Kate Plus 8: Canceled

Finally! TLC canceled Kate Plus 8! TLC said, “TLC has decided not to renew another season of ‘Kate Plus 8. By the end of this season, ‘Kate Plus 8’ will have hit the 150 episode mark (including “Jon & Kate Plus 8”); an exceptional milestone.”

I’m in shock that they pulled off 150 episodes. I’m surprised that in lasted as long as it did considering Jon and Kate got divorced in December of 2009.

TLC said that they’re planning on doing specials to check-in with the family from time to time, but until then…See ya later, Kate!

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Nah, those kids are totally effed. Porn, Dr. Drew, and My Strange Addiction is in their futures… and that’s only for the most “successful” of them.

    What a waste of airtime !!! The gravy train finally has been derailed ! I hope that she NEVER graces the airwaves again….but, I know that she will find a way to whore out the kids for some dough.

    Boo-effing-hoo. No one wants to see that attention whore, and her kids need serious psychotherapy, STAT. Best of luck for them. Kate, go get a real job, the fact that you shot 8 kids of your vayjayjay doesn’t make you charming or interesting.

    I DVR’d the show tonight ONLY because of the preview showing her Nanny flipping out in the middle of a Road trip. Looks to be the Grand Canyon. I would’ve Pushed Kate over the egde.

    I will kind of miss it. I miss the kids to be honest. They are really cute but the show has sucked since they divorced. Probably because all I have seen is Kate’s face and it changes EVERY WEEK with all that surgery.

    I am sure she will find another way to whore her children out for a buck. But for now all we have to look forward to is her doing the talk show circuit so she can bitch about how hard it is to be a single mother with no job. SHUT. UP. KATE.

    I thought this show was already cancelled and they were just doing specials every once in a while? So she will probably not be going away anytime soon..we can all dream that she will fade into obscurity.
