OMG, did you guys watch the season finale of Jersey?? As much as I love this franchise, I’m kind of glad it’s over…it’s been one big season filled with rehashes, and flashbacks. It’s been Danielle vs. the rest of the cast, and I’m over it. I’m ready for the reunion, damn it!!!
I’m not going to go deep into last night’s episode as we have recaps for that, but I have to say that I’m so happy that Caroline confronted Danielle. True, Caroline claims to always stay out of the Danielle drama…and didn’t…but whatevs, she gets a get out of jail free card with me–only because it has to do with sh*tting on Danielle..oh and of course “protecting her family.”
I have to admit, I LOL’d when I heard Danielle say in interview before the confrontation, “Caroline, you’re not Carmelo.” Um, that was probably the funniest thing that’s ever come out of Danielle’s mouth.
Anyway, I’m glad Danielle is off the show, and in the “garbage.”
And, I can’t wait for the reunion!!!!

Nads, YES!! When Caroline called Danielle a clown, I about died. And Danielle looked so much like a Drag Queen last night. Can’t wait for the reunion. Teresa knocked Miss Andy down and that was pretty damn funny too.
I have to say, the other ladies have made Danielle seem a lot more sane as the season progressed. THEY were the ones who provoked and attacked (with words and physically). And I don’t think Caroline won her debate last night, she came off as a hypocrite. She said “what did I do to you?” then when Danielle says “what did I ever do to YOU” then she pulls out the “we’re family” card.
THEY all picked the fight with Danielle last year, pulling up her past, and making a big deal about it and they provoked this year. I think in general the woman is crazy, but if forced to pick a side, I’m on Danielle’s regarding this matter.
Oh I cannot WAIT. It looks amazing. This show has made me violently ill most of this season but that whole reunion sneak peak negates everything else. Theresa seems fake as crap and they should have had bodyguards (a la Springer, not Danny) up there and not Ms. Andy. Theresa and her gorilla hairline would manhandle Ms. Andy.
I am sadly rooting for Danielle because while she is schizo, these ladies besides Dina, never really gave her a REAL chance.
Danielle may be certifiable…but the other women are not any better. By Caroline calling her a clown and garbage, she lost the battle right there. She flinched and Danielle won that round. Teresa is a vile human being. Just the sight of her makes me want to puke. She instigated that melee at the Country Club. Jaqueline is about as interesting as watching paint dry. Miss Andy should ditch these women and find some other crazy bitches to replace them to do battle with Danielle.
How in the hell did Kim G and her two faces get on the reunion show?
OK, maybe Danielle came off better at the restaurant with Caroline *but* what the hell was she thinking when she made her daughters thank and hug her armed bodyguards for keeping ‘mommy safe’? Caroline is someone not to be messed with, but I hardly see her whipping out a shank before the dessert course.
Cannot wait for the reunion!
How can you blame Danielle for wanting to protect herself? She has been the only one who has been physically attacked and it came from Caroline’s family. Look at the sneak peak….Teresa is up in her face. How does Danielle not know that Teresa isn’t around the corner with a rabid Ferul Lemur? At least she finally found some good bodyguards. The one at the country club was useless.
@ohralphie-I didn’t understand that either. I think the girls were confused as well by the awkward silence that followed Danielle’s introductions, it was as if they knew if they didn’t show their gratitude Danielle was just going to keep standing there staring at them, & the guys wouldn’t be excused until they did something.
I have to disagree with the supposed ganging up on Danielle. She knew about her past when she signed up for the show, & you’d be a fool to think in this day & age that someone, whether a cast member or viewer or blogger, wouldn’t dig it up. And I believe she is so self-centered, vain, & vapid that she can turn any situation into an example of how everyone is out to get her. 90% of the drama surrounding her was created by her & egged on by sidekick wannabes like Kim G. & Danny. All the world is a stage in Danielle’s world, I have not seen one sincere, genuine moment from her all season. OMG, I’m way too invested in this crap. Damn you Bravo!!
There wouldn’t be anything to watch if were not for Danielle and her insanity outside of Teresa and her disgusting ways. What is going to be the highlight of next season? Watching Teresa and Juicy live above the pizzeria while Ferel Lemur screams and yells? Watching Teresa have to shop at Target? There is nothing interesting about these people outside of their battle with Danielle.
I think I reached my breaking point on this show a couple weeks ago. I still watch so I can keep up with the conversations on here. With the other franchises I would make sure I had everything done and out of the way so that I could watch the show on Thursdays, but now I will just wait until I have time to watch it. These wummin are a mess and I do not really like any of them although I think Danielle is entertaining.
They really are just no longer worth an hour (47 mins dvr time) of my time.
@classydrunk, I have to agree with you there, I love the Housewives franchise but for some reason New Jersey is just so boring. The only reason for tuning in is to see how Danielle will warp reality to fit her needs, and even that gets old after the second episode. I wonder with her being “fired” from the show how the next season is going to be. In all honesty all the other Real Housewives show do well enough, I think we can leave the Garden State alone for a while. Either that, or gut the entire cast and find new people, with way better drama.
Ok, I finally watched the preview. Wow. These women are idiots. At least the RHNY realized they were dealing with a crazy, irrational person in KKB & knew there was no sense in trying to reason with her. Danielle is getting them all to acknowledge she has a lot of power in their lives just by existing-so much for not allowing her to get to them.
And puh-leeze, can these women-from all of the RH shows-for once realize that the short hooker skirts/dresses they wear force us all too see things better left unseen? Keep your knees together fer cryin out loud!
And I love that every reunion has at least one dramatic walk out. Should we place bets on the DC reunion? My bet is on Salahi.
I want Danny to get his own show…I think it would be hysterical!
I was hoping for a whole ‘do-over’ on the cast for next season as this one has gotten really difficult to stomach each week. Someone asked Andy Cohen on a scale of 1 to 10, how heated was the reunion taping and he said 100. Looking forward to the drama and hysterics!
WTF with Chris telling Derek to teach Ashley “her place”?? Talk about an Italian stereotype. Liked him up until that point.

@chemgal..I took it as him meaning she is the child and Jaqueline is the parent, or Danielle is an adult and Ashley is the child, meaning it’s not your place to fight your mom’s battles, or to attack a grownup, or get into the middle of the hoopla.
@tvholic: Yes, Danielle signed up for the show but I’m sure she didn’t imagine her past would be ‘investigated.’ Plus, let’s be honest here..the idiot HWs did not ‘discover’ the book themselves…they would’ve needed to have known Danielle’s former name! (So, yes, it was a Bravo plant that the girls took credit for).
From the 1st Season, Dan just wanted to belong. She was booked to film with them and wanted to get to know these ladies. The door was slammed in her face. The excuse by the others for ostracizing her was that they didn’t want a single woman around their husbands, and then there was her shady past, from 24 yrs ago.
They started the fight..and Danielle may be all talk, she talks a lot of shit, but that is way harmless compared to how the others acted this season. Dina and Caroline both called to confront her…why? What would be/was resolved? Teresa started with her at the country club and Ashley grabbed her hair, and Jacqueline also chased her down even though she had nothing to do with it. And Kim decided to go and tell Danielle’s mom-search secrets to Teresa and manicurists alike..it’s like all Danielle did was talk shit to Danny and her energist! Seriously, for these ladies to come on the reunion and act so scandalized, like she ruined their lives…how? Bankruptcy(Teresa), an uncontrollable daughter(Ashley), a philandering husband(Dina), and a disinterested husband and 3 adult children with either no ambition or too little talent (Caroline). Definitely, Danielle’s to blame for ruined lives here.
@Sarcas, I know the Manzo’s and Laurita’s all talk about what Danielle does “behind the scenes”, but I agree with you. Every last one of them (excluding Jackie) has confronted her. So why would we not think that she is scared of them? They have to restrain themselves in front of the cameras, but do they have to show the same restrain when they see her at a mall or hotel?
There are alot of people who talk shit behind people’s back, but wouldn’t bust a grape in a fruit fight.
@sarcas-Oh, I don’t doubt that someone helped find the other HWs “find” the book, but I think it would have came out eventually even without that. Just look at Danny-or as my friend just called him, Welcome Back Kotter-I was able to find out from another site who he was & that he’s a thug & has an IMDB page thanks to a horrible movie he took credit for writing & also starred in. And it’s pretty easy to find out about Dina’s past with her current hubby, & I think it’s no coincidence that she disappeared from the show when rumors started popping up about her marriage. Anybody who chooses to put themselves in the public eye-actor, politician, reality TV star-is naive to think their past will not come up.
The sad thing is yes, she wanted to belong & be accepted by these women, but I think we are finding out she was more attracted to their wealth (or appearance of wealth) & their status (again, or appearance of status) than the actual friendship. Teresa is just as shallow, but because Joe & Chris were friends she had an in.
And I believe if Ashley wasn’t such an immature ass much of the drama wouldn’t have happened either, and the rest of the cast do give Danielle too much credit for “rooning” their lives-she is an easy scapegoat. But, Danielle’s paranoia which she’s shared copiously with the wannabes like the Kim’s, all got back to the Manzos & Lauritas. If I found out an ex-friend was telling people I was threatening & attempting to attack her, I’d be pretty pissed too. On the other hand, when you find out your broke (Teresa), you find out your daughters an ass & everyone is blaming your lack of parenting skills (Jacq), you find out your hubby is still shtooping (exactly how is that spelled??) anything with bubbies (Dina), and you’ve got empty nest depression (Caroline), it is a lot easier to gang up on an easy target than deal with your own shit.
Engaging in a FB war like a 14-year-old with Assley didn’t help, & neither did the staged scenes like putting out the empty chairs at her luncheon. So I still believe at the very least she is playing a role and stirring the shit-pot as much as possible intentionally-look at who we’re still talking about? Fuck I need a life.
IMO, she is just an odd duck. Looking back at the first season, her behavior was just odd-not cool odd, but crazy odd like she’d boil a bunny in a heartbeat. She’s another Kelly-doesn’t take ownership in her role of any of the nonsense, thinks everyone else is responsible for all the bad things happening in her life, and feels as though she should be treated like royalty without actually having accomplished anything. I’m kind of looking forward to the reunion like you do an accident scene-horrible that it has come to this, know it’s going to be nasty, yet not sure I can look away just yet.
Isn’t it true that Danielle’s daughters are honor students? That makes her a better mom than the others. Ashley probably couldn’t hold a job at a grocery store. Chris Manzo would be working at a car wash…wiping down cars if his daddy didn’t own a business. God only knows what Gia Pet, TPO and the Ferel Lemur will turn out to be.
I wasn’t backing any of them before this season…but I am def in favor of Danielle now despite her batshit craziness. The other ones make me want to hurt.
@Iona Trailer ….. Danielles’ daughters are well behaved and quite probably are smart. That doesn’t make her a good mother though. The woman creates sex tapes in her home, has a daily blow job date with the guido from the first season, introduces her dds to any and all takers who only want her ‘goodies’ per christine, is overbearing in Christines modeling gig, pushes the younger dd to become a pop sensation, shares inappropriate details of her sexual and social life with them, takes a camera crew to Christines first gyno appointment, and parades a medley of ex cons and armed goons around her dds.
Yeah – real mother of the year there! Much like the kids we all know whose parents are complete fuck ups if not out and out abusive, Danielles dds are suceeding and will continue to suceed in spite of Danielle not because of her.
@ohralphie I guess you have a point but Danielle hasn’t screwed them up…yet. Jacqueline can’t get Moon Pie Face to do anything. Teresa lets her brats run wild and then pawns them off to anyone within 10 feet of her. I suppose Caroline is a good mom but why didn’t she try to get her two slackers to go to college? At least yummy Albie is tryind despite his learning diability.
Caroline may have called Danielle a clown, but Danielle had the best zingers of the night – “You’re sitting there with that red hair, and you’re calling ME a clown?” I almost died laughing. And “all your friends are facing indictment, Caroline!” Danielle is certifiable, but Caroline is a b*tch, and deserved her comeuppance.
Caroline might like to talk like she’s tough, but she’s the one who had tears in her eyes and looked stressed out. Danielle looked calm, cool and collected. I really think they misjudged her in terms of how tough she is – she would have to be based on her past.

The whole Jersey fascination has run its course and it’s time to put this franchise to rest. Get Danielle’s skinny skanky ass off my TV now. She looks like she’s riddled with consumptive STD’s. The Manzos-Lauritas have proven they have NOTHING to offer the show but Danielle-related pseudo-drama. The Giudices need to repay their debts and fade into obscurity, taking their feral brats with them. Nothing else to talk about here.
Anyone see the cover story for Lifestyle magazine with Caroline, Teresa and Jacqueline with the caption ‘Scared for Our Lives: Drive Bys, Guns and Mafia Threats’?
I wonder if this fear is before the reunion or after? Hmmm….
