   Do the Kardashian’s even take a shit without making some sort of profit? With as much money as these people earn, she STILL gets stuff for free?? Life is just not fair. She can’t even make the argument she has worked hard for everything she’s got. (Well, I guess she DID work hard between the sheets.)

   You forgot that Steven Speilberg donated the flux capacitor from Back to the Future so that Kris’ family could be transported from the Mesozoic Era to 2011.

   Kris also sold naming rights to his forehead for any interested advertisers.

   This is what I don’t get. These companies are giving these things away and in turn they get the free advertising/publicity. The problem is they give it to people who can afford to pay for it and then brag to people like me about their product which I will NEVER purchase because I can’t afford it. This is nothing but high class welfare. You can give Kim K 400,000 in liquor but will run to the polls to vote so you can stop families from receiving food stamps. God bless America indeed.

    I find that $15 million figure a little hard to believe. Ryan Seacrest makes $15 mil a season for American Idol. And that gets a shitload more ratings. Maybe she made $1.5 million for the wedding special, heck she only got $300,000 for pics. If she were worth a $15 mil wedding special, her pics would be worth a whole lot more, no?

    Thank you, NMWTV, i was just gonna say how utterly boring that whole escapade was. I’m kinda jealous of the money, but then I remember that I’m not being judged on tv by millions, so there’s that…i’ll probably end up watching and being grossed out by it. So I guess I’m part of the problem. Does that mean I have to stop complaining then? Damn.

    Maybe these numbers are correct, but they often get inflated by the celebrity (or their agent/publicist) so the bar will be raised for future engagements. And speaking of future engagements, I’m sure this won’t be Kim’s last waddle down the aisle.

    I hope that dope of a husband got a decent cut of these wedding deals. Dude had a good life – good looking guy, pro baller, makes a few million per year. He should get some kind of compensation for being clowned world-wide for marrying this fame whore.

    Sheeesh I can’t even claim to be a Kim K fan but you all are making me want to be one! Good grief, there are so many other, far more terrible people worthy of your hate! It’s her money, let her do as she pleases. Yes it’s lavish, over the top, something I could never comprehend, and blah blah blah, but before everyone gets in their panties in a twist, at least this famewhore has donated considerable amounts of money to charitable causes. I think it’s hilarious how much time you guys are spending hating on and being jealous of someone so insignificant…and now I’m angry that you made me have to defend her.     Just commenting on the topic on hand….. geezus. No hate intended towards Miss Kim, just an inordinate amount of incredulousness that someone can reap the rewards of being no one. Good for her for turning herself into an industry. As for not working hard between the sheets, well never saw her sex tape so my bad on that one. I just assumed…….

    And yet…the high class welfare state wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, all paid by the state, and if there’s a family that can afford to stage such a lavish wedding without using public funds when the rest of the UK is enacting austerity measures it’s the Windsors.

    At least Kim sold her wedding to the highest bidders and didn’t use a cent of public funds. Can’t say the same for the British royals.

    (For the record, I didn’t watch the royal wedding and am not watching this special so I have no dog in the hunt, just pointing out that the royals have been scamming the public for centuries.)

    Meant that Kate and William’s wedding was treated like a fairy tale when they didn’t pay a cent to stage something far more ridiculous and lavish. Even if it was “subtle” by royal standards.
