOD. It was must had to do with some scam he and she were doing to get money.I hope eveyone that worked on there house and did not get paid for there labor get to come to court and watch.She should go away next,might save those kids if the state raises them.
    Where does BRAVO get these people have they no shame. If a person did repeated crimes , did not pay people for there hard work on there home .He and she would not get hello from anyone. It is one thing to fall on hard times and make an effort to pay people back.To know you don’t have the money and know you are going to screw the hard working people is low and all the LIES.Sad people.

    Bravo can film them and call the show “Stupid Husbands of New Jersey”.

    Oh how I hope that this took place during filming.
    I wonder who ratted them out? I’m betting Danielle although there is no doubt many, many people who despise the Flintstones and are willing to screw with them.

    The Flintstones. LOL!!! Oooooh maybe it was the SIL Tre doesn’t get along with. I had just about had it with RHONJ last year with all the Danielle crap but I might just turn in with all these dumb chicks making their own drama. They can’t blame Danielle anymore.

    I gotta give these hos and their neanderthal husbands for coming up with schemes to stay relevant. Even if they are the most idiotic reasons in the history of humankind, it’s working for them. I’ll be tuning in.
